Good price for a comfortable and clean place , it has a nice pool and the property was nice and neat

I like the pool

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Fully under construction and just hazardous conditions. There was no cleaning done outside on the grounds, concrete chunks, glass (everywhere on what was left of the grass, trash, duck sh*t, wet on walkways. The pool was dirty, cabanas are ripped and trash left inside them. Building C. The room reeked like mold and mildew. The AC did not work well, It got worse each day, and when we told the front desk that there was a smell, mildew spots on the top of the ceiling in the bedroom, as well as the lampshade between the beds, we were extremely quiet asking to change rooms our 2nd day there. The manager, who I won’t name, gave us the evil eye from the office. Nothing was addressed nobody cared or got in touch with us. There is zero WiFi. When we asked about a network, we were given one that did not exist. We also asked about housekeeping and having our towels and sheets changed. We were looked at like a deer in headlights. These are basic questions that should’ve been addressed or some type of information given when people are checking into the hotel. What could be a great little hotel is missing the mark. Nice little efficiency kitchen with no utensils or pots and pans. Clearly this “inn” should’ve closed down for renovations and opened back up once complete. But hey, as long as your Cadillac car payments are made!

WiFi didn’t reach my building. Sketchy people hanging out and around all hours. Would not stay here with my family. Ok, for the good points - it is inexpensive. TV worked once you learned how to use it. You could get maid service when you asked for it. Room was recently “remodeled” as well as hotel.

The property has been renovated so all of the floors in my room were brand new tile but the shower is awful! The shower floor was slippery, had only 1 door and the water never gets hot. There is nothing to hold onto and no place to put soap, shampoo, etc other than the floor. There are no elevators, so I had to drag my over 40 pound bag up 2 flights of stairs! Thank goodness when I left, the maintenance man was available to help me with it to the car. He was very nice and helpful.

The grounds of the property were well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was very visible from day to day. Our rooms were The pool, although small was very nice with perfect temperature and super clean, clear water. I'm not sure what the cleaning schedule is but we never had a housekeeping staff come and offer to clean our room or replenish towels etc. Overall, this hotel was considered by us to be a good value. It is no frills

The property is under heavy construction

Couldn’t check in internet was down, construction everywhere

Had to speak to the desk about people sitting on the stairs, smoking pot. It’s supposed to be a smoke free facility with the exception of the smoking area. Unfortunately, the pool was unusable. But it was super cheap as part of a package. I’d probably stay again, but I wouldn’t bring my wife.

For the first three nights I was booked in the C building #302. This was acceptable. Room was clean and over pool area. On the 4th night, I was checked into the A building #205. This was a nightmare. I killed over 20 cockroaches coming from under the bed and the bathroom sink. Then at 7:30AM construction workers and maintenance began work outside my door. Avoid building A.

Room had tiny bugs in bathroom

Well the room was overall clean....i even checked reviews before i booked the room and i can relate completely....there was bugs in the bathroom flying around which was very dissapointing.....there was no soap holder which is an inconvenience.....big ants in the main room we killed about 5 of those...the Tv connections was no available...no telephone . I Would love these matters to be dealt with ....i would love to return if it gets fixed.

The newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Very cleanly. Quiet. We enjoyed our stay 😊

Roaches in my room! Everyday I was killing roaches! No WiFi, and I’m a nursing student that needed the WiFi! I had to go to Starbucks everyday to study and drop $5 a day for coffee. No kcup in the room.

The hotel was not clean. The shower and bathrooms had previous water damage and they were not clean. The rooms were okay for the price. The outside areas were filled with trash and cigarettes EVERYWHERE and it stunk so badly. 11pm we heard screaming for about 2 hours and someone turning up and down the balacony. It seemed like a VERY unsafe situation. I left my crimper and waterpick in the bathroom. Once I got in my uber I called (no answer) then emailed them. They never responder so i guess the kept it.

We were in building C, apparently wifi only works in building D. Hotel being renovated, I don't think our room was finished.

The TV was not working. Also there was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk if anything were to happen. and the floors was sticky.

The Shower leaked around glass wall. Might not be a good design

The room was like a bed in a box. The shower didn’t have a place for soap. The floor was sandy. The room did not look like the picture. Towels, sheets, pillows very basic and minimal. We could hear people in the room upstairs, and next door. Paramedics arrived next door at 4:30 a.am. Drugs were involved… we could hear everything. Needless to say it was a very poor choice, definitely not a resort.

In five days,not once cleaned the room,no towels given,never been in so much dirty place.Avoid this Place

The front desk is so rude

They lied they have no breakfast. The over night black lady is lazy and dont want to do her job ( I am Black) she was rude and barely wanted to do her job . gave me a room on third floor at 3 in the morning. The hotel is on safe dirty diapers and pads on the floor. Inside hotel room is nice but tvs dont work .

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Special shout out to the manager there. Wasn’t able to get there until our second and last day and he was great and extended us one more day without any additional fees or charges. Once construction is finished I would rate this nearly perfect. Their WiFi is less than desirable also but I’m hoping once construction is complete it would be better.

Bad Service my whole stay. All the staff was horrible. When I wanted speak to the manager or to call to have him find a solution...they told me he doesn't answer his phone after 5 pm. Left a message for him to call me and he never did. It was apparent that they don't care about good service or their guests.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was kind and professional in every encounter where I had services provided.

I felt that my stay at Nova Inn Resort was an overall very nice experience with a friendly staff who demonstrated good customer service and handled all my questions as a new client with genuine care and respect. The room was tidy, clean , and gave off a sense of home in which I found it to be a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Went to check in and no one was there, called the front desk multiple times… no answer. I had to find a new hotel last minute. Do not recommend to anyone

Nova Inn is a great little motel in trendy Boynton Beach. Renovations are nearly complete. Nice sized clean rooms. Pool, gym, wifi, close to restaurants and shops, close to the beach.

I did not stay in the resort. It was very unsafe. I never went into the room. I told the receptionist I would not be staying there. I expect a full refund.

Close to everything. Property is being upgraded so that’s a good look.

Property was messy, a lot of leaves everywhere. Sketchy people at night smoking in their car. One room with an open door to the putside with the TV on, creepy. Toliet paper holder not attached. TV service went in and out. Never came by to cpean or give fresh linens during a three night stay.

The location is close to the beaches

There was no wifi available on the property!!! This also meant that the new tv in our room didn't work. There is no daily room maid service but with a kitchenette, I needed to dispose of my own garbage. There was no cleaning supplies (dish soap, broom, etc.) so with no maid and no supplies, our room became difficult to manage. There is no toaster, no cups, no mugs - just four plates, four bowls and some utensils. We had to go to the dollar store to buy paper towel, glasses, and other supplies. The construction crew onsite were extremely messy with garbage everywhere. The noise wasn't the issue. They worked during normal hours. The room had been renovated but there was mold in the ceiling of our bathroom which was still active. They hadn't even scrapped off the new window stickers. I would stay here again ONLY if the services were in order and my room was clean upon arrival. The room size was great as was the living room and kitchenette.

We were in town for a few appointments and for Halloween. The price was higher per night than our Disney/Orlando hotels were the week before. We thought the staff was very awkward and off putting , we were both required to show our ID to check in which is very strange. They questioned us about everything and acted like we might rob the place or something. Lots of questions from them the whole time we are staying there. Strange!!! The room was nice and it was clean however outside all around the property it was trash everywhere you look on the ground, including used drug needles! Very inappropriate for a family or any children to stay here. We understand it was under renovation, but the noise level was okay, no complaints there. Glass and nails were all over the parking lot as well, we were no scared to get a flat tire on our trip . No WIFI at all on the property and no coffee maker in the room really made the trip more difficult. It was not a totally bad experience staying at NOVA but we definitely will Not be staying here again. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend and I hope their remodel helps out more in coming years because WOW… not good at all.

They were remodeling the whole place so it was okay. Our room was not super clean floors were dirty. TV didn’t work. Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to tv. Kitchen was not stocked with utensils besides plates and bowls. Pool was nice. Staff was super friendly. We were only there to sleep and clean up so it wasn’t all that bad but worth the extra money to stay somewhere else if you want a nicer place. Close to beach and stores and restaurants. Overall 5/10.

So aside from having the room not having close to all amenities there was no hot water all! They list breakfast, then send a message saying temporarily not doing it before your stay but you are stuck. The reservation never made it to their system from Expedia - Both TV's were useless - they have two remotes,(confuising) and it is still on demo mode - they said use HDMI 2 to get cable but the TV flips back to demo mode after two to five minutes and you have to try all over again. Internet connects - but will not let you do anything. Looks like it will be nice when they finish, but if they continue to not make it easy for the guest not worth it at all! Very dissatisfied with my stay.

Unfortunately the maintenance man just walked right in after banging on the door to which I open to which he just enters unannounced and uninvited to put a garbage can in my bathroom 20 mins before checkout. Ok..... Awkward. And no coffee in the AM either even tho the hotel listed and said their would be. It's the little things I expect to enjoy early after waking up.

They don't have an ice macbine. There was no coffee makers in the room. With no breakfast offered had to go out for coffee.
