Alle waren sehr freundlich das Essen TOP! Alles ist sauber gewesen leider hattest sie kein Personal für die Bar abends das man hätte mal was trinken können und an dem Tag wo wir angereist sind hatte meine Freundin Geburtstag da gab es nicht einmal eine Gratulation! Woanders hatten wir sogar noch ein Geschenk bekommen gehabt. Die Lage selbst ist sehr schön und Parkplätze gab es auch. Leider hatten sie keine Termine mehr frei für Massagen was ja zu dem Wellnesshotel und unserem Aufenthalt mit dazu gehört. Sie haben 2 Saunas ein Dampfbad einen Pool und einen Wirpool. Meine Freundin hat sich darüber ein Bild gemacht Ebenso werden auch andere noch von Ihr besucht da sie Tests macht für Paare weil Sie freie Tauf und Traurednerin und Hochzeitsplanerin ist und sie gerne Ihrer Paaren ja Vorschläge machen kann wo sie selbst auch dabon überzeugt ist da zu Heiraten und die Flitterwochen zu verbringen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Am meisten hat mir die „Eierkarte“ imponiert!! Die Schwimmhalle ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber picobello sauber. War ein schöner Kurzurlaub. 😊

Vi (2 voksne og 2 børn) havde et rigtig dejligt ophold. Venlig betjening, lækker mad og en fin pool til afslapning. Hotellet gav os et Grainau kort så vi kunne køre med bus/hotel gratis samt komme i svømmehallen gratis. Nem adgang til smuk natur.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub! Leider war der Whirlpool defekt und zum Abendessen gab es keine wirkliche Auswahl, aber vielleicht ist es ja auch jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉

Close to skiing and wonderful restaurants. We walked everywhere. Cozy lounge and restaurant with antique decor. Professional, friendly, helpful staff who provided everything we needed to have a great time in the area. Highly recommend! Would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, but overpriced. I think, the biggest part of this price is for the view, and view is wonderful! The personnel is very friendly and ready to help. It was also very nice to see the little presents for our dog in the room. Location is also good - there is a walking view route in 5 min from the hotel. The center with cafes and restaurant also not so far away -about 10 min walk. BUT: The bathroom is extremely small and should be renovated (as an example - the sink is pretty small and low, even for me with the height of 164cm it was uncomfortable to use). No air conditioner (I believe, this is because of the building itself is not so new). And the biggest disappointment - the restaurant. Extremely overpriced, but nothing special in the taste at all. On top of that, we were waiting for our order more than 30min. Not sure if it's still has the Michelin star, but anyway, I do not recommend it.

Excellent hotel, very cosy and clean. The food was great, room is clean and quiet with comfortable bed, and the view is fantastic. Great location near Lake Eibsee and Zugspitze. Highly reommended

Sehr schönes edles Hotel mit direktem Blick auf die Zugspitze. Obwohl wir vorher Bescheid gesagt hatten, dass wir 40. Hochzeitstag feiern, gab es vom Hotelpersonal noch nicht mal einen Glückwunsch, geschweige denn eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Würden wir schon erwarten bei einem Vier-Sterne-Superior-Hotel. Frühstück war jedenfalls sehr gut und das Zimmer war auch schön.

Hochzeitstag feiern, gab es vom Hotelpersonal noch nicht mal einen Glückwunsch, geschweige denn eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Würden wir schon erwarten bei einem Vier-Sterne-Superior-Hotel. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I paid almost £200/day for the room but I reckon I could get a nicer and bigger room somewhere else. The location of the hotel was great however the room was so small, especially the bathroom. The receptionist who received me was very kind and even accompanied me to my room however, the other lady was quite rude and sarcastic. I politely asked her where I could get some ice as I just came from outside and it was very hot and she said in an irritated voice "go there (pointing to the restaurant), you see I dont have ice here." Overall, it was okay but wouldnt come back or recommend.

The front office staff are some of the nicest and most accommodating we had on our trip. They help with anything you need. The only little problem with the room was that there was no air conditioning in the room so it got a little stuffy and hot in the night time.

Der Trip stand vom Empfang bis zur Abreise unter keinem guten Stern. Erst die Buchung beim einchecken nicht gefunden....dann weder das versprochene Wasser und die Kurkarten gebracht....und beim auschecken Probleme mit dem Kartengerät. Zudem kein WLAN Empfang in unserem Zimmer. Schade für ein ansonsten schönes Hotel mit Blick auf die Zugspitze.

Alle waren sehr freundlich das Essen TOP! Alles ist sauber gewesen leider hattest sie kein Personal für die Bar abends das man hätte mal was trinken können und an dem Tag wo wir angereist sind hatte meine Freundin Geburtstag da gab es nicht einmal eine Gratulation! Woanders hatten wir sogar noch ein Geschenk bekommen gehabt. Die Lage selbst ist sehr schön und Parkplätze gab es auch. Leider hatten sie keine Termine mehr frei für Massagen was ja zu dem Wellnesshotel und unserem Aufenthalt mit dazu gehört. Sie haben 2 Saunas ein Dampfbad einen Pool und einen Wirpool. Meine Freundin hat sich darüber ein Bild gemacht Ebenso werden auch andere noch von Ihr besucht da sie Tests macht für Paare weil Sie freie Tauf und Traurednerin und Hochzeitsplanerin ist und sie gerne Ihrer Paaren ja Vorschläge machen kann wo sie selbst auch dabon überzeugt ist da zu Heiraten und die Flitterwochen zu verbringen.

The hotel is very nice, but overpriced. I think, the biggest part of this price is for the view, and view is wonderful! The personnel is very friendly and ready to help. It was also very nice to see the little presents for our dog in the room. Location is also good - there is a walking view route in 5 min from the hotel. The center with cafes and restaurant also not so far away -about 10 min walk. BUT: The bathroom is extremely small and should be renovated (as an example - the sink is pretty small and low, even for me with the height of 164cm it was uncomfortable to use). No air conditioner (I believe, this is because of the building itself is not so new). And the biggest disappointment - the restaurant. Extremely overpriced, but nothing special in the taste at all. On top of that, we were waiting for our order more than 30min. Not sure if it's still has the Michelin star, but anyway, I do not recommend it.

Sehr schönes edles Hotel mit direktem Blick auf die Zugspitze. Obwohl wir vorher Bescheid gesagt hatten, dass wir 40. Hochzeitstag feiern, gab es vom Hotelpersonal noch nicht mal einen Glückwunsch, geschweige denn eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Würden wir schon erwarten bei einem Vier-Sterne-Superior-Hotel. Frühstück war jedenfalls sehr gut und das Zimmer war auch schön.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I paid almost £200/day for the room but I reckon I could get a nicer and bigger room somewhere else. The location of the hotel was great however the room was so small, especially the bathroom. The receptionist who received me was very kind and even accompanied me to my room however, the other lady was quite rude and sarcastic. I politely asked her where I could get some ice as I just came from outside and it was very hot and she said in an irritated voice "go there (pointing to the restaurant), you see I dont have ice here." Overall, it was okay but wouldnt come back or recommend.

The front office staff are some of the nicest and most accommodating we had on our trip. They help with anything you need. The only little problem with the room was that there was no air conditioning in the room so it got a little stuffy and hot in the night time.

Der Trip stand vom Empfang bis zur Abreise unter keinem guten Stern. Erst die Buchung beim einchecken nicht gefunden....dann weder das versprochene Wasser und die Kurkarten gebracht....und beim auschecken Probleme mit dem Kartengerät. Zudem kein WLAN Empfang in unserem Zimmer. Schade für ein ansonsten schönes Hotel mit Blick auf die Zugspitze.

Close to skiing and wonderful restaurants. We walked everywhere. Cozy lounge and restaurant with antique decor. Professional, friendly, helpful staff who provided everything we needed to have a great time in the area. Highly recommend! Would stay here again.

We liked that we could walk to town, where restaurants were plenty, and was a very short drive to the Zugspitze. But above all this, we absolutely love the Mountain Views, the beautiful flowers and the peace and quiet.

Very traditonal hotel with an excellent view of the moutains. We took the dinner at the hotel and the food and service was on the top of my list also. Should ask for a room facing the mountain.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub! Leider war der Whirlpool defekt und zum Abendessen gab es keine wirkliche Auswahl, aber vielleicht ist es ja auch jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉

Unfortunately, the front desk experience pretty much guaranteed we won’t be staying here again. We arrived late after a long day and were looking forward to using the hot tub, especially since the website said it was open until 11:30 PM. When we asked about it, the front desk person promptly went down and locked it up. Apparently we arrived just in time...to watch it close. Parking was another adventure. We had indicated ahead of time that we would have a car, but when we arrived, there was literally nowhere to park. After explaining this, we were told to go try again and come back if we still couldn’t find anything, at which point we could get a garage key. So back out we went. My husband eventually squeezed the car into a spot so tight that we had to unload every piece of luggage before he could climb out, Dukes of Hazzard style. Bonus points: our precious parking spot was also very close to a ledge, which made moving the car again especially unappealing. We had timed our arrival so we could eat at the hotel restaurant, but were told there were no reservations available, despite the restaurant looking fairly empty. Okay, fine, we understood. We then asked if she could recommend somewhere nearby that we could walk to because there was absolutely no way we were giving up our hard\-earned cliffhanger parking spot. She recommended an Italian restaurant...but couldn’t remember the name of it. So, armed with that incredibly helpful information, we wandered off and found a pl

The view from the rooms and specially from the terrace is amazing. Great spot for a glass of wine or a local beer. If you are not a German Speaker don’t worry, the staff speaks several lenguages. Nice breakfast buffette. The location it’s just a small walk to town’s center. And the lake can easily be reached by taxi or public transport .

Superfint hotell!!! Lite hårda sängar men ingenting som stör, är en smaksak. Maten var 10/10!!! Poolen inte var men gjorde inget. Superfint bastu.
