Hotel was quirky but in a great location. Small rooms but the balcony made it seem more roomy. Elevator didn’t go to the top floor so we had to carry our bags up one floor.

Beautiful room a friendly, helpful staff, but people with cars should avoid or the hotel should tell you about parking when you reserve. The garage is 5 blocks away, but 10 blocks through a tortuous route from the hotel. One missed turn and 30 minutes wasted.

The staff was outstanding. The location is great. Can easily access many sites, places to eat and there is a market across the street. The Brasserie at the street level is excellent. Could be a little updated and cleaned but it was all good. The bed was clean and comfortable, the hot water came on right away. It’s a fun, quirky hotel. No appropriate for travelers in a wheelchair - the breakfast is down a flight of stairs. The rooms are upstairs to the elevator. Older building with narrow hallways. There is no on site parking. The Carmes parking structure is a 10 min walk away. Parking is limited on the street. The side streets are SO skinny as well as all parking spots.

The hotel is wacky, but appears tired . There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby area, like Bad drains. The bath tub is high and not easy to get in and out of no grab rail . The shower has a hose that is not fixed and hard to use without soaking the whole bathroom. Location is good for walking around the town. The Bridge is very pretty. Lots of restaurants nearby and a covered market

Great location, close to the river and Pont Neuf. Good air conditioning and quiet surroundings due to great double glazing. Lovely reception area and friendly staff. The hotel room was quirky. Small, with limited storage space. The fridge was useful. No kettle, but coffee maker available. Two pods free and then pay 0.90€ for each extra pod. No stand-up shower, just a bath and a very strange set-up for a sliding door to the en-suite affording little privacy. WiFi was problematic and I got fed up with switching the router off and on, so just resorted to 5G in the end.

The room apparently was not the smallest - it was so small that on one side of the bed was the window and the other side was the bathroom door. You could barely stand in the room or bathroom. For the price you have a better value at other hotels around the Capitole. I was told they charge due to the view- cannot see the garrone as tall trees and unless you stand at the window there is no view at all.. Some staff were good but there was one with a major attitude

Two day stay in Toulouse we had booked the room with a terrace but due to a mix up only given a standard double room . As only one room with a terrace which was already booked no option to stay. Offered a breakfast as compensation but have requested monetary compensation as prebooked through Expedia.

This a prefect weekend getaway hotel with wonderful receptionist, who was extremely helpful and accommodating with our early arrival. The hotel really does have a bohemian Art feel and wonderful location right in the center of Toulouse. We had a delightful room overlooking the river and bridge. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel de charme parfaitement situe a cote de la Garonne. Notre chambre (24) etait agreable mais tres petit et SDB miniscule dans le coin. Mefiez-vous si vous etes un peu prudeux! Literie de qualite coton. Acceuil tres bien. Machine Nespresso et capsules beaucoup apprecie. Merci et nous revenons bientot.

The good and bad are the same. It's an old building so it has charm - and challenges. Decor could use some fresh paint and repairs. The breakfast was quite good. It would be better if there was a toaster. Staff are very good. Would I come back? No. Am I sorry I stayed there? Again, no. I can do a little better for the price.

The staff was outstanding. The location is great. Can easily access many sites, places to eat and there is a market across the street. The Brasserie at the street level is excellent. Could be a little updated and cleaned but it was all good. The bed was clean and comfortable, the hot water came on right away. It’s a fun, quirky hotel. No appropriate for travelers in a wheelchair - the breakfast is down a flight of stairs. The rooms are upstairs to the elevator. Older building with narrow hallways. There is no on site parking. The Carmes parking structure is a 10 min walk away. Parking is limited on the street. The side streets are SO skinny as well as all parking spots.

Charmant hôtel un peu dans son jus mais rien de péjoratif mériterait un coup de frais notamment en peinture mais pour le reste nous avons adoré surtout la situation géographique Un soucis de climatisation non résolue malgré l’avoir dit sous les combles il faisait très chaud Notre petite chienne a été accueillie avec des petites friandises un panier et des gamelles c’est génial Le personnel charmant ! Et le petit sur la petite terrasse (ou en chambre sans supplément) au top 👌

The room at the 4th floor was very small and poorly furnished at the best. The elevator went only to the third floor and we had to climb the stairs every time to reach our room. The view of the river was good. The breakfast area was poor and nobody was there to help, other than the same girl that cleans the rooms, who came every ~15 minutes. The food was little and didn’t look very good. The coffee was borderline fair. We asked to remove the price of the breakfast from the bill after the first day and went to a bar.
