White Olive Marine Aquapark

Vi fick ett väldigt fint rum som var stort med separat rum för barnen . Helt ok säng inte alls lika hård som är brukligt på hotell utomlands . Väl städat och rent överallt på hotellet samt rummet . All personal var oerhört trevliga och hjälpsamma , det var god service och extra plus att vi fick utnyttja alla faciliteter hela dagen då vi hade ett nattflyg hem . Maten var på det stora hela bra även nere vid snackbaren , det fanns alltid nåt att äta . Bra service av personalen som jobbade i matsalen. Rena och bra temperatur i poolerna , finns både sten och en liten sandstrand vid hotellet . Enda minuset är att badvakterna inte hade så bra koll i vattenrutschkanorna då var totalt kaos med både barn och vuxna som åkte och krockade med andra . Vi hade inte så mycket kontakt med animationteamet men dom verkade göra ett bra jobb med barnen och var engagerade i sina aktiviteter.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is located far from everything and markets itself as a high-end all-inclusive water park resort. In reality, the property is outdated and poorly maintained. Our room had a broken shower, the water pressure was excessively high, the pool areas were untidy, and the sun loungers were old and uncomfortable. The food was edible, but the restaurant was unbearably noisy, making it difficult to enjoy any meal. To make matters worse, the water slides in the water park were closed for three out of our seven days, which was a major disappointment. The service was by far the worst part of our stay. The woman working in Customer Relations reacted very unprofessionally to the feedback I sent by email. Instead of addressing my concerns, she confronted me and shouted at me in person. They also ruined my birthday. On top of that, a hotel employee entered our room at 8:30 p.m. without knocking or introducing himself, which was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. Please be aware of these issues before booking. I have been travelling to Greece since the 1980s, and I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere before.

Le plus gros point fort de l'hôtel, ce sont ses piscines avec vagues et toboggans, vraiment adaptées pour les enfants au niveau de la profondeur, avec maître-nageur dans chacune. Par contre, c'est un hôtel vraiment vieillissant, à peine rafraîchi. L'aire de jeux pour les enfants est vraiment sous-dimensionnée par rapport au nombre d'enfants présents dans l'hôtel et le club enfants ne donne vraiment pas envie. Niveau nourriture, il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant avec des plats relativement variés, au niveau des plats mais pas au niveau des desserts.

war alles wunderschön. Das Essen hat wirklich super gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war auch immer freundlich sowie auch die Unterhaltung Personal, andere Rezeption. Ihr Name war Christina. Sie war sehr höflich und kam auch mit schwierigen Gästen klar das ist, was ich beobachtet habe

Das Hotel entspricht den 4 Sternen. Positiv: weitläufig, 4 pools- davon einer mit Wellenpool und einer mit 5 verschiedenen Rutschen, ständig andere Abendessen Mottos, sehr viele Pool- und Strandliegen, Obstkorb + große Wasserflasche und eine Weinflasche zur Begrüßung im Zimmer, tolle Matratzen, tolle Poolbar, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Negativ: bei Später Anreise nur 1 Sandwich, die Anlage ist hauptsächlich für polnische und englische Besucher ausgelegt.
