Prior to arrival, it was difficult to coordinate our check-in, as the hotel doesn't allow early check-in and does not have a 24/7 hour number to call. The room was not clean. Our toilet had urine marks on it. I cleaned it myself with a Lysol wipe that I had brought. The area was very noisy and the walls were thin. Our room was right by a stairwell and we were woken up frequently throughout our nights to people screaming either in the stairwell, the hallway or outside on the street. We also did not find the hotel to be safe. The elevator was not working during our stay and we were required to use the stairs from the underground parking to get to our room. We found a homeless man sleeping in the stairwell and had to re-route to take another set of stairs to get to our car.

The communication was very poor. It was hard to differentiate who lived in the apartments and who was there for vacation. There was no one at the front to help. The elevator was out for most of the stay and we had to drag our things up and down 3 floors of stairs. Everything was sent via email. No personal communication.

They did not tell how to park. I called three times and left a voicemail the day of check in and no one returned my call. Asked three times for 2 more pillows and never got them. Spend extra $ and stay some place else. There is no pool for use for at the 1630 address as advertised on hotels.com. Super disappointed.

The access was pretty slick (after I figured it out). Apartment was clean and modern. I loved that there was access to a gym but I would have liked a treadmill. But overall it was a great experience.

The Stay PROS: + Room was nice. + Area was popping ++ Balcony was a plus ++ Location was great(never had to rush anywhere +++ Emme was the biggest help and Delight there & im thankfuk for her 🙌 CONS: - Microwave & Stove didnt work - No Hot Water - it lukewarm at Best - No Hot Tub (Regular bathtub) - Some people made it known that they didnt want us there. - Check-in was horrible (Go through the double doors and dont use screen) - Parking was terrible without prior knowledge (you need to go get your key, then get the parking pass from the room then go park in the garage for the $20/day parking) Austin Itinerary: - Roosevelt Room (10mins away via car - wasnt very attentive to us maybe b/c we were black idk but it was mi birthday and they acted as if we wasnt there ... 3/10) - Spicy Boys (Right across the street - sooo good had to get a couple of orders. super nice people and quick too, not too spicy just enough to leave you wanting more... 10/10) - The Low Down ( The music lured me in and the rain and music mixed kept me there for over an hour ... 8/10) - The Lucky Duck (The music lured me in and kept me there for over an hour ... 10/10) - VooDoo ( The music was perfecr and loud, stripper poles, free to do whatever ... 15/10) All were amazing and gave different vibes and it was great

Very nice and lively area with great food options. The neighborhood got quiet around 11pm which we didn’t mind. Very clean apartment with an easy check in. Great views from our balcony. Had a great time in the area. We will definitely return

The property was in a good location. Walkable to lots of great bars and dining. While the property was well located, the room was good enough for a 1 night stay. With the bed in the studio being a Murphy bed, the mattress was super thin and soft, it would deflate as soon as you layed on it. In addition the room description is not for all rooms in the property, for example, it was advertised that a 55 inch Samsung smart TV would be in the room, it was an LG TV that was much smaller. It being a studio it was a better fit for the room but still inaccurate.

If you value sleep, this is not the place to stay. If you’re going to Austin to party, go for it! It’s really clean. Nice. Great service. But you can hear every noise from everyone above you, beside you, and the bar on the first floor WILL rattle your windows until 2am. We were on the 4th floor. You can hear the entire crowd yelling along with the songs. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels with bars, I get the vibe. I’ve never experienced this level of noise at any of them. Again, it’s very nice, the service is great! It’s just very loud.

If you value sleep, this is not the place to stay. If you’re going to Austin to party, go for it! It’s really clean. Nice. Great service. Great location and apartment was in great condition. Will definitely stay here again. Lots of bars and restaurants. Only downside was our room was on the 2nd floor right next to a bar with a large outdoor space so a bit noisy til early in the morning.

The property is great, the staff is friendly and the area is lively. Not knowing much about Austin, I would recommend this property for someone who wants to stay up late and party. The apartment we stayed in overlooks 6th street and there was a lot of noise into the night including traffic, drunks and lots of slamming. Communication about how to get into the unit was fine but the procedure for making parking arrangements was unclear and I had received no communication about that prior to arrival.

First off the location is excellent. You are right in the heart of the East 6th Street scene. Unfortunately our room only had a fold out "Murphy" bed. The mattress was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a fold out couch bed. Super thin. Would not recommend sleeping here.

Location is prime. The staff were very friendly. Small minor issues such as they don’t offer extra blankets and the small coffee table had a broken leg. Luckily, it didn’t fall on us because the table is heavy. The room is very small. Really small. Other than that it was great. Will go back.

Very straightforward apartment rental. Was only given 2 clean towels for a 4 night stay for 2 people and if you miss the front desk hours, you have to wait until next day to get more. The reason I will not book this place again is the quality of the bed. The apartment had a Murphy bed with the lowest quality mattress I'd ever slept on and it was very uncomfortable especially for 4 nights in a row. I've had much more comfortable beds in cheaper hotels.

The location was cute and was very walkable which was fantastic since there are lots of bars and places to eat near by. The only complains we have is that the 24/7 line isnt really 24/7 we didn’t get a reply until the next day. The wifi was not working at all which was bad because we barely had signal as it was so the WiFi would’ve really helped. Overall it’s cute but maybe don’t charge as much for the room and zero service.

Great location in the newly Urbanized part of Austin. Hotel was clean and close to many great stores and restaurants. The only complaint was the mechanical noises in our room. We were kept awake by the air conditioning unit banging and coughing all night. We tried turning it off but could hear the neighbours AC unit going on and off all night. Bring earplugs and take some sleeping pills!

I love this property and location! It’s always clean, the staff are quick to text when you have a question, they are so helpful with check in. Love the changes to the east side of austin.

I love this property and location! It’s always clean, the staff are quick to text when you have a question, they are so helpful with check in. Love the changes to the east side of austin.

I haven’t been able to contact anyone for my access code to the building. Nor have I been sent the number to any of my devices. I made the mistake of booking this reservation at 7:30 PM thinking I could access the building immediately and an hour later still nothing.

I've never bad such amazing hospitality. They accommodated me when I only had a paper ID, i couldn't check in online and most hotels would have just pushed me away. But they let me email my paper ID and checked in for me. As well as happily helping me with parking and waved the fee since I was helping AFD testing!

Check in was horrible. Checked in same day and it took for ever to get check in instructions. They were not clear and thankfully when I walked in after hours there was someone still at the desk to help. In the middle of the night the hot water heater in my room started leaking and flooding my room, spent hours texting the "emergency" after hours with no response. Not until the next day was I able to speak to someone. No sleep and had to go to work that morning. I was staying several nights all they did for the inconvenience was move my room and refund one night. Needless to say it was not a good experience.

Communication with the staff was amazing. Specially Allen and Emme!!! Reservation and check-in process was also very easy and smooth. Our room's AC was not working well and Emme took care of it and moved us to another room. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was AMAZING!!!! Love the location! Lots of little restaurants and bars to walk to. Just keep in mind that weekends can get loud, but the front desk offered us ear plugs and eye masks and that really help! I recommend this place!

Cute apartment right in East 6th street. The location was amazing and the apartment was clean and modern. It had all the amenities you need. Great communication every step of the way.

If you value sleep, this is not the place to stay. If you’re going to Austin to party, go for it! It’s really clean. Nice. Great service. But you can hear every noise from everyone above you, beside you, and the bar on the first floor WILL rattle your windows until 2am. We were on the 4th floor. You can hear the entire crowd yelling along with the songs. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels with bars, I get the vibe. I’ve never experienced this level of noise at any of them. Again, it’s very nice, the service is great! It’s just very loud.

If you value sleep, this is not the place to stay. If you’re going to Austin to party, go for it! It’s really clean. Nice. Great service. Great location and apartment was in great condition. Will definitely stay here again. Lots of bars and restaurants. Only downside was our room was on the 2nd floor right next to a bar with a large outdoor space so a bit noisy til early in the morning.

Wonderful location. There were bars and several food options within walking distance. Check-in process was quick and easy! Parking was on- site and convenient, too. We stayed a Friday night and it was a bit noisy from the night life but it wasn’t terrible.

This place is pretty cool, I would stay here again but my major complaint is that it was missing a few basics. There's no way to watch TV without signing into a streaming service, there were no extra blankets, and it's QUITE loud due to the bars downstairs and across the street. I was in room 301, which faced the street. I'm a heavy sleeper but this still really bothered me. I would recommend earplugs. Also, it seems like they should've offered coffee/breakfast but I didn't see anything. Their key fob/code entry was confusing at first because the directions given are lacking some steps, but luckily an employee helped me get into my room.

Check in instructions were not particularly complete. Understanding how to get into the building was a challenge and a code was required that I never did find in my check-in instructions. Matters were complicated because the alley behind the hotel where access to the garage is located, was closed off by the city for construction. After circling the block twice to get to the alley, I discovered that my halftime pickup truck was never going to make the turn to get into the underground parking. And then at the back half a block down the alley to find a place to turn around to go back to the front of the property to find a place to park, then went inside to get alternative parking instructions The good news was that the staff on site were extremely helpful and were able to get me situated. They continued to smile and see that I was taken care of even though I was obviously very frustrated and wasn’t being the nicest.

TV reception was terrible, and confusingly, not situated toward the bed. No instructions for coffee maker, had to figure it out by trial and error. Parking was awful. Small spaces, no ability to figure out how to park larger vehicles on app. First night, neighbor parker was diagonally in his space. Your app indicates some spaces are handicap accessible, but don't state that handicap accessible means you can't park there at all unless you are handicapped. We reserved a spot that seemed better the second night, handicap accessible, single parking spot, and when we arrived, there was a "Handicap Only" sign there. Wording needs to be changed on app to indicate "handicap only" instead of "handicap accessible," since I was told that all your spaces are actually handicap accessible. However, refund and new space were handled quickly and well. Ingress and egress to garage is really narrow and has too tight turns. Room very clean. Staff we interacted with were great. Asked for a couple of things to be replenished, and they were. Might add to app, option of decaf only coffee to refill, so decaf drinkers can't specify that's all we need.

Great location. We like visiting breweries and there are several that are very close. One was directly across the street. The place was not fancy, but neither are we. It was clean and comfortable.
