the Jacuzzi needs a nice deep clean. The button had scum on it, and it's a little.. stained.. you need that Clorox spa stain&scale control and a good bristle brush to get that off. But, other than that the housekeeping was phenomenal, the price was great and the bed/room was so comfy and clean. Big beautiful TV and convenient charging ports.

The property is old and needs some updating. The bathroom shower was leaky, the light was missing its cover, and the tub was falling apart. The bed had cigarette burns all over the fleece blanket (even though we were in a non-smoking room) the curtains had paint on them, and there was nail polish all over the vanity. At one point we were asked to park across the street because the lot was full with other non-guests. As a paying customer I shouldn't be the one having to park somewhere else. This place would be nice if it was updated a bit and managed a little better.

I arrived around 2 am and the desk guy said my reservation was for tomorrow bc I guess he was confused on dates since it was after midnight. I didn’t sleep well bc homeless people off the street frequently entered the courtyard/parking area and were loitering. It had me concerned for my motorcycle parked outside

I was staying for two nights. Checked in very very late and got into my room. The electrical plugs next to the bed had been removed from the walls and there were cockroaches on the floor and the bed. I went back to the front desk and asked to change rooms, which they obliged. But the new room also has cockroaches, just not as many. The room was comfortable other than the roaches but no coffee maker.

What I liked about property is it's clean and close to everything.What I didn't like was that the room I was in was infested with roaches. In the bath tub and all across the room. Looks good on the outside but what's in the inside is not right...

Upon arrival bathroom sink had hair. Inside of microwave and mini fridge were dirty. Blanks and bed covers full of cigarette burns. I found used bottle caps and water bottles on the floor under the air conditioner. Property had homeless people squatting I want a refund or credit

Dirty room, there were a pair of glue on eyelashes stuck to the shower wall. There were roaches and bugs. They keep the doors open before you check in with the AC off so it was extremely hot in there and the AC hardly worked, so we demanded a refund and left. It was in an unacceptable condition.

Main entry doors do not close properly. We changed rooms twice because of this. Other guests were experiencing the same issue. Rooms are dirty. Shoddy repair work done on the rooms. Dim lighting in restroom. Mattresses were stained. Cigarette burns on pillow cases. Floors are filthy.

Shower handle broke off, checked in late and wasn’t gonna switch rooms late at night, shower head sprayed water from the neck that connected to the shower head. Put a wash cloth so it wouldn’t spray everywhere. Told hostess and she apologized, didn’t expect much other than an apology. Definitely not staying again, a one night business trip

The room was great, only complaint was that it was directly above the laundry room and rather than stop laundry during sleeping hours it sounded like they were doing laundry all night. We got used to it eventually!

The room was very clean. The front desk was very nice and friendly. Housekeeping was even friendly when they came to the door to tell us it was check out time even granted us late check out without giving an attitude. Pleasant experience. The water in the shower stayed hot for hours.

I paid for a king bed for a queen. The air conditioner/heater rattled loudly all night. The management was rude and wouldn't refund the difference for the downgrade. Expedia was no help because they needed the approval from the manager to refund my l the difference out other option would be they could credit the difference with them. I paid had earned money and thru to give Me credit. So impossible to get in touch with management at the Thunderbird. He's so rude and brushed me off. Will never again stay at this roach motel or use Expedia again. Frustrated and disappointed.

The staff was amazing! Anytime there is something wrong with the room. The maintenance was on top of it. If I would call the front desk and ask for more towels. I would have them in seconds.

The staff went above and beyond for us when our hair dryer in the room wasn’t working and when we had to move someone to sleep on the floor, they provided us with extra blankets to make it more comfortable. Really appreciated the great service! Walked downtown, it was only a little under a mile walk so very convenient. Liquor store across the street was super convenient as well. A great stay!

Overlay room was pretty good! The hair dryer was broken and very interesting people were out about all night and the police came most nights. But the room was clean, there’s an easy AC and heater nob and they give great room service. I loved it!

Minus: toilet reservoir was leaking when we entered the room. Plus: Hotel staff fixed it and mopped up the water promptly. Minus: No free breakfast. Minus: Rough-looking wallboard enclosure of in room hot tub.

Bad experience. The first room they put me in had a broken AC. Front desk didn’t believe me. They checked and put me in a second room that smelled like cleaning chemicals. I asked to try another room she said she would rather refund me but it was late at night I insisted on trying another room. The last room she put me in was dirty and she had to bring me towels because the room didn’t have them. The bed was indented in the middle I had to sleep on the edge where it was firm . Pillows were yellow and black and the sheets didn’t smell clean. The microwave is from the 80s or something and smelled weird and toxic and didn’t work when I turned it on. I had to go to the front desk and they were rude and said they were doing me a favor by letting me use anotjer broken microwave that didn’t rotate in another room. The pool and jacuzzi were not open for use and had no water in either. On top of being a terrible place to stay, the staff were awful and lazy too. The only good thing was that there was enough parking.

The hotel was nice. When we got there, check in was easy. The staff members were nice, I checked in late so I only spoke with one person, and during check out the manager or employee was attentive even though she was having to do other work. The room was clean and neat. I was pleasantly surprised by the space in the room. Parking is easy cause the its a small lot. Definitey part of my list as far as hotels to stay in while in the area.

I only stayed one night but the room was immaculately clean, and the bed was very comfortable.The staff was helpful , professional and friendly. I would certainly stay there again!
