Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dinuba West by IHG

Was woke up at midnight by loud neighbors continued till 140 when we left building would never stay at this location again. Was told by management I would be credited which never happened.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean — which is our number one expectation when booking a hotel. This was actually our second time staying with Holiday Inn. The first time was about a year ago in San Francisco, and we were very impressed with how clean everything was. When we booked this stay, we were hoping for the same level of cleanliness — and we’re happy to say it met our expectations again. Overall, the service was at a very high level. We also want to mention the breakfast — our kids absolutely loved the pancakes and muffins. We were very happy with the choice we made and would definitely stay again.

Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay! All staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to front desk staff and breakfast lady- she was such a sweet, gracious lady with my kids who made a mess and spilled their juice. Very attentive and sweet! Thank you, whenever we will visit Dunlap monastery we will return here!

So far our stay everything was great. Front desk screws are kind and polite.
