Hotel was nice, have stayed here in the past, decent Breakfast, rooms are nice and spacious, Beds are very comfortable and AC works great. pool is a little on the cool side.

This property is very nice and clean. The only drawback is if you have children that like to swim the pool is on the smaller side.

At check-in the employee asked me to verify that my information qas correct on the screen. It was incorrect and I told him it needed to be changed. However he told me none of the information could be changed, that i had to confirm with the incorrect info. That it would have to be changed thru expedia, not the hotel computer system. Breakfast had several breads, but no cream cheese or peanut butter. There was only frozen butter in a fridge for topping. There were hardboiled eggs, but no mayo, relish, or sour cream. I got ice from the one ice machine in the lobby. I'm glad i ended up not using to drink. When the ice was melted, there were floating black specks in the water. Pretty sure the ice machines are full of mold and no one should be injesting the ice.

I was not to arrive late Thursday to find the elevator was out of commission and expected to be working until early December. I have a brace on my ankle and carry my bags up and down the stairs was difficult for me. Otherwise the staff were nice and the room was clean.

The hotel itself, everyone was very friendly, place was clean, quiet, organized and spacious. The only complaint is the entrance off the highway. Very poorly lit, the island in the road needs reflectors as we ran over it. It was too dark! Hotel sign too low. Otherwise thank you for the lovely stay, breakfast was wonderful.

Heated pool would have made it just that much better!!

The location is perfect. You can walk to stores and restaurants. Rooms are clean. The pool is very small and at times can get very crowded.

One of the cleanest and well maintained hotels i been to in a while. The pool area was nice. I booked a trip this weekend with my family after being there alone last weekend

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Great breakfast. It had a pool which we enjoyed even though it's a bit small and was to cold. Wish they had a hot tub.

Stayed 2 nights and breakfast was not great. Scrambled eggs and sausage both days. Also elevator was out of service. Bed was super comfortable. HVAC ran quietly and kept us toasty.

The room could use a deep Cleaning. There was what looked BBQ sauce stains on a pillow and side of fitted sheet in one bed. There was Gold fish/ snacks from previous guest under bed side table. It appears the cleaning staff only cleans visible areas. The tub and sink in the room we stayed in good use a deep cleaning to get rid of the black mold and soap scum. And again underneath the cabinets in bathroom. I had my children with me ( kids drop things, frequently) this is why I had noticed the dirt/dust/crumbs underneath the furniture. My husband asked for an extra blanket to staff at the front desk and the staff member seemed agitated to get off his phone and help. Overall our stay was average.

Nice clean hotel in convenient location in Lancaster. We were there for the Renaissance Faire in Manheim about 20 min. away. Our room was nicely updated and very comfortable for 3 people w/2 queen beds, large tv, fridge, microwave, ironing board, safe and sitting area w/couch. Bathroom clean & nice shower/tub & vanity. We were given extra towels from front desk. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had at any self serve hotel. Coffee was good, scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles also good. They had yogurts and boiled eggs and toast & muffins. The bananas were just right, not too ripe. Very clean and well stocked breakfast area. Overall our overnight stay was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Needs better signage on Lincoln Highway , hard to find Room had a smell when first walked in. Musty best describes Toilet was dirty , no housekeeping services , Towel rack fell off the wall Bed was comfortable

The hotel had a foul odor in the hallway. There were stray cats in the front of the hotel with cat food sitting on the ground. The bathroom had mold all over. Never again will I stay there.

The room was exceptionally clean. The amenities:ironing broad and iron; there were cups for hot and cold water; coffee maker and coffee pods; the furniture was in good condition; everything properly positioned. The bed and pillows were comfortable. For a while all was quiet, until the air conditioner/heater unit after running several minutes began sounding like small jet engine. My life experiences with loud sounds at bed time includes living in large cites. Where the screaming of neighbors voices, police car sirens, etc, are common place. In the military sleeping while real jet engines were running in close hearing range difficult to sleep yes but I manage to fall asleep. However this "jet engine" sound continued to climb reaching a high pitch I could not ignore. I had to turn it off. The unit did heat the room. The sound resembles air going though a leak in a hose or a loose hose. The unit seems to operate better at a low temperature setting. So 4 stars not 5 stars.

The room was not clean. I found multiple hairs, a blood stain on the wall, and dust on the sofa. The facility only had one elevator, which caused long waits, especially with a full occupancy. During the weekend, the place was overcrowded, and kids were banging on doors at night, making it hard to rest.

Room was clean and nice. All night long you can hear the trucks going by on Rt. 30. Landscapers cutting grass at 6:30 am. Very very very loud. Kind of ruined the stay.

This was our first time staying at a Comfort Inn. The front desk staff was fabulous, but that was pretty much the highlight. The beds were pretty comfortable, but the sofa bed was the worst we have ever had. We are a family of 5, so our kids rotate sleeping on the pull out during our trips. The room also seemed smaller than other hotels we have stayed at so it felt like we were on top of each other. The breakfast was just okay. (My husband swore the eggs were powdered.) We frequently heard the people running around on the floor above us. The location was convenient if you was easy access to chain restaurants, but it was not an aesthetically location. We opted to go to local restaurants instead since Amish cooking is so good, so we had to commute 15+ minutes whenever we wanted to eat. The interstate is close by, but there was no road noise in our room. In the end, we opted leaving a night early because we were not enjoying our stay. If we travel back to Lancaster, we will be staying elsewhere. It’s not a bad hotel, just not for us.

Rooms were roomy and clean. The bathroom could use brighter lighting for applying makeup and doing hair.

I had to call the front desk twice on Friday night and once again Saturday night. The people above me I think were doing jumping jacks. It was very annoying, especially at 12:00 midnight. This hotel needs to do some soundproofing, especially with people being so inconsiderate.

The mattress was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. However, the black- out curtains do not shut and we’re too short for windows. The flood lights from the parking lot shined into our room. Thus, impossible for me to sleep.

I like that the property is close to many stores and restaurants and that it is especially close to Sight and Sound. What I EXTREMELY disliked was the treatment from the gentleman at the front desk. I was told his name is Dee. From the moment we walked in to check in, he was rude, not welcoming at all. I asked if I could use the CC that I had used to reserve the room and he obnoxiously said, whatever you have to pay the reservation now, which the last few times I’ve stayed there, I paid at CHECK OUT! Then we needed bed sheets for the sofa bed and I unfortunately had to go back downstairs to ask for them and when I did, he says, you need sheets?? Then ONCE AGAIN we needed toilet paper because there was only 1 unopened roll as well as what was left on the TP holder. His attitude again was poor after we asked for it. Matter of fact, the night we got there, a party was being set up in the lounge and the next day, one of the women from that group happened to be at the front desk at the same time as we were asking for the TP and she commented to us that he also had an attitude towards her and she thought it was something against her but we came to the conclusion that his customer service skills are LACKING and she said, and I quote, his a** is glued to that chair and doesn’t want to get up for anything. It was a very disappointing experience because for the last 2-3 years this was my go to place whenever I traveled to PA but I will now be staying elsewhere.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Got a call saying we had left the side door open in the van and they had closed it. So glad they did.

CLEAN A LITTLE NOISY STAFF TO CHECK IN WAS NOT AT DESK WAITIED ABOUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE SHOWED UP BUT WAS VERY APOLOGETIC FOR NOT BEING THERE

This was an excellent place to stay. Close to many dining options and easy to get to. The only thing I had issue with was the last day we went down to breakfast and when we came back to our room the door was open and the hotel staff were in there cleaning out our room with my purse and our things all still in there and the do not disturb sign o. The door. This was before check out time and we had not even checked out yet. I found this unacceptable!

Properly was clean and conveniently located to attend a performance at the Sight and Sound Theatre. Desk clerk on duty at check in was not very friendly.

I got my dates wrong and arrived the day I was scheduled to check out The lovely lady at the front desk went to talk to her manager and they let us stay with no extra charge. They didn’t have to do this since it was clearly my fault. I would definitely stay here again.

The person at the front desk was extremely rude. He did not greet us or explain anything about the hotel. No mention at all when the breakfast was served or the time or location. He went out of his way to be rude.

Staff at the front where wonderful at checkin that evening. Beds where comfortable and facility was clean. Morning breakfast service was Horrible! Closed the breakfast early cutting the lights off on people. Snatched up food kid was trying to get. Snatched away and huffing at us as if we where the the worst bother there was. At $270 a night I expect much better customer service. Felt as if a major hinderance to the staff. Will not return and will not utilize a comfort suits again. This was our second comfort suit facility on this trip and both where not worth the money spent.

They’re are still not servicing rooms during your stay. If you need something you have to go down to the desk and get it. Not a huge issue but also not away from home experience

We stayed here for two nights, everything was clean and in working condition. Everyone at the desk was nice a polite. It is a little confusing to find just because it sits back off the main road a little. Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located to the American Music Theatre. Spacious room. Would recommend to others.

Staff was very welcoming. I met Porkchop the outside security cat. She is very friendly. Came over to say meaw . ( hello ) I plann on coming back next year with the grand babies. It's within walking distance to restaurants stores and amusement parks.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Furniture and decorations were in great condition and mattress was very comfortable. Location was central to many Lancaster activities. Bathrooms were clean. Employees were very pleasant and helpful with information. We love it!

This is a generally clean and convenient place staffed with nice people. The breakfast and coffee are pretty awful and there is no daily maid service and the excuse about Covid is kind of old and tired at this point. If you can see past this you will enjoy your room in the pleasant staff in a good location, but just don’t expect your room to be cleaned or to have good food or coffee at your disposal

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and food. The night time front desk staff was not friendly. He did not greet us or smile once. The breakfast was not very good. Maybe they were powdered eggs? Gross. Hard beds. No linens and blankets for the pull out couch. The phone did not work. The clock was not set. The blackout curtains didn’t shut completely so it was very bright at 6:30am.

breakfast wasn't great. Eggs and sausage were lukewarm at best. Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly.

Overall it was okay. Mostly clean, breakfast was okay but there wasn’t enough seating so we had to cram together around the computer. Seemed like the staff didn’t care to offer an extra chair or anything which is fine but since they asked for a review, just keeping it honest. Pillows were terrible but overall for the price and location it was good.

Property is clean and nice. Rooms are spacious and nice. However, the breakfast was awful. They claim a full breakfast, but the scrambled eggs were powdered and gross and the sausages were overcooked and cardboard-like. Consider this a continental breakfast and you will not be disappointed.

Breakfast was amazing!! So was the little lady that took the time out and tell me how she makes the batter for the cinnamon waffles. They were heavenly. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely come stay again. Will recommend to my friends also. Thanks for a great time!!
