Did not end up staying there! Terrible shape, dirty, light switch not working! Please take this off your list. Asked for money back but people running it said it was out of their hands. Third party would have to decide. It was a terrible experience.

Very ran down, desk clerk insisted on $100 cash deposit for the whirl pool suite, upon check out the new clerk did not speak English enough to understand that I needed the deposit back. Only half the jets worked in the tub, there was nasty old urine at the bottom of the toilet by the floor... I have never had such a bad stay.

On check in there was dirty piles in front of check in desk. The rug in the room made the bottom of my socks gray. No where with in walking distance to ezt.

The bathroom was not clean. There was debris in the tub.

Burn marks in tub, carpeting torn, marginal bathroom, chain lock falling apart.

Poor check in process. Very old, dingy facility. No shower curtains. Water in sink didn't work.

All I needed was a room to sleep in and shower the next day. America's Inn was the perfect choice for me. The room was clean, including the bathroom. The fridge kept stuff cold and the microwave warmed it back up. The bed was good, the heat/AC worked right, and the shower was hot and powerful. Just right for me. It was an exceptional value.

No toilet paper, no towels, useless waste of space. Should tear it down.

Carpet is a mess and needs vacuumed. Clerk didn’t know how to give us a key when we got there, had to wait for a key. This motel needs about $2m invested to make it up to a comfortable standard, then they need to vacuum the rooms!

This is a “ just a place to lay my head down for a few hours” facility. It’s out dated, no soap, shampoo etc…no chain lock on the door. You get what you pay for, and this time we just needed a quick stop. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and everything went smooth.

Charged me even though I paid through Orbitz. Tried to say had to be charged at hotel. I reached out to Orbitz and was told they had to verify what happened with property owner Door actually didn’t close completely and lock only by chain.

Room was quiet.

They was no tv to watch as they did not pay their Direct TV bill and told us they had no plans to do so. I would not stay here again.

The window in our room was open when we came, and it wouldn't close all the way. Breakfast was terrible.

the door didn't shut vary go. and at the end of the day I was going to watch tv an nothing, then was told that they didn't pay there bill an that they were not going to pay it , that i had to deal with it

We booked this room through EXPEDIA but there was NO ROOM AVAILABLE when we got to Webster City!!! So WE COULD NOT STAY IF NO ROOM!!! I’m just wanting my credit card credited back for amount of this room!

I booked this room for my 85 year old mother to help her make it to an out of town church meeting. To give her a treat I booked the whirlpool room for her at this hotel. Come to find out these rooms require a 100 deposit and a 600 additional payment if anything goes wrong. My mom asked for one without a whirlpool as this made her nervous. They put her in a room in the basement (not the first floor). Neither the front or back door locked in her room. It appears the back door had been forced open at one point. There was no blanket. Just 3 sheets that she folded over to keep warm. There was debris on the floor, food in the fridge and garbage in the trash can. Mom was worried that the bedding wasn't clean as it was all wrinkled. There was repeated police activity in the parking lot. She wanted to leave but it was late and worried about finding a different room. She was told by the clerk that the housekeeper had quit during the week. The clerk's main objective seemed to be to convert her to Christianity. He finally stopped when she said she already was one. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE.
