Outside the greenhouse, the wonderful view stretches out towards Oviksfjällen and Åreskutan. Here you can sit long after dinner, even on cooler evenings. The property also has a fresh outdoor toilet with perhaps the world's most beautiful location and miles of views. Various terraces around the house give you sun from morning to evening. Högåsen is located in the municipality of Åre, which offers rich outdoor life all year round. It takes just over half an hour to Åre and the same distance to Östersund. Nearby are Agdas café in Mattmar, Kretsloppshuset in Mörsil, and Tinas praliner. St Olofsleden passes through here. Fifty kilometers to the south are the Oviksfjällen mountains, and forty kilometers to Edsåsdalen. In Östersund, there is the Jamtli museum.
