The building is very clean in all areas. My stay was quiet and comfortable. The array of restaurants in walking distance is amazing. This hotel is my go-to when traveling between Asheville and Dallas.

The shower head was small making it difficult to get a good shower. The pressure was okay, I think that was because of the size of the head. Not an exciting room but the price was right.

Essence was amazing at the front desk, very knowledgeable and helpful. She was above and beyond the treatment you’d expect to receive on a single night stay. We will stay here again, and hope to find more of these hotels around the country. Thank you Essence.
