I have stayed at this hotel before. It is now starting to show its’ age. The door to our room appeared to be coming off of the bottom hinge and you really had to slam it hard to get it to close. The provided refillable soap bottle had come off of the wall in the shower. There were no bags in the trash cans in the room. The room had almost a stale cigarette smell even though it’s a non smoking property. We checked in just as a bad storm was hitting. The power flickered and did eventually go out. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful! The coffee was hot and fresh in the morning!

Room lock was broken so they downgraded us into a room that didn't fit us all. Whirlpool was broken. Tub didn't have a plug. Staff was as helpful but the place is falling apart.

I forgot our toiletries, I ask front desk for tooth brush, all other motels have them, this one said they ran out, didnt have any, shampoo bottles in shower were almost empty, got about a dime size

Two problems, the shampoo dispenser was off wall sitting on side of the tub and the plunger on the body wash was stuck. The toilet was not filling the reservoir.Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was very good.
