Hallways and rooms filthy. No AC in first room. Upon entering 2nd room, killed three roaches. Demanded refund but no manager available. Elevator did not work and carried suitcases down filthy stairs to leave. Walked out of hotel. Three other guests fighting for correction on defects at desk. So bad that we left not knowing if we will get a refund. Cannot believe associated with Wyndham

This property is in a seemingly unsafe location. It is under construction. When I arrived, there were huge dumpsters in the parking lot, the property was not secured, there was plastic up in the lobby area, there was very little lighting and no continental breakfast available. The pictures accompanying the listing do not come even close to the actual condition of this property. There is no way they should be renting rooms.

My reservation for Friday and Saturday night should have been somewhere else. The hotel requires a separate $30 deposit. It is a mandatory fee, and it takes 3-5 business days to release the funds! The pictures of the hotel rooms on the website are FAKE, and misrepresent the quality of the facility. I fell for it and booked a room with a spa tub, based on those pictures. The first room they put me in was an absolute travesty. They probably charge by the hour. When I went to the bathroom, I noticed the tub was a regular one, so I went to be reassigned. The clerk first said they didn't have any, or if they did, it would be more expensive. I showed him my reservation amenity details, including the spa tub. Then he was able to "find" a room at that rate. I asked when breakfast was served, and he pointed to a sign that said they are not serving breakfast. This is another amenity listed in my reservation that wasn't included. It wasn't a temporary outage. There isn't any room in the lobby to host breakfast. There wasn't even a vending machine. I ended up walking to the hotel next door to use their machine. The tub that the room had was a jacuzzi brand spa tub, but NONE of the buttons worked. It was just a larger tub. There wasn't a wall between the bathroom and bedroom. The tub was between the toilet and the bedroom, with curtains on either side, severely impairing privacy.

Hallways with lots of trash on the other end of the floor I was staying on. Half the lights in my room weren't working, not to mention the toilet lid being busted the moment I checked in. Page says they offer vending machines and tea/coffee in dining areas, but the hotel had neither. Despite my room being non-smoking I smelled cigarette smoke the moment I walked in.

The website stated they had a pool and hot tub, vending machines, and free breakfast. They did not have any of these things. The whole hotel smelled like pee. The rooms were trashy and dilapidated, with faulty outlets. Sign in bathroom said the shower steam would set off the smoke alarm and that we would be charged $250 for the alarm going off, so no showers. Which didn’t matter because the shower was also broken. Our second night they knocked on our door at 2:16 AM waking us up to “check vacant rooms.” There was also no phone, tv didn’t work, and there was a coffee maker but no coffee pot.

When we travel, we usually get pretty cheap hotels/motels, especially if its just a quick overnight. Sometimes they're kind of dinghy, but it's like "you get what you pay for". This hotel, on the other hand, is the only one I've ever felt the need to write a negative review for. I did not do my research. The picture looked good enough and i chalked the 4/10 review up to people being too picky. I didnt read reviews. As we checked in, a drunk man drinking was periodically shouting incoherent comments at us. They say the building is being renovated, but it seems more like they just tore the carpet up, installed new keycard locks, and called it done. The stairwell was unlit, with a sticky floor. The hallway was like old warped wood. I didnt notice at night, but it definately smelled like pee in the morning. Our room smelled like smoke, which doesnt really bother me much. The bathroom door didnt close. The carpets were gross. Not just stains, but sticky areas and gum in the carpet. The walls were not clean. We saw dark red stains on the wall and on the bottom part of the bed. We thought it was blood at first, but we concluded it was probably some sort of food/sauce, but it was still gross. The sheets had stains. The blanket smelled like pee. There was an old band-aid and an old q-tip above the light over the sink. It was no question the worst hotel ive stayed at. After seeing the room, we asked for a refund. We were denied. We did get "fresh" sheets and used those.

As soon as we walked in there was a strange odor in the room. Before that every door to a room looks ran down. I mean the doors are filthy. In the room the walls were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the bottom part of the tub was chipped and dirty. The toilet was not cleaned. Oh yea and it was hairs on the towels, and it wasn’t like u would miss it, they was all over the towels. I lift up the stained covers to see the mattress. Just like I thought filthy,!it had black and red spots. I didn’t even sit on anything. I immediately went back down stairs on that run down elevator they got from the movie devil. And I got a refund. I would say stay far far away from this place. It looks like nothing but hypes and crackheads stay there.

Gross!!!! Bed bugs and when we told the front desk, they said we brought them!! Found a knife in the room when we checked it. Scary, didn’t feel safe, will never stay again!

The pictures listed for this hotel show a nice clean place, but when you check in and go into your room you will find dirty towels, sheets and bathroom and roaches. Definitely will not book again.

The property says it offer complementary breakfast which is not true, as soon as I arrived at my room door a roach was crawling from underneath the door. Inside the room roaches crawling around and unfortunately I couldn’t go elsewhere cause rates were extremely to high due to holiday. Apparently this days inn have people that lives in this hotel which is why roaches were everywhere and the skirt on bottom box spring was so dirty and stained up. I tried to stay gone from there more than I stayed there. Never again

The stay was awful. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures online. The amenities they say they offer, they just flat out do not have. There is no breakfast even though some places say there is free breakfast and others say breakfast is available for purchase, NEITHER of these are available or options. There are cigarette burn holes in some of the blankets. The entry way smells like marijuana and the hallways outside our room smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana at all times. The water pressure in the shower is atrocious and if you have the temperature up to high it starts making a screeching noise until you turn it down. And by up to high, I mean slightly above warm, so showering sucked. The floors had broken tiles, soft spots that felt like you might fall through, the toilet seat was cracked in half, the walls had holes in them and disgusting stains on them from who knows what. The TV only worked about half the time. The air conditioning unit panels were broken, luckily the air and heat did work though. My wife found a maggot crawling on her in the bed and there were gnats throughout the room. The online portrayal of this hotel is 100% a lie and none of what they show is real.

It looked one way in the Expedia photos and another in real life. Very noisy mini fridge compressor. Fire alarm went off after 2:30 AM because some other room didn’t have the exhaust fan on and steam from the shower set it off. It was clean but worn. For another $30 or so I could have had Holiday Inn or Best Western.

This place is nothing like the pictures at all that Expedia showed on the their website coming up on the property there is plastic all over the windows and it looked like a halfway house not including the lot lizards in the parking lot, the Days Inn logo isn’t even on the building it was under a different name but Going into the building the Days Inn logo was behind the desk on the wall, there is no free breakfast, carpet is stained all get out, doors are all scratched up and missing paint, rooms where missing room numbers, the entire hallway stunk of weed, blunt wrappers in the hallway. Going into the room there was absolutely no bedding just a fitted sheet and a pillow, no bathroom floor, caked on plaster on the walls, the floor literally moved when walking throughout the room, 1 towel in the bathroom for 3 adults and 1 child to use. I refused to pay for my room before I could see what it looked like after what I had witnessed outside and glad I did. We canceled our reservations and went down the road to a more tasteful hotel that we actually felt safe to sleep in. The gentleman at the desk understood and was kind that’s the only good experience we had.

The conditions of the hotel were terrible. Boxes in the lobby. The room was in poor shape. The doors looked as if they had been broken and the wood was chipping off. The bathroom was dingy. Only some of the lights were working. The deadbolt on the door was broken off therefore we did not feel safe. The beds were worn down and the moment you sat or laid down the mattress would dip inward. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

The pictures online are a total lie compared to what they actually look like. Our door doesn’t have the extra lock latch. Our toilet tank top is cracked in half. You have to have the bathroom fan on to shower or the fire alarm goes off because they stupidly installed a sprinkler IN the shower. There are only 4 channels on the tv and the WiFi does not work. Your blanket is basically a flat sheet. The ONLY positive is that the bed is clean and the worker was nice. Do not recommend staying here if you are a woman traveling alone. Luckily I have someone with me.

The lock on the outside of my room did not work and would open to anyone. Had one pillow per bed, shower did not work. Tile in the bathroom was broke and protruding out of the ground. Do not waste your money here

The lady at check in was friendly however she informed me there will be no breakfast served even though its advertised online and on the signage in the lobby. I was told there would be coffee. In the morning there was no coffee. The room was clean, but poorly maintained. Paint smears, holes in the walls. I was charged $20 for 1 1/2 hour an check in, at least the TV and WiFi worked. This is not in the best area either. If you’re in town for the car auction don’t waste your time

The property name is misleading on Google. I based my reservations on the name Days Inn. So that was very misleading when we got there and it was changed. I could have easily chosen another motel. They were helpful when we had an issue with our room.

The front desk guy is really nice and if you have a problem he is sure to fix it and you come out on top now there remodeling so it looks a lilttle ran down but over all I had a problem but the front desk guy fixed it there find by me

In short, I found it dirty, noisy, and the staff to be unwilling to help unless forced to. When I got there, they asked me to wait 5 minutes for a shift change. After 10 minutes, the other person already sitting there offered to help. I got to the room and it wasn't cleaned (trash everywhere, bed not made, fake lashes on the bathroom counter). I asked if it was cleaned and they said it was, even while I explained there was trash everywhere. They upgraded me to another room, but were condescending about making sure it was "up to my standards". Since they made me feel like a burden and not valued, I wasn't going to report the fact that the tub was disguisting, the mirrors weren't cleaned, there were holes in one of the blankets, the door often got stuck, and the faucet leaked when put on cold water since those weren't crucial. I did have to get help multiple times for my door not opening; both times they told me to not have it next to my phone, though I told them I didn't. The first person didn't think anything of it after fixing it, and the second did the same before I pressed him on the fact that it was the second straight day. He looked and saw that the key was only set for one day, even though I was staying 6 nights. It was very loud at all hours; I heard several fights (and 1 potential arrest) and others a lot. My room was cleaned once. There was not breakfast as advertised online. I wish I stayed elsewhere and question if this is the right industry for the owners of here

This property is in a seemingly unsafe location. It is under construction. When I arrived, there were huge dumpsters in the parking lot, the property was not secured, there was plastic up in the lobby area, there was very little lighting and no continental breakfast available. The pictures accompanying the listing do not come even close to the actual condition of this property. There is no way they should be renting rooms.

This place is nothing like the pictures at all that Expedia showed on the their website coming up on the property there is plastic all over the windows and it looked like a halfway house not including the lot lizards in the parking lot, the Days Inn logo isn’t even on the building it was under a different name but Going into the building the Days Inn logo was behind the desk on the wall, there is no free breakfast, carpet is stained all get out, doors are all scratched up and missing paint, rooms where missing room numbers, the entire hallway stunk of weed, blunt wrappers in the hallway. Going into the room there was absolutely no bedding just a fitted sheet and a pillow, no bathroom floor, caked on plaster on the walls, the floor literally moved when walking throughout the room, 1 towel in the bathroom for 3 adults and 1 child to use. I refused to pay for my room before I could see what it looked like after what I had witnessed outside and glad I did. We canceled our reservations and went down the road to a more tasteful hotel that we actually felt safe to sleep in. The gentleman at the desk understood and was kind that’s the only good experience we had.

Convenient location. The front desk and house keeping were great. However, on multiple separate occasions over several weeks I had maintenance workers opening my door to access my room even after numerous complaints to the front desk, so safety and personal privacy doesn’t seem to exist. I believe they are doing upgrades which is very much needed. Water pressure is poor, heating in the room didn’t always work so got quite cold, no breakfast as mentioned, beds need to be replaced. House keeping is every 3 days not daily. I’d recommend for one or two nights at most if looking for cheap stay.

The area is a little shady in my opinion a lot of the perks like I think probably breakfast they didn't have that they never vending machine they had a ice maker but it was behind the checking counter so they give you like a cup of ice and that's it in the bag the room was clean but the next morning when I use the bathroom I sent a roach that sort of blew me but I didn't see no roaches after that the staff was okay

Prostitution area. I stood outside to have a cigarette and a guy drove up to me looking for entertainment. Hotel needs to finish renovating because phones didn’t work and ac was leaking on the floor I woke up to a puddle of water by my bed. Beds were comfortable snd shower was nice

My stay was ok, only thing couldn't get any towels, needed toilet tissue because there wasn't any extra in the bathroom. There wasn't any breakfast as well but it could have been because they was remodeling.

The stay was awful. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures online. The amenities they say they offer, they just flat out do not have. There is no breakfast even though some places say there is free breakfast and others say breakfast is available for purchase, NEITHER of these are available or options. There are cigarette burn holes in some of the blankets. The entry way smells like marijuana and the hallways outside our room smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana at all times. The water pressure in the shower is atrocious and if you have the temperature up to high it starts making a screeching noise until you turn it down. And by up to high, I mean slightly above warm, so showering sucked. The floors had broken tiles, soft spots that felt like you might fall through, the toilet seat was cracked in half, the walls had holes in them and disgusting stains on them from who knows what. The TV only worked about half the time. The air conditioning unit panels were broken, luckily the air and heat did work though. My wife found a maggot crawling on her in the bed and there were gnats throughout the room. The online portrayal of this hotel is 100% a lie and none of what they show is real.

My reservation for Friday and Saturday night should have been somewhere else. The hotel requires a separate $30 deposit. It is a mandatory fee, and it takes 3-5 business days to release the funds! The pictures of the hotel rooms on the website are FAKE, and misrepresent the quality of the facility. I fell for it and booked a room with a spa tub, based on those pictures. The first room they put me in was an absolute travesty. They probably charge by the hour. When I went to the bathroom, I noticed the tub was a regular one, so I went to be reassigned. The clerk first said they didn't have any, or if they did, it would be more expensive. I showed him my reservation amenity details, including the spa tub. Then he was able to "find" a room at that rate. I asked when breakfast was served, and he pointed to a sign that said they are not serving breakfast. This is another amenity listed in my reservation that wasn't included. It wasn't a temporary outage. There isn't any room in the lobby to host breakfast. There wasn't even a vending machine. I ended up walking to the hotel next door to use their machine. The tub that the room had was a jacuzzi brand spa tub, but NONE of the buttons worked. It was just a larger tub. There wasn't a wall between the bathroom and bedroom. The tub was between the toilet and the bedroom, with curtains on either side, severely impairing privacy.

I had paid the room with breakfast included but it was told by the reception that there was no breakfast provided. I had requested for a refund of the breakfast but to no avail. The room is not in livable and clean condition. Overall it is a bad experience of the hotel stay that I ever had in my life!

The pictures that are posted online of the rooms and hotel are NOT accurate at all. The hotel and room was completely disgusting and had holes in the walls and bugs on the floor along with hair and crayon markings on walls. GROSS!

We checked in on a Friday night. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. Walked in for check-in and instantly there was the whiff of cigarettes and weed. There were mouse traps for sell at check-in. No trash can in the entire room. No chairs at the desk. No towels in the bathroom. No blanket and two tiny toddler sized pillows on the king bed. The spa tub in the picture was not there. The tub was dirty and had no plug. Shower screams in bloody murder. A drug baggie was found in the back of the toliet. The floors were not vacuumed. The lamp by the bed didn’t have a light bulb and when we asked we were told we can’t have a light bulb.The picture on the wall was upside down and sticky. He bed board was broken. Mold under sink. At least there was hot water and no bed bugs… we left notes as the tip.
We checked in on a Friday night. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. Walked in for check-in and instantly there was the whiff of cigarettes and weed. There were mouse traps for sell at check-in. No trash can in the entire room. No chairs at the desk. No towels in the bathroom. No blanket and two tiny toddler sized pillows on the king bed. The spa tub in the picture was not there. The tub was dirty and had no plug. Shower screams in bloody murder. A drug baggie was found in the back of the toliet. The floors were not vacuumed. The lamp by the bed didn’t have a light bulb and when we asked we were told we can’t have a light bulb.The picture on the wall was upside down and sticky. He bed board was broken. Mold under sink. At least there was hot water and no bed bugs… we left notes as the tip.

One word: HORRIBLE!!!! To say it was dirty would be an understatement. You could tell someone has been smoking in the lobby, walls had patches, hanging cables, and glass in the counter as if you were in a pawnshop!😖

The motel is disgusting.. people’s trash was all in the hallway not housekeepers in site. There was nothing but gnats everywhere hallways room everywhere had to sleep with the air high so they wouldn’t bother us but when we ate they were everywhere. They gave us a thin sheet one face towel not to mention the tv did not work at all. I called front desk he said the maintenance people for gone and it was nothing he could do. I will never go back I recommend nobody goes and I want my money back

The property as a whole, bad smell, internet sucked, beds had no comforter, top and bottom sheet only. Asked for comforter was told housekeeping closed come back tomorrow(really). No toliet paper in room. When i asked for some you went in the locked housekeeping room, but i couldn't get a comforter.....just get rid of the whole building. This crappy room cost $93.00....NEVER AGAIN......
