attention les photos sont un peu trompeuses ! on est assez déçu par ce manque d informations ! Coté accueil 2 personnes ! une du matin qui n 'est pas accueillante ni sympathique ! une le soir qui est vraiment trés agréable et performante ! on a cherché notre réceptionniste débordé du matin avant de partir , introuvable ! ni aucune aide pour les bagages ! bref lieu quand m^me agréable mais aucune séparation entre les habitations donc vous vivez un peu avec tous les clients. pas d individualité et de réelle tranquillité pour information les jacuzzi ne sont pas nettoyés pas de chlore remis entre les clients donc hygiène trés moyenne je fais rarement des commentaires mais là à limage de Santorin on se fait un peu prendre pour des portes monnaies sans recevoir de sourire !!

No se confíen en las fotos dice que el jacuzzi es privado y para nada, el jacuzzi está a lado del del otro cuarto, nos tocó un jacuzzi que ni vista tenía, estaba hasta atrás, compartes terraza, el desayuno súper feo solo con lo mínimo. Para el precio no vale la pena! Pésimo hotel.

We stayed at Alexander Suites from August 25th to August 28th, 2025, as a group of seven guests occupying three rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected, and several serious issues during our stay significantly affected our comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction. Non-Functional Jacuzzi: One of the main reasons we chose this property was the private jacuzzi advertised with our room. However, the jacuzzi stopped working on the first day of our stay and remained out of order for the entire three-night reservation. Despite informing the staff, no effort was made to replace this key amenity. Electrical Hazard – Guest Electrocuted: Even more concerning was a serious safety issue involving one of the decorative lamps in the room. The cord was poorly held together with electrical tape, and the lamp shorted out, causing one of our guests to be electrocuted and the fuse to trip. When we reported the incident, the response from staff was shockingly dismissive—we were told to flip the switch back on, and although we were promised someone would check it the next day, no one ever followed up. No medical assistance was offered, and the issue was never properly addressed. We found this not only unacceptable but extremely negligent. Alexander Suites declined to offer any compensation or refund for the jacuzzi — a premium amenity we paid extra for — which remained non-functional throughout our stay. This response was completely unacceptable.

Excellent location - on main route close to the central square and most tourist destinations. Very friendly and helpful staff - the concierge Aqib went above and beyond helping us moving our luggages up and downstairs. Our suite itself is very clean and nicely decorated, and swimming pool and jacuzzi are also well maintained

Pros: Hood location, great view. Cons: No windows, hot tub was located outside of shared door next to other rooms window.

This is a nice place. My family had two rooms and they had a lot of character, kind of like living in a hobbit hole (with white walls). The hot tubs for our rooms were not built in but more like standard hot tubs, and the space outside the rooms was shared with other rooms, not private, FYI. There was a cool-looking restaurant on-site that we did not go to. Compared to some other hotels in Oia, this did not have too many stairs to get there, though there were maybe 20 stairs and some were pretty high. There was some miscommunication about parking for this place. We thought there would be dedicated parking, but we had to park on the street or in a public lot. Space is super tight, though at least in early April (before the busy season, I think) we always found a space within 5 minutes' walk.

The rooms are carved from the stone of the volcanic rock. Therefore, they remain cool with light air conditioning. The view is unparalleled. Dinner on the terrace of the attached restaurant was wonderful. The fresh red snapper was exceptionally well prepared.

Cudowne miejsce , cisza , zapierający dech widok, kąpiel w jacuzzi lub w basenie z widokiem na morze Egejskie i Wulkan Caldera , obsługa miła, śniadania podawane do pokoju albo na zewnątrz . Ręczniki , szlafroki, kapcie, wszystko w pakiecie. A breathtaking Caldera view ! Absolutely love it, service are amazing, breakfast in your room or outside your room 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice, rustic feel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, amazing view of the caldera. Nice breakfast and clean pool.

The property has a great view, and have good service. Staff is very helpful but the jetted tub is not at a private space, its is at a shared terrace. Also the wifi is terrible.

Reservé una suite superior de 65 m2 con vistas al mar (Caldera de Oia) y bañera de hidromasaje con una cama doble, una cama individual y un sofa cama, y la realidad fue una habitacion de apenas 30 m2 donde faltaba la cama individual, la habitacion tenia vistas al muro de la habitacion contigua y la bañera de hidromasaje sucia y sin potencia en los ejectores, que está junto a la puerta de esa habitacion contigua y su muro, sin ninguna intimidad ni vistas al mar. He puesto una reclamacion oficial a Hoteles.com y de momento nadie me ha dado ninguna solución.

イアの観光地からとても近いです。 朝食は、とても素晴らしい景色を観ながら食べる事が出来ました。浴槽のカビが気になりましたが、総合的には満足です。

We loved the location of Alexander's Suites: shops and the famed sunset church/castle location were all within easy walking distance. There were minor inconveniences: the tub leaked when it was drained (staff was quick to respond), door locks weren't terribly secure and could be tricky to work, we couldn't figure out the TV. There are a lot of stone steps which could prove difficult for some. A quick tutorial of the suites (no toilet paper in the toilet, here's how to work the heater/TV, etc.) would have been helpful. Space was plentiful. No facial tissue is provided and there wasn't a clothes iron. Even though we were there in winter, parking was challenging. A wonderful breakfast is included.

Our room slept 4 with a beautiful patio view of the Aegean Sea. Our room was charming, clean with a wonderful breakfast. Couldn’t have picked a better place. They arranged transportation with fast response to our requests. We would stay here again.

The suites design and interior was very eye catching, cozy and different from you'd typically see anywhere. The hillside is used by other properties as well and Alexander's has about 7 suites. The labyrinth of walkways and passages downhill is worth it :) The suites are ideally located. Take a walk on the marble street or on the one way road to the Oia castle for a nice sunset or sunrise view. The blue domes are few and scattered on the marble path. Easy to go around and find different food places to eat for less price.

We had such a wonderful stay in Santorini and at Alexander’s Studios! Communication prior to and during the stay was fantastic. The breakfast was wonderful & the room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed in early January so there wasn’t a lot open on the island, which made for a relaxing and peaceful stay & gave us space to explore the island. Would definitely recommend staying here!

No front desk service all the time. No wifi service at all. But they claim they have wifi. It never works. For front desk service, they will tell you to contact through WhatsApp. But they never respond to it.

The hotel’s location is amazing and the staff is very prompt in assisting us with any questions or requests. However, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The property is clearly outdated and in need of serious renovations. The furniture looked worn out and the bed was uncomfortable. The shower with the tub creates a puddle after using the shower. Overall, it didn’t feel like a comfortable or relaxing place to stay.

Room was a little small but the views made up for it . I can probably can say it was the best views of the island . It wasn’t too crowded but it was very close to center where there was a lot of shopping and dining . Would definitely stay here again but upgrade to bigger room

The management was not responsive enough. The items in the room were not well maintained. The Wi-Fi in the room was hardly available. Breakfast was there with very limited options

The hotel is one of the best places we have stayed. Front desk and all rounder helper Essan is excellent in helping from the beginning to the end. Breakfast in front of the house with caldera view is awesome.

While the view was good, we were disappointed by the staff’s unfriendliness. They didn’t want to do daily housekeeping at all and seeing the rudeness, ended up with just getting the towels replaced. They did not provide the bottle of wine included in the reservation until we asked for it on the 2nd night of our stay. The breakfast was delayed and we had to remind them even though it was ordered prior night. When repeat customers are not expected and when you don’t stay with a brand, guess this is what happens.Totally disappointed.

What can one say, this property is one of a kind. There is no experience comparable to the rooms at this hotel carved into the side of the cliff. Aquib was so attentive and made sure we had a spectacular stay. The rooms are each unique and quirky which is what makes it such an amazing stay. Honestly this was the highlight of our trip.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They offered me one thing and gave me another. Upon my departure, I requested a slightly earlier breakfast, and it never arrived. As a VIP, I was entitled to a bottle of wine, but I asked for it and never received it. I had to get my bags myself. The man at reception was terrible.

Hospitality was excellent. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. Staff was attentive it was an exceptional stay. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Great location, great people in Alexander’s suite!. Aquib and Ehsan great duo who made our stay memorable! Asked for a birthday cake on the day we arrive and it was delivered on time and awesome birthday cake!. 5 stars!!

One of the best places to stay in Oia! It’s walkable to major tourist spots and all beautiful views that Oia has to offer! Staff is great as well.

Hervorragende Lage und schönes Ambiente. Definitiv viele Treppen.

Location is great as it's walkable,and the area is actually one of the best spot for photos. Staff were accomodating. However, communicating with the hotel was a challenge, you have to wait days to receive a response. In my experience, previous hotels i booked are normally prompt to reply to messages. Also, although the bus stop is only a few steps away,it didn't stop for us 2x coz it's always full. This is because the bus that passes by is actually coming from the depot where most passengers go to catch the bus. Luckily,we only have carry -ons so we decided to walk to the depot for about 15 mins and true enough there was a long line up. If you’re not planning to use a private transportation then this should not be an issue.

It is the best place we went to. The location is amazing, the view is the best, and the staff are super nice and helpful. Easy and quick communication with them. I love it

Alexander's Suites was amazing! It was in a perfect location to dining, shopping and bus transportation. I would definitely stay there again. The hosts were kind and very helpful.

The view of the Caldera from this property was out of this world. The staff was kind and helpful. The property its a short walk from the main street.

It is a beautiful place, a villa with spectacular views of Oia. Everything is close and within walking distance of Oia. They served us a breakfast in the room which was super special. Everything was almost perfect except that they arranged for us to have a shuttle service from the port to the hotel but at a very high cost compared to the average price and super bad service from the driver who arrived very late for us, made us wait a long time in the sun and then made us walk a long way up a very steep hill carrying all the luggage. I highly recommend this place to stay because it is simply perfect but I do not recommend purchasing any extra services such as transportation or excursions.
