Bonus Suite, Hot Tub & Suncadia Pool Access

We arrived to find the property very messy, no towels, sheets not changed etc. The Suncadia team was able to get someone over to clean a few hours later and the staff were friendly but on a short stay, this ate into nap time and our use of the house.The home has a lot of nice amenities listed but many of them don’t work. Microwave, BBQ, vent for range. We spent a lot of money on food to grill and it went to waste. Suncadia said they would credit us for 1 night so if we see that we’ll update the review as they were apologetic and realized the home was in bad shape. The separation of living spaces was nice at least.

The house and property was nice. Just very disappointed that the hot tub never got to the 103 degrees that the house information said it would be working at. Also stip of outlets in kitchen didn't work . Also outdoor firepit didn't work, flame barely came out. We did have the resort repairmen stopped by but nothing was fixed. Hopefully the owners will be notified so it can be taken care of. Add the price we paid for 2 days, we feel everything should work perfectly.

This place was great for a group setting. We loved the amenities of the resort and awesome outdoor activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with cook ware. There was just a few issues like the coffee pot had a crack and spilled all over the counter top. The lights in the master bathroom toilet was out. And the shower curtain above the mother in law did not close all the way.
