Need a place to stay for 10 days while sibling was hospitalized. This property had a great price point and amenities for me to save money with the kitchenette. Staff was always for cordial and helpful. The rooms were over all clean. They have carpet in the rooms so this was the only negative as the cooking smells are absorbed into the carpet. I was able to overlook that easily.

We really enjoyed our stay here while our RV was being repaired. It was very clean, the bed was comfy, and staff were very friendly. We made use of the gym and loved having a kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

Our RV was in the shop for repairs so we had to find a pet-friendly hotel with a kitchen. We loved this Candlewood Suites! Everything was very clean throughout room and hotel. The kitchen was great and the gym very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Stay was great loved the room and how spacious the room was. Beds was comfortable there was a full size fridge a little stove top , microwave and all the utensials you would need. Loved that there was like a little "store" for snacks and food in the lobby. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was a half eaten banana in the fridge when i checked in besides that it was good. I would def stay again.

Unorganized system. Our original king size room was switched to a double due to overbooking, which was not a problem if it wasn't switch twice. When we arrived at the hotel, the service person Henry indicated he gave our room 201 to someone else. Our new room 116 smell like mold and smoke. The hotel was fully booked, and we didn't have a choice at 11pm but to stay there. Will likely not come back.

Everything was great about the property except for the smell. Once I got off on the 3rd floor, there was a hint of some kind of strong odor that only intensified when I got into my room. I asked another guest and she said her room didn't smell but mine was very pungent

My wife and I have been in dozens of hotels in north and East Texas over the years and this was by far the nicest cleanest and well staffed hotel we have ever been in. We were very surprised by the brand-name toiletries that were in the bathroom. I just can’t express enough how amazing our room was!

Henry was such a big help during my husband’s month long stay. I appreciate his patience and help. The only issue we had with our stay is the A/C unit in the room. It would run the entire time, and the room would be freezing cold.

Overall stay was very nice. Only complaint is at 930 a.m. room service starting banging on the door waking us up and asking if we were leaving or not because they had to clean the room even though checkout was not until 11:00 a.m. This was aggravating to say the least but other then that stay was good.

They did a free upgrade without asking. Normally good; however, i was traveling with my daughter. I had booked two queens but hmthe upgrade was 1 king. Once checkedin, they had sold out of double queens.

I will recommend everyone to call to verify about your reservation they changed my room and I did not know till I got there it was horrible night I didn't have enough bed for my family my husband had to be sleeping on a chair because of the staff changing my room

The manager of the property was very polite and sympathetic to our situation as we were in from Houston to say goodbye to a relative who was dying. She did pass away during our stay there. It was comforting to know we didn't have to stress about our hotel stay. My parents have stayed here multiple times visiting family and we definitely will too. Kudos to your managers on 3/18-3/20/25.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When my friend and I checked in, it had 1 king size bed and a pull out sofa. My friend and I travel a lot and split the hotel bills. We ALWAYS get 2 beds, not one. I was very disappointed with this stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the very kind staff (check in was professionally and quickly handled by Brandon) and the clean perfectly appointed room. The little store in the lobby came in handy when my elderly mom suddenly got a craving for rice-a-roni and they had it! Location was close to our family reunion and just a nice place to go "home" to after each day of being with extended family. Will stay here again and definately recommend this hotel.

We had to get a hotel last minute after an 11 hour drive. The front desk clerk was very polite upon our arrival. We had quite a bit of belongings with us due to us making a military move to the area and the original booking we made elsewhere had mold damage so we had to adjust. We had to stay for almost a week until our home was available for move in. The first night there a strong odor of cigarettes kept flooding our room. The bathroom was where the smell was the strongest. Around the third day there I let the front desk know. The lady I spoke to said she would investigate it. The smell went away for a couple of hours, but then later came back. I noticed that every time the smell was strong the neighboring room had their bathroom fan on. I could hear it. I was certain the people next to us were smoking in their room. The head lady I spoke with the next day acknowledged they were smokers, and I assured me she would handle it. The smell continued and actually got worse. We had to keep our bathroom door shut at all times. My children have severe allergy issues and I just couldn’t take it anymore. We ended up leaving a day early. They offered to change our room, but due to the amount of stuff we Had to unload from our trailer to the room, it was just too much to have to do. I shouldn’t have to change rooms when the hotel is smoke free. The staff was nice, but I won’t stay here again.
