We were shown to a room that the beds were not made and the floor was messy. Taken to another room and one bed had a sheet and bed spread while the other bed had a sheet, blanket and bedspread. The Body wash was broken off the bathroom wall. There was a live roach on the bathroom floor. I killed it and flushed it down the toilet. The next morning when we went to breakfast there was dead roach in the hallway. We have stayed at this same Fairfield for the past several years and were very disappointed. No mints on the counter and the breakfast was scampy. Don't think we will return.

We were somewhat disappointed. We stayed in a king suite. Some of the furniture was showing its age and our view was of a wall and roof. Coffee service was one regular and one decaf for two people.

These were the worst buds I have ever slept on. I could feel the springs and the bed moved when you said on the end, like actually lifted up. The deadbolt didn't work. I was very disappointed being a Marriott that the beds were so horrible. The pull-out couch bed was better and that is not saying much. I picked this hotel and paid more money to be at this hotel because it was a Marriott and typically the beds are amazing. I will not make that mistake again

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is now starting to show its’ age. The door to our room appeared to be coming off of the bottom hinge and you really had to slam it hard to get it to close. The provided refillable soap bottle had come off of the wall in the shower. There were no bags in the trash cans in the room. The room had almost a stale cigarette smell even though it’s a non smoking property. We checked in just as a bad storm was hitting. The power flickered and did eventually go out. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful! The coffee was hot and fresh in the morning!
