Holiday Inn Express is and will always be my first choice when I need to find lodging. The cleanliness, amenities and quality are outstanding. I am willing to pay a little more for peace of mind. The Holiday Inn Express in Crawfordsville Indiana was no exception. It looks as if it is a brand new facility. Everything was clean and new. There is a Starbucks going up next door. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area. There were two aspects that disappointed me and I think could be improved. The first is the lack of water pressure in the shower. It’s a minor thing, but it took forever to rinse products out of my hair. The second issue I have with my stay upset me much more. There was no Keurig machine in my room. There is a card that says you can ask the front desk if you want one. I always travel with my own K Cups and drink a specific brand. Having a Keurig machine in my room has always been a major reason I choose Holiday Inn Express. I checked in late in the evening, and once in the room, did not wish to go back down to request a Keurig machine. I hope this isn’t going to happen every time I check in to a Holiday Inn Express.

It was good. Staff is friendly. Good breakfast variety. The fridge in our room wasn’t plugged in so when plugged it in very dusty on top and under fridge (though understand they probably aren’t moved often to clean under). Anyway was most likely unplugged because not working as it froze all our food. Lost some food in the process. Would of been nice to know ahead of time so we could of requested room with working fridge.
