Parador de Ibiza

A posição e instalações do hotel são perfeitas porém tem um problema sério de esgoto e o cheiro no acesso é terrível, colocam perfume pra disfarçar e fica pior ainda. Um elogio ao recepcionista Siven Gonçales. Café da manhã com funcionários mau humorados , serviço péssimo. Em especial a senhora Ruth Caro que nos atendeu às 10:50 (o café termina às 11:00) e “jogou” o pedido em cima da mesa. Uma falta de educação sem precedentes. Destaque especial para a Piscina . HORRÍVEL ! não deu pra usar porque tinha barro , lama onde estavam as cadeiras. Quando se escolhe um hotel de verão , na região do mediterrâneo, um dos fatores de decisão é a piscina. Vou tentar anexar uma foto pra ilustrar. Bem, vamos em frente … Fomos para o spa fase sauna e não há sauna seca , somente úmida porém estava DESLIGADA . Nao estava funcionando . Muitos funcionários correndo pra fazer manutenções . Enfim … Escolham outro hotel se puderem . Talvez daqui a alguns anos o hotel fique maduro e possa expressar seu potencial , pois existe. No momento é uma péssima escolha .

The hotel design is spectacular and the location is the best in town at the very top of the castle within the historic walled city. It is worth noting that Paradores are Government owned hotels which may feel a bit institutional, but the value for the money is great. This hotel would be double or triple the price if it was privately owned. The room was brand new, clean, spacious, very comfy and with incredible views of Formentera Island! Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was solid and we had dinner at the gorgeous patio one evening which was great. The vehicular access to the property looks like something out of a James Bond movie…. You drive the car into the lobby through a túnel. My only negative comment about this property is the pool area which is surrounded by a dead lawn which makes you wonder why aren’t they fixing it. Something very simple to do which would have made this stay almost perfect. I did not use the concierge so I can’t say anything about that service. One very important thing to note…. If you are coming by car, make sure that they drop you at the vehicular entrance which leads directly to the lobby. I noticed some taxi drivers were dropping guest inside D’alt Vila closer to the pedestrian entrance which is steep hike into the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

What a hidden gem. I felt like a princess in a castle. The views were incredible and the staff was very helpful. A little hard to get to, but the staff handled us nicely and got us there. Once we were there, I did not want leave. Food great too. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot, a cool location to stay.

What a beautiful spot such a gorgeous disposition and wonderful staff. Hotel is just beautiful and carefully restored into its castle surroundings.
