Very nice hotel manager. Easy to find, easy to park. And very clean room

Great staff. I stayed in an apt suite that had been converted into a room for rent. Roomy with a kitchen. Nice place. The planes flying overhead were noisy, but nothing can be done about that. There was a safe place to park given that the neighborhood was unsafe according to the staff.

This is a decent place for the price and area. This motel has a manager/owner that is on top of most things. There are things the hotel can control and there are things that are out of their control, and you must remember that when booking. The hotel can’t control homeless people wandering in the parking lot, but if you let someone know, they will take care of it. Homelessness is rampant all over LA tho. Having a microwave and fridge is very helpful. WiFi worked great and television was fine. I only had one mishap while staying. I was in the shower and the housekeeping came in. I yelled from the shower that I would be leaving in 5 minutes, but she had my bed stripped and was putting sheets on it when I came out of the bathroom, naked. I immediately put the towel around my waist and asked her to leave so I can get dressed. She left but never came back to finish cleaning the room. I even waved at her when I left the room saying it’s ok to clean now. When I returned that night, I had no pillow cases and had to use a sheet to cover the pillows. To give her the benefit of the doubt, it may have been a language barrier. You can tell the place was remodeled. I was in town for business so I just need a place to lay my head that was somewhat safe and not too expensive. I’ll probably stay here again.

it doesn't let you check in early even it is 15 mins early. also hotel has NO SMOKING POLICY but the room we got smelt a lot like cigarettes.

The sheets on the bed were stained and there was actual dirt in the bed. The television did not work and the handles for the cupboards were broken. We could hear a man screaming all night in the attached parking lot. Overall it was a pretty gross establishment and experience.

They got bed bugs in the mattress. No locks on windows Dirty. I tried to get a refund due to the bed bugs. They refused. Manager said they one they had that problem but that the owner won’t do nothing about it

Safe and clean hotel, service is good

Door and walls were dirty. The chair at the table was filthy. No phone, no cups, no ice bucket. It was very bare. Furniture needs to be replaced. On the outside, the hotel looks okay. It seems like they remodeled the outside but nothing to inside the rooms.

Place was clean. Area around was a little unsafe. It didn’t help waking up at 1:30 am with police activity two doors down. Also we were on the second floor and the flooring was a little unstable.

As soon as I arrived I realized I made the wrong reservation. Area looks unsafe with homeless people around smoking drugs and screaming in front of motel. Probably the reason why staff is on edge. Room is pretty basic, no hangers or any place to hang towels least your clothes. I booked couple of nights opting to pay at office. There is no office or lobby you check in through a window, I wanted to pay with credit and was asked for card and PIN number, I refused and ended up paying cash due to the thin glass slot. Not a safe and welcoming environment.

Not a bad place for one night, the street can be loud at times. About 25 min from burbank Airport.

The room was realy big and nice and quite the property was nicely maintained

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Will not be staying here again.

Owner is really nice. Property clean, well taken care of

Very rude front desk. Her husband was running the counter and is not employed and her attitude was terrible when asking simple questions.

The Staff was really kind and Accommodating

I don't like the rule that you couldn't bring a visitor to your room. Not everyone is a prostitute or drug dealer. I really needed my from to come over.
