Very small room. Shared bathroom.

For the price a great little b&b. Only a few minutes walk from several pubs and 10 minutes from downtown Dublin. The rooms are small but clean and the beds are quite comfortable. Only shared a bathroom with one other room which was great.

Very clean, staff was very nice.. good walk to the main temple bar area but made it very quiet at night. Other than all the stairs to climb.. (we had a top room with personal bathroom).. but it was very pleasant place to stay.

This was a very tiny room. The restroom is on the hallway. I am glad that we stayed only one night. The staff was amazing 👏 .

We verbleven 2 nachten in deze accommodatie. Telkens ging er ik het midden van de nacht een alarm af. Verder was de kamer erg klein en hing er een vreemde geur. Ook werd er vermeld dat er parking voorzien was, wat niet het geval was. De ontvangst was wel vriendelijk. Maar eigenlijk te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Bra lyhörd personal! Lyhört var också det sunkiga rummet med en svårstädad heltäckningsmatta. I toalett/duschrum bubblade det ur avloppet helt utan anledning. Inget kylskåp på rummet. Trång trapp ingen hiss.

This was a great option for Dublin. Easy 15 minute walk to the downtown. No breakfast - I think you buy that at a nearby eatery, so label as “Bed and Breakfast” isn’t exactly what you think. Excellent location for getting from and to airport on bus. A very quiet room. Small, but worked well. Shared bathroom was spotless.

The location was good, it’s a few blocks off the main road. The hotel was clean, staff were nice but the hotel was old and didn’t have any amenities.

Needed a cheap room for the night and this fit the bill. Not luxurious but close to city centre. Rooms facing the street are noisy (busy road) so bring earplugs.

Very basic. Our room was much smaller than the pictures would suggest, pretty much a bed in a closet. Shared bathroom was clean, not too much noise while we were there. Be warned, the "breakfast" is not included in this "bed and breakfast" We ended up leaving a day early and checking into a nicer place on our last day. Just not enough room or amenities for the price. Worth noting, the front desk staff were very lovely

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was not that clean. The shower was a little dirty in some places (the shower hose) and the mug that was left in our room was dirty as well, with lipstick and coffee stains. However, the bed was comfortable.

When we reserved the room, we were told we had a bathroom "en suite" but were given a room with a shared bathroom. The room appeared to be clean, but it had a musty smell which was very unappealing. In the hallways, they used some sort of strong air scent to try to cover the musty smell, but it made it even worse. For almost $200 a night, it was NOT WORTH the money.

The area around the property wasn’t the best, which made me feel a bit uneasy. As for the room, it had a strong stale odor, possibly from being a smoking room, even though I wasn’t informed of this when booking. The size of the room was also disappointing—it felt cramped and uncomfortable. Adding to the frustration, the TV remote didn’t work, and I had trouble locking the door from the outside, which made me feel less secure. While it was a budget option, the stay did not meet my basic expectations for comfort.

I only stayed here one Saturday night. I was a bit worried because of some of the previous reviews. However, it was almost perfect for my purpose. It was very clean and cheap. There was no noise the night stayed. There are some nice places toneat nearby. Previous reviews bemoaned that it was a 'rough area', probably because there are many non Irish natives living there, but I thought it had a real charm and there wasn't a hint of feeling threatened. Its just at the northern fringe of the city center so i walked everywhere. I had little interaction with the staff but they were pleasant. My room didn't have a toilet or shower in it, otherwise I would give it 6 stars. Some may consider the room on the small side but it was perfectly adequate for me. All in, I would definitely stay here again as it was a massive upgrade and cheaper than a single room in a hostel.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life, and this is probably the worst one. I paid nearly 500 euro for two nights, which was a massive scam considering the condition of the place and the fact that there are some nice hotels up on Parnell Street going for half the price that are ten times as nice and have actual accommodations. Upon entering the room I immediately noticed black mold, water damage on the walls, and questionable stains on my bed and mattress. My room was on the first floor and the bathroom was shared with toilet and shower in separate rooms. The toilet was dirty. There is nowhere to put your things, like a toiletry bag, by the sink and the automated soap dispenser can be easily triggered spewing soap on your things. There is no towel rack or hand towel in the toilet, with only tissues on offer, which were out by the second night. There are also no shelves in the shower, a weird crusty bottle of Head and Shoulders for soap, mysterious scrapes all over the shower floor, and the shower sounds like a jet taking off when you turn it on. I was too grossed out to use it. Maybe most offensive was the kettle situation in my room: I paused when I noticed white crusty residue along its exterior, and I'm glad I checked the inside before using it because it was full of pink mildew and mold. Dusty tattered carpet with tears and cuts in it. Can't control the heat from the ancient radiator in the room. This place should be delisted from Expedia and condemned.

The room was big and spacious but dirty. The bathroom was average clean, the floors were dusty. The room lacked good curtains or blinds and it was hard to go to sleep at the proper time when it was still light outside (10pm). The kettle to boil water was terribly dirty. The mattresses were really uncomfortable.

When booking, I accepted this is a hotel at the more budget end of the market and was just expecting a basic no frills stay. Unfortunately the standard didn't justify the 80 Euro price, which I don't consider overly cheap. The biggest problem was the awful mattress which was old, shot and extremely uncomfortable. I could feel various springs sticking into me throughout, which were too many to avoid. Consequently I had a very poor sleep. I don't mind if an accommodation is basic but the minimum expectation would be to be able to get a good sleep. When checking out the following morning, there was no one at reception to discuss the issue / provide feedback.

Für meinen zweiten Aufenthalt in Dublin (Rückreise) suchte ich ein Hotel näher am Flughafen. Aber effektiv war das keine gute Wahl. Das Zimmer war das kleinste, was ich je erlebt habe! Das Bett füllte bereits 85% des Zimmers. Im ersten Moment dachte ich, das Bett wäre schön weich. Aber tatsächlich war die Matratze nur extrem durchgelegen. Sie hatte zwischenzeitlich die Form einer Badewanne. Die Geräuschkulisse von den anderen Zimmern war außerdem extrem störend. Das alles für 200€ die Nacht. Auf meiner Hinreise hatte ich in einem günstigeren Hotel mehr Komfort und da war sogar die Lage zur Innenstadt besser!

This was a very nice B&B, but they "upgraded" us to a room on the first floor. It was right on the street and we heard people talking outside for half of the night. Other than that, it was a very nice place. Comfortable and spacious. I recommend it, but get an upstairs room at the back if possible.

Die Dame am Empfang war super freundlich. Sie hat mir alles sehr gut erklärt. Mein eigentliches Zimmer war nicht frei, also habe ich ein größeres bekommen. Das war natürlich auch sehr super. Das Zimmer war in einem Guten Zustand. Schön sauber und gepflegt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The facility is small but really cute and cozy. My room was not that big but had all the basics conforties. From the window you can admire small corners of the surrounding area with warm colors. The hotel seems a small fairy-tale reality in the middle of the city, with a helpful and very kind staff. It is not a 5 star hotel but has an added value and I would love to return.

Very convenient location, minutes to airport bus stops, walking distance to the Spire and Temple bar. Kind staff. But the place needs some beautifying and remodeling - the faucets of the bathroom sink are the old style- separate for hot and cold water which makes washing hands an unpleasant experience! Having said that, I would definitely return.

Exactly what I needed and good value. Area is “Rough”, so be careful and get a cab to the venue from town.

My room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the bedsheets felt dingy. The location was within walking distance of nice areas, but multiple people told me the neighborhood wasn't safe and warned me to be careful walking there especially after dark. There was some kind of metal gate outside my window which people were using frequently and it was extremely loud. Dublin is an expensive city, but saving money by staying here was absolutely not worth it.

Piccolo b&b pulito e confortevole, personale gentile e sempre disponibile. La posizione ti permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro in pochissimi minuti. Buona caffetteria proprio a due passi. Ottima qualità/prezzo. Grazie per questo soggiorno.

Property website clearly states as does your posting on Expedia “Daily English breakfast available for a fee:EUR 12 for adults and EUR 8 for children” Manager’s Response - “ Hi please check again , no breakfast service at property but you can get breakfast at corner cafe shop about 10euro .” 2. Designated smoking areas (Fines apply) My Comment - All we smell is smoke and o eople are smoking in their rooms and on the fire exit which is blowing right in to my room AND the Expedia listing states Non-Smoking 3. Free Wi-Fi My Comment - It is PAINFULLY slow! 4. Grocery/Convenience Store My Comment - Offering a few drinks and candies does NOT qualify Manager’s Response - “ If you need any thing differently, please goto the shop ( outside door turn left and about 100metre)” My Comment - Advertising a store but then suggesting to go down the street is false advertising Our first night here, there were people partying on the emergency escape after 01:30! Our second night was not quite as loud but same thing! If you are looking for a place that is one step above a hostel, this could work for you but if you are looking for anything other than a place to sleep which will be very difficult due to the partying and loud noises, I HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere!

No breakfast and for what we paid you would have expected it. In a really bad part of the town (told by taxi driver) to never come to this area again because of drugs problems. Very basic conditions.

Positive: Very close to the city, clean and friendly staff. Negative: hair dryer was not working. Costly, should atleast provide breakfast and drinking water bottle.
