Hotel was nice. Room was comfortable other than the housekeeping being extremely loud outside of my doo and waking me up. Breakfast was ok. Could’ve been better. Parking was awful however, the desk person allowed me to park just outside the covered pavilion. I was there less than 12 hours.

Continental breakfast great. Room was by noisy air conditioner. Not a suite room, but priced like one. Trucks pulling salt water boats filled parking in and around me. Difficult leaving parking space. Should’ve made boaters park away from designated car area or place boat in one spot and vehicle in another not across several spaces.

Staff as courteous and yes, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was obviously going through renovations, but we had no issues with it during our stay. To top it off we had a great breakfast before hitting the road in the morning.

Wonderful staff at check-in. Coffee tea, and hot chocolate whenever you want it. Clean room, comfy bed. Safe location. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in a long time. Will certainly be back the next time we are in the Mobile area.

The property itself sits in a quiet area and its convenient to food, that's about its only redeeming quality. The water pressure in the shower was abysmal, the bathroom had shaven hair all over the floor and the general conditiok of the room was unpleasant. If you're just stopping to sleep its fine but other than that I'd never stay again.

Everything seemed new and worked. This hotel was easy to find, very convenient and had ample parking. The staff were very friendly and rooms were quiet. We did not hear noise from any other room, such as water running etc. The breakfast offered hot food with great coffee. I took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub both nights, with pool towels made available in the pool room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone,

Bathtub was disgusting. The Wi-Fi didn't work half the time the maids would not clean our room after being there for several days. We finally had to get nasty with them and the list goes on from there. I would never recommend this place and for a Marriott this place is shameful.

Arrival on a Friday afternoon with Tuesday morning check-out. All interactions with staff were favorable and well received, pool area clean, decent breakfast items available. On the downside, housekeeping never cleaned my room, the bathroom smelled like mildew but i couldn't find the source, the pull-out sofa sleeper matress needs retiring, and there were bad stains on the sofa cushions. Had to request replacements of following items from front desk: towels, toilet paper, garbage can liners. Also wifi was unavailable to non-members. I live several states away from Alabama so my cell reception was poor in the building.

Martina was a great desk host. She was very helpful and check in was smooth and quick. The lobby looked amazing and comforting. The building, as a whole, was very clean. The room looked like a mini home with 2 TVs. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we loved this hotel.

We were very late to check-in and called around 2:00p.m. to inform the hotel that we were going to be late. Beg them to not give our room away. They said they wouldn't give our king room away, but upon arrival we were informed that they gave our room away and we would have to get another room. Staff has been opposite of kind and helpful but more along lines of rude and hateful. It was clean enough, unless that clean smell is actually the pool chemicals. We'll see how it goes when we check out.

Layout of the room was terrific. Love the two seperate areas in the King Suite. Housekeeping was terrible. checked in on Wednesday, Did not get clean sheets or trash empytied until Sunday. Got fresh towels on Sat when went to front desk to complain but no cleaning until Sun. Breakfast was good and varied. Place is in a abandoned shopping center, They can't move it and shopping center is not their fault but ground are overgrown and very weedy. Would stay for the price butnot for the amenities.

The breakfast had a great selection. Sausage, scrambled eggs, and crustless quiche, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal with variety of toppings including walnuts, raisins, craisins, raisins, brown sugar, coconut, pumpkin seeds, and more.

Breakfast was small. I think they are remodeling the breakfast area so it was just in the corner of the lobby. No milk for cereal, no pancakes or waffles. Just eggs, sausage, bagels and English muffins…toaster didn’t work. Our room had a weird smell.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing that was negative is that the whirlpool was out of order and we were looking forward to using it.

The room was clean but I noticed some things left from previous stay that were not fully cleaned such as tissue in the trash can in the room. Also, the breakfast was cold and very limited.

Everything was great and I told my wife, who was not traveling with me that this may have been the best breakfast buffet ever, considering the choices of foods and toppings. Great location for those that don't want to stay in the congestion of Mobile. I'll be back.

Room was nice. No waffles unless it's a weekend and they only had pork sausage for a meat. The place was being renovated while we were there as well.

Just a quick overnight stay before meeting friends at a beach house. Because of a heatwave the ac unit in our room was working overtime and leaked water all on the floor. The staff was super helpful and very sweet. Moved us right away. All was good in the new room. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. There were some insects in some of the rooms. Not a huge deal, but would prefer not to have that issue. The hot tub was closed so that wasn’t great either. Other than that it’s a nice property.

Positives: Great location for travelers. Located just off the highway with easy access to multiple retail and commercial centers. The continental breakfast was excellent. There was variety and the food service staff were very friendly. Negatives: Hot tub was out of service during our stay. The indoor pool area was poorly lit with a heavy reliance on natural light through the windows. Our room was acceptably clean, however shower curtains were too short for the tub, so water spilled everywhere on the bathroom floor. The thermostat also wasn’t working properly — it was set at 60 when we came in but only cooled to 76, only one side of the bed had outlets/usb ports. The hotel gym is small, but that is not the issue (there’s enough to get a workout in). The AC unit was dripping condensation onto equipment. One of the lighting units was also out. Overall Impression: This hotel met our overall needs. However, significant updates are necessary to improve customer experience. This hotel is serviceable if you need a place to rest your head for the night, but there are competitors with more updated amenities for a similar price in the area.
