Nous n'avions pas d'informations sur notre arrivée. L'hote n'était pas présent. On a dû l'appeler... La propreté était plus que limité... séjour décevant. Ne vaut pas le prix payé...

I booked the Arch because it has WiFi and I needed to work; the Wifi code was not anywhere to be seen. I asked the staff if their bar/cafe was open for service and they didn't know, there was no remote control for me to use the television. I contacted through Hotel.com to get the Wifi code and ask about a remote for the television but no-one responded. It was great value as it was a last minute booking to attend a funeral, but the ammenities and customer service were poor.

This place is a total kip. I used to stay in youth hostels that were better. The staff did not even bother to show up: By phone, I was told the key was in the door and off you go. Our friends stayed down the block for the same price with parking and a breakfast. The shower is a plastic kit, if you know the type, and OLD. There is no wine bar, just a filthy greenhouse-type shanty with ditty old wine bottles. SKIP IT.

Arrivée, du mal à trouver la porte d'entrée, puis avons trouvé une personne qui faisait des travaux et nous a appelé le propriétaire., personnes sympathiques. Chambre spacieuse , salle de bain un peu vieillotte (cabine de douche en état moyen) Par contre , une cafetière et de quoi faire du thé ! Merci à vous pour cette nuitée.
