Great Hotel . Friendly welcome on arrival very clean family room perfect for our stay . Swimming pool was excellent and well maintained. Cant fault the breakfast plenty of choice for everyone and Pancakes made to order for the kids excellent. Its location was perfect for us its only a short walk into the town centre and all its amenities. Over all a great place to stay for a break.

Excellent staff. Friendly & helpful. Clean & tidy room & public areas. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Dining options could be more varied. Parking can be difficult when event held in hotel. No heating controls in room for temperature adjust (apart from room windows).

We love this hotel and we stay there at least once a year. The staff are very friendly and the food and accommodation is first rate. We also like the spa and gym. The only thing that did not seem to be happen was the point addition for 'The Club' scheme which staff did not seem to be aware of. One of them told me that the scheme was ending this month although I do not rememeber being notified of this.

Great stay. On my own with two small kids. Helpful and kind staff. Lovely breakfast. Tried out the pool and there is a small kids playground on site too so perfect for small ones. A big out door kids park and walking area within walking distance too.

Our Room smelled like paint. Bathroom door did not close. We ordered chicken cesar salads for our starter and both salads arrived with no chicken. Could not get a member of staff to ask for another drink throughout our dinner. They stood in a corner throughout most of the dinner service. The salmon main course was lovely however. We were left waiting for far too long to order our desserts, in the mean time we decided not to order any. The pool changing area is old, that was not an issue. The pool tiles were green with algae and there is black mould on the jacuzzi. I would not reccommend this hotel.

The staff were great. Very friendly and open. The room was fairly bad. Hair stuck to the wall and tiles in the bathroom. Live TV didn’t work. Air con didn’t work properly. I would not stay again if I could avoid it.

Have stayed here many times for business. Good value for money, big bedrooms, very comfortable bed & soft pillows. This is definitely a very busy, well used hotel, there are signs of wear & tear in the bedrooms, but it is very clean. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff at check-in. Will definitely return again.

Lovely, clean and spacious room. We love staying at this hotel. It has a relaxed ambiance, efficient and friendly staff. There's also a great little coffee bar in the foyer which serves snacks, hot and cold drinks.

The facilities were good but found the service a bit slow in the bar restaurant. The cups were badly stained and not the cleanest.also I had to ask for bowls to get cereal. The rooms were excellent and bedding very clean.

Room lacked a desk/dressing table, there was a large gap where it should have been. A manager did bring a battered looking square table that would have made it a narrow space at the foot of the bed, I had already moved a smaller table into the space, so that I could set up my laptop and also use the hairdryer. The room was otherwise ok, no USB ports luckily there is a garage across the road that sold adapters. A shower over a low bath with a shower curtain that clung to my legs, noisy plumbing. Breakfast was the usual with a good choice, self-service coffee from only one machine. I was staying there for a conference unlikely that I’d choose to stay there in future. Having said that I had stayed there in the past with no issues. There’s a very good Indian restaurant within walking distance

The hotel is beautifully furnished. Bedroom very clean and comfortable with ample plug-in and USB points. The only issue is not enough tea or coffee in the tray. The only mirror is in the bathroom, making applying make up difficult whilst partner is showering, steamy mirrors. Really could do with a mirror in a well lit area of bedroom. We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was of excellent quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Marketed as a 4 star - but I just can’t see it. Our room was large but very tired, unlike the reception tea which looks more modern. No a/c in rooms. Main bar/lounge area not appealing - on the evening we were there, a number of larger, loud groups (looked like football club type end of season get togethers) and families with children running around. Easy walk to the town centre. Large car park.

Food was brilliant, staff was lovely. However the major down side for us was the rooms being so warm. Having two children under 4 this was a real struggle. Our 4 year old became ill from being so overheated by the room temperature and sleeping was so uncomfortable for us all. We did ask for extra fan but didn’t make a difference.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and courteous, very nice communal areas, rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. Great breakfast choice, evening meal good though only a small menu, easy to find a parking space on site. Nice coffee machine, kettle and water in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay again, if I had to be picky would say that the TV only has very limited channels.

Purpose of my stay was for Room Service while I got ready to go to my Daughter's 21'st and sleep to free up my home for her friends..I am local to Tullamore.Checked in at 6.30pm between Reception & Bar & Reception & Bar from room phone,eventually got a bowl of chips at 8.40pm,No shower as I was waiting for calls to place my order,Spoilt my whole stay.All they needed to say was Room Service Not Available instead I got the run around.Felt dismissed by Staff &paid €140 bed only.

There was one person on reception trying to answer phones and check in. Would answer phone without saying excuse me whilst I get this. One person on bar. Asked for a drink, sighed then walked away never came back for 5 minutes in the mean time another person turned up to serve. Was an over priced hotel. Room very tired.

Lovely hotel with great staff, all very friendly and super efficient. We had a double room booked but without requesting, were upgraded to a beautiful family room. Breakfast delicious, lots of choice abd super fresh. Will definitely return. Thank you Tullamore Court!

Overall happy with our 2 night stay. We got dinner the first night of our stay and we ordered the bbq ribs, food came out and it was literally 3 pieces of bone, no meat and for the price it wasn’t impressive but when we asked the staff to change it they did, special mention to Maggie who solved the issue and brought out a whole new meal and gave us complimentary desserts because of this. It made up for the hiccup of the previous meal ordered. Overall staff very friendly, room was clean, only thing we didn’t like was that there was no hose in the shower but wasn’t the biggest issue and the pillows could of been a bit plumper but wasn’t too bad for a couple of nights stay. We would definitely stay again!

Overall happy with our 2 night stay. We got dinner the first night of our stay and we ordered the bbq ribs, food came out and it was literally 3 pieces of bone, no meat and for the price it wasn’t impressive but when we asked the staff to change it they did, special mention to Maggie who solved the issue and brought out a whole new meal and gave us complimentary desserts because of this. It made up for the hiccup of the previous meal ordered. Put in wrong room at the start. Then my early call never happened so was Kate fur my hse interview. Probably not getting the job cause of that & rushed. Bags were moved without me being there. Staff friendly but food not so great in the hotel.

The hotel was in a good location and I liked that they had a bar and restaurant on site. At first glance the room looked nice (and we had booked an executive rather than the standard) but the bathroom was in desperate need of an update, had I been washing my hair I would have been in trouble as the water in the shower just trickled out and generally the room was tired. Our check in was slightly odd, the person was a trainee and took ages to find the booking and the person next to her wasn’t offering any help. We were told that check in was at 3 and she wouldn’t check to see if our room was even ready. We then tried to order a taxi but that was just too confusing so we got ourselves an Uber instead. At breakfast the two staff members were lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was a very nice experience and there were lots on offer. All in all, the hotel was ok for what we needed.

It was my first time in this hotel and I will never return the bar staff were young and inexperienced as we were left standing at the bar for ages on our drinks. We also were left waiting on our food with for 45 mins and when it arrived our family was left 3 meals short then told the kitchen was closed leaving them with no food.

Purpose of my stay was for Room Service while I got ready to go to my Daughter's 21'st and sleep to free up my home for her friends..I am local to Tullamore.Checked in at 6.30pm between Reception & Bar & Reception & Bar from room phone,eventually got a bowl of chips at 8.40pm,No shower as I was waiting for calls to place my order,Spoilt my whole stay.All they needed to say was Room Service Not Available instead I got the run around.Felt dismissed by Staff &paid €140 bed only.

The hotel is beautifully furnished. Bedroom very clean and comfortable with ample plug-in and USB points. The only issue is not enough tea or coffee in the tray. The only mirror is in the bathroom, making applying make up difficult whilst partner is showering, steamy mirrors. Really could do with a mirror in a well lit area of bedroom. We had dinner and breakfast, and the food was of excellent quality. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a warm and friendly welcome and the reception looked great. The room I was in, by the looks of it, had a new carpet and had been painted. (strange no artwork on the wall though as looked bare) The room was ok with big windows and lots of natural light even though the furniture was dated and showing signs of wear. Service in the restaurant was very poor. the table hadnt been wiped properly, dated and damaged furniture, no cutlery and my drink arrived after i had eaten my meal which was no good. The manager was very apologetic which was a shame as the food was lovely really. There is a coffee shop in reception which i was told opened at 8.30, after i left, despite the signs saying it opened at 8am. Shame Overall, not a bad hotel but disappointing in some aspects

Lovely waitress in the bar area. Took the time to chat which was nice as on my own for business. Limited menu. Breakfast isn’t great. Bacon hard and most in hot covers but food generally not hot.

We were disappointed with our 4-night stay. We specifically requested that our room be fully refreshed each day, yet the bed linens were never changed, towels weren’t replaced, and housekeeping was inconsistent. The dimly lit hallway and change in floor level between the renovated and older sections caused my companion to nearly fall. Laundry was returned in the same dirty bag it was sent in. We reported that our room phone wasn’t working on the first day, but no one ever came to inspect or fix it. We ordered a drink with dinner that never arrived. After reminding the server, we still had to purchase one at the bar and were then charged for both drinks. When we asked if there was a cooler room available, we were told, “We know you Americans are used to air conditioning in America.” The hotel advertises itself as a four-star property, but by American standards it is three-star at best. We weren’t looking for special treatment—just courteous service and for the issues we raised to be addressed.
