The villa accomodates up to five guests, featuring two bedrooms (one double and two single beds that can be put together as double), two bathrooms, and a additional guest toilet at living room level and easy axcess to the pool. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and one includes a cozy fireplace. An extra guest can sleep comfortably on a foilding bed in the living room, wich also has a beautiful fireplace. In the living room you will also find a beautiful old office desk with laptop and printer. The 43 intch TV offers Netflix, Prime and Disney channel. There is high speed wifi/internet. The two large french balcony doors lead directly to the pool area. Enjoy the outdoors around the large 8,5 by 5 meter private pool, surrounded by four sun loungers and an outdoor dinning area. Under the lage chestnut wooden pergola you will find two sofes and an armchair. There is also a natural stone built-in BBQ, perfect for summer dinners under the stars. Next to it another dinning area and two more sun loungers. A majestic pine tree and a row off impressive cypress trees give shade during the summer time. The fully equipped main kitchen is next to the living room and pool area, aswell as an auxililiary kitchenette upstairs make cooking convinient. Guests also have privateparking, two scenic balconies, and plenty of space to relax in total privacy. The property is last on a private road (dead end) protecting it from traffic and street noise.
