Room was clean and staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately cook didn't show to make breakfast so we checked out early and went out to breakfast - all worked out.

So we had the Presidential Suite, and while it was very spacious, we realized we needed a rollaway pretty badly since the couch bed was only a twin size. I felt bad for the man working the front desk, it seems he was the only employee in the whole building all afternoon/evening and was struggling. Some guests decided to leave after dealing with having to wait on things, and we finally gave up on getting the rollaway. So some of the party had to sleep in the floor that night. For what you pay, that's sad. But it's also sad that he needed help and didn't have any, so we aren't "mad" at him by any means. Probably would just look elsewhere next time.

Desk clerk was unhelpful when we informed him that there was no hot water in our room.

Room was clean and staff was very cordial and accommodating. It is disappointing that you have to pay even for morning coffee as well as the breakfast.
