Residence Inn Norfolk Downtown

El hotel es cómodo y me quedo aquí por la comodidad de tener una pequeña cocina, pero esta vez no habían utensilios para la cocina y me tocó salir a comprar. Por otra parte mis sábanas no están limpias correctamente, noté manchas en ellas y para pedir cambio hay que hacer una reservación a tiempo. Definitivamente mi primera vez fue mejor experiencia.

The common areas are spacious and decorated nicely. Breakfast was very good! The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. However the sofa and chair were in very poor condition and should be replaced.

The suite was very clean, had all the amenities needed even the kitchen was better than what I have at home. Lol The staff I met were courteous, helpful and seemed to have an actual love for their job and the property.

Spacious room with small kitchen and living room. Difficult to control the noisy A/C that can’t be turned off in the bathroom. Breakfast is okay for the american food standards. Not much to do in the neighborhood in the evenings

The breakfast was tasty, but not very hot. The bed was terrific, the sofa bed has really bad cushions. The bathroom doors does not close. The highlight was the front desk agents, especially Rachel. They were always smiling and helpful. Thanks.
