Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport

Housekeeping never came our entire stay there. I called down to the front desk at 2:45 pm our last day there because we needed our trash taken out, towels and toilet paper. I was told housekeeping had gone home for the day but, they would send someone else to tend to our needs. Over an hour later no one came. My husband went down to see why and he was handed trash bags so he could empty the trash himself. He was also handed a roll of toilet paper. This was the absolute the worst Hyatt we have ever stayed in.

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great!

Everything was excellent - including the breakfast. It looked so inviting as if it was prepared with love.

Very clean and well maintained. Location was beautiful, and felt very safe. Staff was courteous and helpful. On site restaurant only had limited choices but the food that was available was good. The only complaint is the website said shuttle available 24 hours, what they don't tell you is they only run once an hour, and I called for the shuttle at 4 minutes past 8 and was told I'd need to wait an hour for pickup. I got an uber instead. Other than that, a lovely, clean, well maintained home.

Nice people. On our way out a gentleman gave my 3 kids candy and it made their day!
