Zugang mit Schlüsselbox war einfach und Login möglich. Zugang dreckig, der Zustand des Gebäudes und der Umgebung entspricht nicht schweizer Standart.Osteuropärer Viertel. Für allein reisende Frauen nicht zu empfehlen. Storen lassen sich nicht öffnen , = keine Aussicht aus dem Fenster möglich ,defekt .... Sollte nicht mehr in Hotels angeboten werden.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 1202 es fehlt ein Wasserkocher Unbedingt noch einen Topf zum Kochen Lappen zum spülen die Wände waren sehr schmutzig, vielleicht ein bisschen Farbe vertragen, tote Tiere an der Wand Kaputten Bilderrahmen abgebrochene Haken kein Kleiderbügel im Kleiderschrank Keine Seife Es kann einiges verbessert werden.

The place was hot, no Ac and very noisy. We were very uncomfortable during our stay. The terrace is accessible by other bldg tenants. No curtains, the room smells bad and have little cockroaches. The hallway smelled rally bad. There’s a kitchen but no sponge or detergent provided should we opt to cook. The price is very expensive considering the experience. The glass door is broken. We couldnt sleep because of the noises. If the glass door was working ok and if they had an AC, the price would be reasonable. The bed is messed up, no extra pillows. Those who want to stay here, see it for yourself. But it is not recommendable. Of all the places I booked through expedia, this is the worst of the worst.

The apartment has no air condition requiring keeping windows open slightly for air. Because the build is very close to a very noisy/busy train station we could not get any sleep for all the nights we stayed. Every 5-10 minutes trains go by rapidly making a lot of noise. The train station is only one stop away from Zurich HB. The apartment has no coffee maker or a toaster although mentioned as having kitchen. Electrical outlets have problems; sometimes don’t work. Refrigerator and microwave oven share the same electrical outlet. Bring your own multiplexer.

I booked an apartment with wi fi and the details to log in were to be available in the room. We searched everything multiple times and nothing w as found. We went out to find some public qi fi and emailed the hotel that the WiFi login details are missing. We received a reply and went back to the apartment. It turned out that those details did not work at all. Very annoying. For me the internet is actually crucial so now I need to find a place with the internet and will not be using the apartment during the night at all. I will be requesting a refund as I did not get what I paid for.

Joli de l'extérieur mais vieux et très moyen niveau propreté à l'intérieur. Par contre grand logement avec frigo et cuisine. Premier réveil par la femme de ménage à 10:30 (check-out 11:00) et second à 11:00 avec un air de "faut y aller maintenant"... Alors je ne sais pas combien elle est payée mais vu le prix demandé au client, le service n'est pas au rendez-vous... Pas de quoi se faire un café...ni aucun ingrédient.

Für die Lokalität am Oerlikon Bahnhof relativ gute Preis-Leistung als auch bezüglich Apartment Grösse. Die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch, wenig Lampen und die Möbel und das Bett in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat beim self-checkin der erhaltene Code nicht funktioniert. Beim Anruf auf die 7/24 hotline hat während 30 Minuten niemanden den Telefonanruf entgegengenommen. Erst beim Versand eines emails an die hotline kam nach 10 Minuten umgehend ein Ersatzcode welcher dann für das check-in funktioniert hat. Ich empfehle dieses Apartment nur zu buchen, wer sehr Preissensitiv ist und dem ein sehr spartanisches etwas veraltetes Zimmer keine Rolle spielt.

Das herd hat 2 Tag nichts funktioniert, Küche ist alt und funktioniert, halb nichst richtig ,Herd alt , ich habe einkauft und leider nicht kochen konnte , finde ich schade , am letzte Tages hat wieder funktioniert aber halt nichts richtig heiß zum kochen , habe angerufen und sie wollten Techniker schicken, war keine da . Sehr traurig, sie sollten beobachte das das wichtiger Sachen von die Wohnung richtig funktioniert müssen , Carlos

Works for the price. Some reviews are overly showing this in bad light, but it's close to a railway station, so easy for transportation. The area is slightly shady but there are kids playing around and it's still very safe

Small, no aircondition. Incredibly hot. (6th Juli). Noisy families (Living there?) Not coming back, you get what you pay for. Very close to Oerlikon station and the Hallenstadion.

Parfaite chambre pour un concert au Hallenstadion. A 3minutes à pieds de la gare et ensuite moins de 10 minutes de la salle de concert. La chambre est propre.

Joli de l'extérieur mais vieux et très moyen niveau propreté à l'intérieur. Par contre grand logement avec frigo et cuisine. Premier réveil par la femme de ménage à 10:30 (check-out 11:00) et second à 11:00 avec un air de "faut y aller maintenant"... Alors je ne sais pas combien elle est payée mais vu le prix demandé au client, le service n'est pas au rendez-vous... Pas de quoi se faire un café...ni aucun ingrédient.

The elevator was out of service when we arrived and our original assignment was on the 10th floor. As seniors with luggage this was not acceptable. The maid was very kind and called the office and had us reassigned to the third floor. The apartment was decent some remodeling had been done and there was ongoing remodeling in the rest of the building during our stay the elevator was out of service quite a bit. The apartment is rather poorly lit and could use some punchout. The balcony doors top hinge was not well secured and I was afraid the glass door was going to fall off. The cleanliness was acceptable but a few things are needed for the kitchen a sponge or scrubber and some dish soap. The location was very convenient across the street from the Oerlikon station there were stores and restaurants nearby but walking up and down flights of stairs was not enjoyable. Hopefully when the remodeling is complete and elevators restored to full functionality it will be better.
