Renovated and completely updated hotel. The rooms are a little on the small size so if you’re bringing lots of stuff might be tight. However, there is a storage room where you can put skis and gear. You can rent a huge locker to solve the gear problem unless you need to dry stuff. Beds comfortable, the train tracks are close but not crazy noisy. You can blue tooth unlock your door and access to certain areas through your phone once checked in and downloaded an app. You can walk to some restaurants and have good access to the highway!

The staff were really helpful when we arrived earlier than our check in time and gave us recommendations for a walk/places to see in town until our room was ready. When we checked in the amenities were explained and staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was pristine, extremely comfortable bed, great space for cases etc, air con and fridge, felt very secure and great location plus parking available on site. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Revelstoke and would have stayed longer with no hesitation.

We chose the hotel for a quick stop over in our road trip from Vancover to Banff and were pleasantly surprised. Seems like it has been recently refurbished and the amenities were good. The only disappointment was the hot tub, which was something we specifically booked for, was out of action. Revelstoke is definitely worth a stop over, great food and local attractions.

Cool property. Small room. But well used space. Modern. Clean. Was bummed the hot tub was not working as it’s why we chose this place after a 7hr drive in the cold rainy day. Wish places would make notes when their amenities were not available. Or discount for the inconvenience.

Once we got in, we were disappointed to find that the room was not properly cleaned—there was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, which made it feel unhygienic and rushed. Some staff members were friendlier than others. Probably good value for the price, but left a lot to be desired. While the rooms have been renovated, which is a nice touch, the overall cleanliness of the property was lacking. Common areas and facilities were dirty, and garbage bins hadn’t been emptied, which led to unpleasant odors around the property.

This property is very new. The room was quite small, barely large enough to accommodate the queen size bed. There was no closet or chest of drawers but it had stylish hooks on the walls with hangers. It is very close tobthe highway and railroad so there was a fair bit of noise. . westylized hooks

I really liked this hotel — it had a super modern, trendy vibe and was decorated so nicely. Totally Instagram-worthy. The room was big and had everything I needed. Staff were super friendly too. The hot tub was amazing, and I loved the fire pits scattered around the property — such a nice touch. One thing I really appreciated was being able to park right outside my room. Way more convenient than dealing with elevators in a big hotel. Location-wise, it was a quick drive to downtown and not too far from the hill. You could walk downtown if you’re up for a 15-minute walk. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it’s right next to the train and highway, and there weren’t any mountain views. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

Property is overall ok but their online app to check in and get code for the door is painful. Took us 20 mins to figure out how to get the door to open with no one at facility to help out. I’m not a fan of having to submit my drivers licence and take a picture of myself and submit on their app but had no choice when we got there.

i was only there over night. I did not see anything in the neighborhood. Finding it was VERY HARD as google maps assumed there was an entrance along the main road. STAFF: The coffee maker did not have instructions, and I couldn't figure it out. Apparently, they were supposed to be there, but i didn't find them. The clerk gave me a free cup from the cafe at check out. That was kind.

I booked a room from them @ around 10pm, got there at 11:15pm. No one was there said call the number so I did. No one answered. Then when someone did answer I was mad and they hung up on my. Did. It get to use the room I booked. Horrible service and experience. Will never recommend this hotel or hotel chain.

Fantastic accommodating staff. We were able to extend the stay a few more nights hassle free! Nice hotel but the location is not right in the down town core- still about a 15 min walk so close, & nice mountain views.

Spotless, comfortable room, friendly staff. Convenient location. Love the soap, creams and shampoo company they are sponsoring, lemongrass is my favorite. Also the price for the room was great!!

Great value for this popular tourist area! Clean and modern, close to beautiful downtown Revelstoke’s cafes, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed free live music in the town square, which happens every night in the summer! Recommend this hotel!!

New modern motel in Revelstoke. There was no signage for the front desk...had to wait til another guest to arrive to follow him into a bar lounge and a lady a host kiosk. I had downloaded their app, but didnt receive any email with code. So she had to manually check me in and walk me to the door to code me in. There is only a key code; no room card. This is more like a motel, you park in front of your room and walk in... No lobby or security. There was no closet, just a clothes rack next to sink. No desk/chair. Sit on your bed and use lap tray. Plenty of hooks/buttons to hang your clothes and jacket. The big issue to be aware of was trafffic and train noise.

It was an amazing stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Very quiet as well as convenient. Right at the entrance of town and a close walk to downtown.

Nice clean, modern room. Quiet too, set off the highway enough that you dont hear the traffic. Would stay again.

Good place overall. Nice new place, modern finishes A bit too close to the railway tracks for my liking so very noisy for sleeping. Walkable but a fair distance from downtown. Location is great if driving and for quick in and out when highway travelling or skiing. Cozy bar/patio/restaurant area. Nice hot tub.

Rooms were super cute and trendy / on style. Great amenities like Rocky Mountain soap. Restaurant / bar food and drinks were awesome, bartender (Welsh woman) was awesome. Will definitely be back! Oh, and loved the outdoor space as well!

Really enjoyed staying here! Staff was super friendly. Hot tub was excellent. Nice to have the restaurant and bar onsite. Cool place.

We appreciated the seamless check-in process — our room no. and PIN was sent to us via email; the cleanliness of the room; and the thoughtful little things that made the stay extra special (i.e. quality toiletries from Rocky Mountain Soap, ear plugs for a more restful sleep if needed, etc.). Cocktails and appies at the Luft were great — convenient to have a bar in-house after a long day of driving.

Really clean rooms, good size. Ricky mountain soap co products were nice touch. Didn't find the train that noisy at all but they provided complimentary ear plugs (didn't need them). Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

Great little place to stop in Revy! Rooms are well appointed, bathroom huge. LOVED the contactless check-in and check-out. Complimentary ear plugs since it's a rail town....adorable touch. Staff was not overly helpful or friendly and the food option is lackluster.

Great hotel, hot tub is small so when it's busy it's probably full. Train is literally your neighbour but not the hotel's fault and they do provide ear plugs. Would definitely stay again!

We did a short trip and we didn't get to use much of the amenities to give a review. The room was just really bright due to the outside lights. Black out curtains may help to cover the blinds. Also, the little bit of carpet we had in our room was really wet i think from them shampooing the carpet prior to check in....it was hard to walk on and put our items down. The front desk staff were helpful too when we needed something. pet friendly, not much grass you have to walk across the way to let them out.
