Je plains d’ailleurs l’employé qui reste bien aimable au vu des remarques des clients !

Lovely hotel, but very noisy slammy doors which when people are coming in at 4am and you’re trying to sleep is not great. Doors also have big gap in between them and the floor/sides so the sensor lighting causes your room to light up in the middle of the night

Booked in error. So booked at another Ibis hotel instead. Despite this, they still refused to refund me 30 minutes after making the booking. So I've paid for nothing. Once they've got your money, that's it, game over.

The area where the hotel was located was an old deserted commercial area with graffiti on the walls of nearby buildings. Felt a bit concerning to park the car there. Small room with no air conditioning in 38 degree heat where the sun had boiled the building the entire day made the stay a nightmare. The shower was claustrophobic but clean and tidy. The hotel was deserted when checking in at 20:45 but instructions were given to self-check-in. Poor insulation between rooms. The breakfast in the morning was nice though and staff were friendly and helpful, so mixed impressions to say the least. Had we stayed a normal day with moderate temperatures then the stay would probably have been ok.

The breakfast in the morning was nice though and staff were friendly and helpful, so mixed impressions to say the least. Had we stayed a normal day with moderate temperatures then the stay would probably have been ok.

Tout était bien sauf que jour de canicule pas de leur faute mais la chambre où il nous on mis avait 3 lits et le lit superposé nous empêchais d'ouvrir en grand la fenêtre pour la nuit donc de recevoir de l'air frais sur nous alors que l'hôtel était loin d'être plein ils auraient pu être plus prévenant pour leur clients le reste était très bien

Nous sommes très déçus. Chambre petite sans climatisation, nous avons du changer de chambre la tv était en panne. Peu d'accueil, 2h, tout fonctionne par code, portes fermées. En période de canicule sans clim c'était affreux pour dormir
