Nice hotel with a great restaurant. You know its good when parking is full because its being used by so many not staying at the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed both meals. The room was nice but the hotel does not have an elevator so bring too much that you can't carry up the stairs.

Clean and quiet. Easy parking and convenient restaurant for breakfast. Not a typical continental breakfast but a real restaurant breakfast. I was given a coupon for $$ off for breakfast too! Nice!

The hotel was spotless, my room was comfortable, the bed and were comfortable too. The staff couldn’t been more helpful, the food at Leisure’s Restaurant was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, bisque soup was out of this world and the service was fantastic! If you are in Lakeville, New York this is the place to stay at and dine at too!

This was BY FAR the best place I've ever stayed. It met all the basic requirements of cleanliness and location but it was the personal touch that made it wonderful. The attached restaurant and bar was so handy but the staff made it welcoming. All the staff, from the desk clerk through the waitresses and hostesses all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and their fellow employees. I was in a strange place that felt like home. Thank you!

Room was ok-ish - one bed sheet on the bed had a hole burned in (cigarette?), a toenail was found on the carpet and old receipts under the bed. I could not connect to the WiFi, but 5G reception was sufficient in the area.

Room had a terrible odor- like stale cigarettes. Rug was extremely old and stained. Bed was uncomfortable- springs felt through thin covering. Room entry cards had to be reworked after every time I left the room. While staff was friendly there wasn’t much they could do about other issues.

Property is in a good location with excellent food and drink options right on site. Bathroom looked newly remodeled and shower was excellent. The only negative would be tha the mattress was pretty old (lumpy) and maybe could be replaced. We would definitely come back to this location. Thank you,

Our room was very nice: a nice size, clean, nice amenities, etc.; BUT light shines brightly into the room at the top of the curtains and around the door. The bed was extremely firm.... hard. My husband sat up both nights in bed due to how uncomfortable it was. He considered moving out to the car to sleep. Frankly, it wouldn't have been any lighter, and it would have been more comfortable. The staff were all very nice. I just believe that a hotel room should be dark and quiet for sleep... so many aren't.

The bathroom was completely redone and very nice. Bed was comfy although the pillows were not. There was a threadbare sofa bed in the room that didn’t fit it with the rest of the decor but if we had needed it we probably wouldn’t have cared. The staff did upgrade us from 2 double beds to one king which we really appreciated. Everything was nice and clean.

We did not have high expectations for this hotel, and it was about on par for what we expected. It needs updating and looks very over-used, and dated. It was not the worst hotel we’ve been in, but somewhere at the bottom. There was a restaurant attached that was quite busy, although we didn’t use it during our stay. We were disappointed that a breakfast was not included.

Rooms were a fine. A little dated but comfortable overall. Nice area close to the lake and park. Unfortunately there were some obnoxious guests staying there that weekend making all sorts of noise at night but that isnt the hotel’s fault.

Jennifer at the front desk and "her staff" deserve a mention. Jennifer was friendly, courteous, and helpful. She\'s the "perfect face" to work with the public. Also, the restaurant sharing the building served very good food.

This is NOT your average budget chain motel property! I admit I was not sure if we'd be happy with our choice, but this place is lovely. We had a large, clean, comfy room with handicap accessibility. The front desk clerk was helpful & friendly. An on-site restaurant is always a plus. We will stay here again when in the area.

It was a great place to stay to explore the finger lakes region. There arent many options that are as convenient as The Rodeway Inn. While it seems the hotel is older, it is nicely maintained and clean. It was a very basic hotel room but it does have an attached restaurant that puts out some good food. This was a major plus for us. The front desk will give you coupons to use in the restaurant too! Overall, good stay for our family. We would stay again.

Booked a room last minute for the holiday weekend. It was the closest available near our destination. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, service, and dining options. Beds and pillows were excellent, staff was very friendly, and we were given coupons for the adjoining restaurant. We would definitely recommend this to anyone planning a stay near Letchworth State Park!

The staff are down to earth, friendly and accomodating. The restaurant/bar happy hour is great and includes good deals on food. The breakfast buffet on Sunday is verty good.

Nice hotel with a great restaurant. You know its good when parking is full because its being used by so many not staying at the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed both meals. The room was nice but the hotel does not have an elevator so bring too much that you can't carry up the stairs.

The staff was friendly. Restaurant is good but pricy for dinner. This motel is basic and clean. My one complaint is that the shower doesn’t have a tub so the water gets all over the bathroom floor. You need a better solution for controlling this. Would probably look elsewhere next time.

This was BY FAR the best place I've ever stayed. It met all the basic requirements of cleanliness and location but it was the personal touch that made it wonderful. The attached restaurant and bar was so handy but the staff made it welcoming. All the staff, from the desk clerk through the waitresses and hostesses all genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and their fellow employees. I was in a strange place that felt like home. Thank you!

I always stay at the Inn when I visit my son and his family in Geneseo. Great price and the rooms are clean and well kept. The Leasures restaurant that is inside the Inn has great food and a great brunch on Sunday

Clean, well maintained rooms and common spaces. All the necessities in the room in good working order, clean bedding. I've felt comfortable in the room and was able to get good rest.

Our room was clean, but it had a problem with humidity, to the point where bedding, our clothing felt damp all the time. Also, the bathroom lacked towel racks, which made it inconvenient to hang towels. The staff were great.

Important items like room and water temps, water pressure, cleanliness were great. Maintenance is weak: bath overhead light/fan did not work, curtains don't fully close, stairway handrails wobble, very few charging options. There is no elevator to the second floor and carpeted stairs are known not to be the safest. The restaurant is good, parking is close.
