Hotel and amenities were excellent on our four night stay; We had to ask for towel exchange, so talk to the front desk and they will schedule cleanings and towel exchange. I discussed with the front desk about the drive way in and out of the hotel; the drive is very close to Hwy 501 and traffic turns in at a high speed on the four lane drive to Tange Outlets and the hotel. It is dangerous to drive out of the hotel parking lot and almost two accidents as Circle K gas is the same exit as hotel. There is another exit on the far side of the hotel, BUT it is blocked by the hotel with a gate and chain. Lady at front desk said people from Circle K speed through Hotel parking lot to take the second outlet to prevent an accident on the first outlet. I recommended to the Hotel Staff that the outlet from hotel parking lot was very dangerous waiting for an accident to happen. She explained about the Circle K drivers; I understand, and recommended the staff must inform all guest of the Safety issue leaving the hotel parking lot by auto and dangers of quick and fast drivers from Hwy 501. I will definitely stay at hotel again as it is a 9.5 but staff did not express an urgency of the EXIT dangers from hotel parking lot.

Our room was never cleaned nor beds made. Mattress was terrible and I actually pulled my back. No shampoo or conditioner which would have been hood in a pinch since we forgot ours . We had to exchange towels three times. We also had to take out our own trash. Pool was originally closed but staffed opened it with warm weather. All staff were friendly helpful and kind. No coffee machines in rooms. Amenities were limited but circle k next door.

Room clean however no dressers to store clothes. Pool was closed even though it was in the 80s. Staff was amazing, ample parking.

We made a last-minute decision to stay there as we were visiting family. For the cost it was very clean, the rooms were updated, the breakfast was great, the woman working the desk could not have been more helpful and it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend it if you're traveling and need a safe no frills clean environment. there was a pool however for our purposes we didn't try it.
