Eveything was great!! It was quiet, clean, staff was friendly and interacted with my grandson! We didn't get chance to eat the bfast for we slept in. We will def stay here again. The only complaint really is the pool was freezing lol

Hot tub wasn't working which my teenager had been looking forward to for our multinight stay. That is the only reason a gave a 3 star raiting for "property condition & facilities". Staff was friendly and courteous.

Very nice staff, generally clean and comfortable room. The pool was clean but freezing. The hot tub was barely warm and not as squeaky clean. Room was great, but the shower faucet was not working correctly - difficult to turn on and off. We reported it and the desk staff said it will be reported. Overall it’s just fine for an overnight stay.

It served its purpose and the friendly staff made it a good experience. Nothing fancy for sure! Parking situation was pretty bad, as the only exit is onto a one-way road that takes you directly onto the interstate, so you must go one direction on the interstate until getting to an exit- inconvenient.

Parking this time here was a little tough to get into due to all the big work pickup trucks . Parking is very limited when the hotel is full. But I like coming here so I can deal with it. The staff here is friendly and the place I good.

Old, dated hotel that should be scraped and replaced. Elevator was out of service, hallways were filthy. Stairwell was filthy! Staff was extremely friendly- felt sorry for them to have to work in such poor conditions!

Hotel was currently under renovations, but bless their hearts who ever is doing those renovations is ripping them off. The renovated rooms were still really dated and poorly put together. Everything looked like it was a DYI by someone that didn’t know what they were doing. Room cost $200 a night, was worth $80 max. Dust was coating everything in the halls, overall the hotel feels dirty and ran down . The hallways were so hot night and day, Beds were comfortable. Overall not a place for a family to stay in comfort. We had no choice due to last minute trip changes. Breakfast was okay, waffles were the hot item. Cereal, toast, muffins and yogurt, OJ, apple juice and coffee. We would not pay to stay here again.

Arrived to pubic hair in the tub and soap still on the wall. Night 2 I came back to as roach greeting me at the door, which I promptly killed and went to report. My last night there, I awoke to another roach crawling across me. That was the bottom line. When I took it down to the front desk, they acted like it wasn't a big deal. I got nothing but excuses and then blame placed on the CITY for "bad pipes". I demanded a partial refund for the inconveniences and got nothing but a smirk.

Very clean room, plenty of room, hard floors no carpet so easy to move around on. Comfortable bed. Hotel seems to be new, depending on what hotel room side you get you either look out north to trees or south to a field. The I 35 highway is about a 100 yards away to the west so there is traffic sounds all day all night coming from and going to Austin. I still slept good. Salado is a nice little town very close by to eat at or walk around. A fun Main Street .

The woman on the phone was very rude when I tried to cancel my reservation. There were wet and icy roads that caused a baseball tournament to be canceled. I learned about the cancelation within the 72 hour period and was given no consideration and no refund. She just kept saying " company policy, company policy" I will make it a point to not stay in a Days Inn in the future because of this treatment

Front sliding door was locked shut and guests were either turned away or had to enter and exit through a rear emergency exit. Staff was rude. Did not end up staying and found a much better hotel nearby for a better rate.

This is what one would expect for a middle of the road, interstate-convenient hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and worked as expected. The towels were a bit thin and worn, the room was incredibly noisy because of the interstate and showing signs of wear, but again - clean! The pool and hut tub were in good working order and there were clean towels available there, which is always hit and miss in this price range (in my experience). I would stay again and request a room furthest from the highway, if that’s even possible.

Parking this time here was a little tough to get into due to all the big work pickup trucks . Parking is very limited when the hotel is full. But I like coming here so I can deal with it. The staff here is friendly and the place I good.

The staff was super friendly. Room was excellent. We used the pool, which was well maintained. Breakfast was on the skimpy side but acceptable.

Hotel is beyond amazing especially for the price. I use to stay here a few times a week but they got cheap and did away with breakfast so that's why I didn't give 5 stars. Staff and comfort are amazing.

Room and hotel was clean, no coffee pot in room but had coffee downstairs in Lobby. Bed a little hard for my liking but sheets very clean and smelled fresh. Staff friendly. Smaller choice of breakfast than some places but does have waffle makers and had eggs and bananas.

The hotel was convenient and clean. Breakfast was decent, and had good protein (eggs, sausages). Staff was mostly helpful. However, the hot tub/spa wasn't working for the 2nd time in a row, although I specifically called to confirm that it was working this time and they said yes. This is very important for me because I have fibromyalgia & a bad back, so hydrotherapy really helps ease my pain from the nearly 3 hr. drive from San Antonio. There was a gentleman who had a bad back that was also very frustrated about the issue. I told the front desk clerk, who said she would come fix it, but never showed.

1 bed room. Had a large empty space on the side. But there was no sofa or lounge chair. Only a rolling desk chair, not suitable for relaxing while watching TV. Had to lay on the bed. And no clock, of course - standard non-equipment these days...

Excellent stay. Clean room. DIRECTV would not work. We called down and they were up to the third floor in three minutes to get it going. Good people!
