The hotel was great, the rating came from check in. We were there at 430 to check in. We had 3 rooms. Check in time is 3pm. One room was ready and we were delayed the other two rooms because they were not cleaned yet. It seems the late check out for guests interferes with the check in time for arriving guests because the staff cannot clean the rooms that fast when they are sold out the previous day delaying check in. Very inconvenient. After a long day of traveling. You look forward to getting settled and relaxed instead of waiting for your room to be cleaned. With that being said, the conditioner in the bath room was empty. I'm sure your staff is doing the best they can under the circumstances. Maybe the check in time should be later or the check out time earlier. Your check in staff was put in a bad situation having to explain to tired guests that their room is not ready... the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was not able to be replenished as fast as it was being consumed. It was very good, just not enough. Those things can leave a bad impression on your hotel.

Stayed 4 nights for a family reunion. Staff was fantastic making sure we got connecting rooms. Both rooms were very clean and well maintained. Location was great. Plenty of food options and a Target right across the street. The indoor pool was a great feature and the breakfast was really good and well maintained. The only thing is that we were on the first floor and the traffic going to the pool was very noisy and you could hear kids screaming in the pool frequently (I have kids so it didn't really bother me) so if you're noise sensitive maybe ask for a higher floor.

I've stayed at plenty of Marriott's and this one was not very clean. They had a broken light in the room, crumbs in the pull-out extra bed, the 2nd tv wouldn't work at all. We noticed different things broke here and there. Overall, just disappointed.

Staff was excellent, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very well stocked and the pool nice and cool. Location is good, not noisy. Older hotel, they did their best to update. Plumbing is questionable, sheets are in need of replacing, but still worth our money.
