Staff was kind. Room was clean, breakfast was fine, but beds were very stiff. Pool was freezing cold, vending machines broke, elevator was down, they couldn’t find my reservation but the staff gave me a different room.

The Expedia information stated there was an airport shuttle to this property. This is the reason we chose this particular hotel plus I have stayed at La Quinta hotels across the US and have always been very pleased with the staff, the rooms, service, really everything. This one sucked big time. When I stated the add had an airport shuttle, the manager said, "I can't take money out of my own pocket. We have not had a shuttle since Covid." He offered absolutely no help. It cost $40 total to get from the airport and return the next morning. Unhappy! Absolutely. When we called to inquire about the shuttle, the person at the front desk was bland, no help, stating we could get an Uber, but they couldn't help us out. Breakfast was decent. I will have second thoughts about staying at any La Quinta in the future.

Pictures portray a much different picture. This hotel is gross. Dog puke crusted in hallway, pool freezing, no hot tub like pictured, blood on sheets, phone doesn’t work in room, only one person on staff at a time, rooms stink like smoke, elevator out of order, gym out of order, NO hot water, homeless people outside hotel. It was really bad.

I selected this location as it was close to the airport. The hotel is not in a safe part of town. The pool was being repaired and we could not use. Pool access was another reason this hotel was selected, so this was disappointing. We came out of our room to find a ceiling tile on the floor with leaking water from the exposed pipes. The hot breakfast was poorly made. Sausages were overcooked and inedible. Reported concerns to Expedia and received some credit. Overall, disappointing experience.

Roll in shower has a fixated shower head. Clearly not accessible and made showering near impossible. Side door to make coming and going easier is inoperable because it is missing a handle. The area is a bit sketchy.

Booked this hotel because it was on Hotels.com as having a hot tub, which is needed after a long drive. There was no hot tub and the reception desk said that she keeps telling them to remove it from the website but they never do. Seems like false advertising. The door to the fitness center said closed for renovations. Otherwise nice room, good internet, great breakfast and helpful cheerful staff.

No room available when I got there. Bathroom toilet had urine all over the seat. One bed pillows had makeup all over it. There were Bobby pins for your hair all over the room. The manager didn’t seem to care at all he already had our money. Even the front desk employee laughed at us upon arrival and also by phone calling us 1 hour before we were to arrive to advise they over booked.

Facility particularly the room is “tired”. Bathroom tile had great amount of mold around shower/tub. Wasn’t in good shape at all. Shower curtain rod was barely hanging on wall as both ends had screws missing. Disappointed in condition of hotel.

We love the price and how close it is to Tulsa downtown and main highway. We did not like how hotel room had insect infestation. Our bed and room had roches, fleas, & spiders. We had to use insect spray. And our little children stayed with us

Linens were still soiled, and toilets were unclean. Something wet and large stain on one bed, and smaller wet stain on the other. The night clerk apologized and gave us a different room, but this one had hairs all over the toilet. I think the cleaning staff might need a talking to.

We were disappointed in our stay at this La Quinta for several reasons. First, we were informed at check-in that because of delivery issues with the weather, there would be no breakfast for either of the two mornings we'd be there. While I understand that these things happen, we had chosen this hotel largely due to the inclusion of two morning meals we wouldn't have to budget for. We weren't offered any compensation to that effect, and as a result, our vacation went over budget. If the delivery wasn't going to happen, it seems an easy solution for management to have purchased goods an alternative way (at the grocery store, for example) this one time so that customers could eat- at least put out bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, toast, anything. If not that, then provide us with vouchers for food elsewhere- and if not that, discount our rate. Secondly, the hotel was not clean. I'm not a person who requires a place to be immaculate, but this hotel had a strong, sickening odor, like smoke and rot. There were visible smears on the wall near the elevator, and smears on the elevator door itself. Lastly, even though we had been assured that even though there was no food, there would be plenty of coffee,... on our first morning, there was none. The second morning, there was enough for about 2/3 of a cup, but no creamer at the carafe. I had to ask for that at the desk once someone arrived there a few minutes later. And after checking out, there was no "thank you," "goodbye," nothing.

The Tulsa airport area does not give the best vibes safety wise, but this hotel felt less seedy than the several motels nearby. The room was well-appointed but the shower was an issue. My shower head leaked badly, so after my first night I reported the issue. I retuned to the hotel about 23 hours later and the issue was not resolved and there was no note or message that anyone had even tried to repair the shower. This hotel is just a few caring people away from being a pretty good hotel. The free breakfast was a generic continental breakfast and nothing at all to be excited about.

We booked a standard king room, and our sheets and towels were damp so when we told front desk he upgraded us to a king suite for free. The AC was a little lacking but it did pick up decent. Overall good stay. Fridge was a little gross in the freezer part but bed and shower was clean!

It's clear that this LaQuinta has joined other motel chains in "going cheap" while attempting to maintain a status profile. Three half size pillows per bed, no comforter for beds, towels for three in a room designed to sleep four, only a single tiny bar of soap for the shower and bathroom lavatory, and most noticeably an air conditioner that only cycled on for an insufficiently short amount of time regardless of how the thermostat was set. Overall, the motel was clean and the breakfast was still good.

So room was very spacious, but the Built in shower seat does not allow for one to sit properly as it has a bit of a slant and is molded with the rest of the shower. The A/C not matter what you did, would not go below 74 degrees and when Tulsa is having a heat wave, you should be able to lower the A/C temperature lower. Or put a ceiling fan it to help circulate the air better. Or reconfigure the room where the bed is closer to the A/C and the couch and chair in the place the bed is.

We had a very early flight and wouldn’t have been able to make it to breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to prepare some food for us to take with us the night before. The staff was courteous and kind.

The front desk guy was amazing. Very helpful. Did his job to the tea the only thing I didn’t like was you can tell the people not all people that were there, but there is a few people that are on drugs and it’s just uncomfortable other than the people on drugs that were there, and I went back the next day to see if they would be gone, and no, the people on drugs were still running rooms out and it was just uncomfortable in the pool and they’re just looking at you weird way which it makes it uncomfortable ….

We were charged a fee for their location This is not noted anywhere. Homeless people around and the location is not in a great neighborhood. The continental breakfast was lacking just about everything. No coffee and the front desk people did not go out of their way to help or try to make the accomodations better

This is a very old hotel that needs updating and cleaning. In a very poor part of town. We will not stay there again. We had a reservation through Hotels.com and I had the paperwork with me to show him. But he could not find my reservation anywhere. They actually put my reservation under my first name and not my last. So it was a real pain getting checked in.

When I arrived at the property I was greeted with a smile and great hospitality. Destiny, Helped us throughout our stay going above and beyond her duties. She turned our stay into a five star experience.The other staff members were good. There was only one gentleman on Saturday that wasn't inviting. My room was clean and the custodial staff was friendly as well. I would book this hotel the next time I visit Tulsa.

The hotel itself was good inside. No complaints about staff or the facility. The location of it is the problem. There were so many shady people around that area. I was worried about our vehicle getting broken into during the night. Thankful nothing happened. Had I known what the area was like, I would have picked a different location but stuck with La Quinta hotel.

Basic hotel - clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Not too many amenities, however, and the fitness center was not available. It's a good, inexpensive option near the airport and minutes from downtown.

The accommodation was fine and the service from the Staff was excellent. Its in a rough area of town, however, and if you're looking to stretch your legs or walk to dinner, forget it. On the bright side, I ordered on-line from Leons BBQ just down the street and drove down there to pick it up when it was still light. Excellent!!! Next time I will find a place in a better part of town as I like to walk after driving all day.

Rooms were clean, tv didnt work and not much hot water in the shower. It was a busy weekend so i believe your hot water tanks were overwhelmed because of the wannamacher gun show.

Tyler was excellant handling my check and i thank him very much. But the next morning i came down to get breakfast and as i was eating a bug crawled out from my sausage biscuit. I ended up vomiting up my breakfast and was nauseous the rest of the day. I took the plate to the staff, showed them the bug in my food, and asked for a manager to report issue. I was told there wasnt a manger to talk too ans she just said, sorry. I dont think I'll be able to eat a hotel breakfast again.

Perla was pleasant at the front desk. She was very professional. I had a room on the first floor. The heating system was loud. I did not mention it to the staff. It stopped intermittently. I liked that the hotel was within a few miles from the airport and I did not hear any planes. I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and filling with several options - carbs, fruit, eggs, hot options, yogurt. Vegetarian options was a plus. I would stay there again.

They need more than one waffle maker. The line was crazy for that in the morning. And maybe add scrambled eggs to the breakfast. That was my only hang up. Everything else was great!

We were disappointed in our stay at this La Quinta for several reasons. First, we were informed at check-in that because of delivery issues with the weather, there would be no breakfast for either of the two mornings we'd be there. While I understand that these things happen, we had chosen this hotel largely due to the inclusion of two morning meals we wouldn't have to budget for. We weren't offered any compensation to that effect, and as a result, our vacation went over budget. If the delivery wasn't going to happen, it seems an easy solution for management to have purchased goods an alternative way (at the grocery store, for example) this one time so that customers could eat- at least put out bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, toast, anything. If not that, then provide us with vouchers for food elsewhere- and if not that, discount our rate. Secondly, the hotel was not clean. I'm not a person who requires a place to be immaculate, but this hotel had a strong, sickening odor, like smoke and rot. There were visible smears on the wall near the elevator, and smears on the elevator door itself. Lastly, even though we had been assured that even though there was no food, there would be plenty of coffee,... on our first morning, there was none. The second morning, there was enough for about 2/3 of a cup, but no creamer at the carafe. I had to ask for that at the desk once someone arrived there a few minutes later. We planned a family weekend and booked the hotel through hotels.com. we had requested a crib to be put in our room and upon arrival they gave us a playpen that we had to assemble ourselves. We spent Saturday and not being at the hotel and left that Saturday morning around 8:15 and returned back at 4:00 p.m. to discover that our room had not been cleaned or restocked and whenever we called front desk they said that it was their policy to not clean the room unless it is requested or until we check out. We ended up having housekeeping come to our room and they stood at the doorway and handed us towels, some sheets and we told them about our sun vomiting and if they could clean the playpen and they handed us some cleaning spray and a washcloth but never came in the room In addition to this incident, the housekeeping staff reported it to the manager and front desk and the hotel charged us an additional $80 for using a washcloth, hand towel, regular towel, top sheet for our son throwing up and gave us no help at all.
