Staff was very accommodating, I was given a room way before my check in time as I got there early. They were very helpful and polite.

We were only there for a night, but the price we paid I expected a little more. The design of the shower left water all over the floor. It doesn’t make sense why there wouldn’t be a full door to the shower. We had trouble finding water anywhere to fill up our bottles. I finally asked and the front desk woman told me it was one of the dispensers near the juice that was labels something else. The complimentary breakfast was ok. But there were two large urns for coffee and both were empty. We had breakfast around 8:00 so it wasn’t even the end of the meal time.

The staff here made all the difference in our stay. Specifically Janet. I booked our stay with my mother for the duration of her chemotherapy treatment at UAB this week. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us comfortable and even offered a late check out so that we would not have to find something to do in this heat between appointment times. We will definitely be returning.
