Jai at the front desk was amazing and super helpful. I had a special circumstance and she stepped up and helped in a way that made me and my son feel seen, heard and important. Jai is a great asset to this hotel.

Room was clean but when I went this last time customer service the staff sucked no one greeted me they were just looking at me and expecting me to know what to do. They’re not friendly they talk low so you’re constantly asking them to repeat themselves. The room I went to first they never checked they just assigned the room luckily I checked because the bathroom sink was stopped up then this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed so late time I had a room where the air hardly worked. I honestly expected better considering my first time going was great no problem but I think the workers have become lazy or they have the wrong people working period…
