No parking in the parking garage, rooms were not checked before stay. A lamp was missing a bulb, telephone cord was ripped out of the wall. Room was set up for 2 instead of 4 (we had 4 people on the reservation), the ac beeped even after maintenance came and fixed it. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Food was delicious and the waiter was great despite being short staffed and having to double as a host.

The staff were welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless and the ambiance was amazing!

The rooms I booked not available due to remodeling. They took 2 hours to figure 2 rooms that would work. No batteries in tv remote. Shower whistled while showering. Missed dinner due to waiting for them to decide what to do. Hotels.com made us wait 45 mins in a text to help and they said cancel no refund. So I had to take what the hotel said or loose the two rooms cost. I don’t recommend either the hotel or Hotels.com
