The hotel was modern and clean. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and nice. We were stopping over night before heading further on our trip and this place was great. It was in a great location to see local attractions. Would stay there again.

Great branding, wonderful remodel, excellent dedicated staff. I look forward to Julia's idea take off (about a geocaching scavenger hunt like, "find the fox" ontop the Manitou incline. Or like pick up a tracker at the hotel and, "follow the fox" on Instagram to show where the foxes go in the world). Cute interactive stuff would be good for a botique hotel like this. So glad the hotel is starting the trend of remodels in Manitou. However, it's still too expensive for what you get (breakfast not included onsite, just coffee). It's nice that the hotel partnered with a local bagel place for a free bagel a mile away, but it would also be nice to have a local Colorado brand grab-and-go granola bar or like fresh fruit (it took a half hour in line to get a free bagel and I had to pay for parking). Also if toiletries are not complimentary, you should let people know before automatically charging it to their room. Prices should be listed (so I can decide if I want to walk to the gas station for a cheaper deodorant). Also the hot tub never got up to temperature (the staff really tried to though!). Lastly, there was a security concern of an open gate between the hotels that should be addressed at somepoint...

I booked last minute due to a family emergency and Servando was amazing! We arrived late and he waited up for us. Servando started a fire for us, offered an awesome S'more kit and presented a little gift to us. His kindness was so appreciated. In today's fast paced world, sometimes we forget about the small acts of kindness from others. Clean and quiet room. We enjoyed coffee in the morning. It's a great location in Manitou. Don't hesitate to book here. We'll be back. Thank you.

Everything and every detail were taken care of! Extremely clean and the staff were super understanding and helpful when we had a couple of outside food deliveries. It was our first time there and we will for sure be back! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Though finishing a full remodel when we stayed, Outrider is still a great little place with some fun ammenities. The Sauna and Cold plunge and hot tub were amazing after a day of walking around Manitou. The hotel is still old bones, but a nice remodel and clean pool, hot tub and sauna/cold plung. Staff was helpful and friendly.
