Everything good except for the gym. It was smaller than expeceted.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was great, I just wish they would accept that a towel hanging over the shower rail didnt need to be washed every day. There was no room on the towel rack for it to dry properly. Also it was advertised as having a restaurant and it didnt. Only breakfast. Great location and the views from the harbour room was great (level 28!)

I liked my room a lot - it had a fantastic harbour view. The room was beautifully decorated and had free Elemis products. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful - they gave me excellent transport guidance and recommended places to visit, which I wouldn't have found myself. There was free coffee/tea/snacks on tap all day, and free red and white wine during the early evening. The service was impeccable. I would go there again

The gym was poorly maintained. The air conditioner in my room did not work. I reported it to the staff and they tried to convince me it was working fine (it was not)

Location is very good, walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, shopping, but the hotel itself is very old, smelly, small and run down. Gym is very basic with old equipment , 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical machine, 1 bike and some weights.

The gym needs improvement

中環、上環、香港の3つの駅へのアクセスが良くて便利でした。 上環はマカオへのフェリー、香港は空港へのエクスプレスが直通であります。 バスタブはなく、歯ブラシはありませんが歯ブラシは５香港ドルで受付で購入できます。四階のラウンジで紅茶やコーヒーがいつでも飲めます。部屋はポット型ではないのですが、お湯を沸かすものがあります。 古いホテルなのですが、シーツやタオル、バスローブなど直接肌にあたるようなものは新しくて清潔なものなので気になりませんでした。

This hotel is in a great, walkable area with many nearby restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the traditional Chines decor in the lobby and rooms; they added a lot of joy to my stay. The happy hour with the free wine was a great bonus. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and very much recommended.

Easily accessible. Clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful, also fluent in English and Cantonese. Very close to central or west central subway station. Also close to central escalators. 7/11 right downstairs. Rooms are a bit dated and small but to be expected for the price and location.

Hotel location is perfect and staff was friendly. Just one small issue, the carpet in the room needs to be replaced as some time you smell bad odor coming out if it since there is humidity in the room which makes it unpleasant. I suggest that to be removed completely as people walk with there shoes inside as well

全体的に埃っぽく古くささが否めない。 トイレは臭いも気になるしシャワーもホースが劣化していて水圧弱い。 その分他と比べて少し安いから何を取るか、、、。

Carpets does not looks or smell like clean, it is not suitable for person with allergies. Very nice location to walk to local shops and restaurants. Room was ok. Service was very good.

Gutes Hotel im Herzen von Hongkong. Lage ist top und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sehr sauber aber etwas klein. Wir haben dann Upgrade genommen auf ein Deluxe Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer war dann gut. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen beim nächsten Mal.

This hotel seems to have air quality issue. I got allergy symptom after the first night, and it got worse towards end of my stay. There were air purifiers in my room and also hallways. I think hotel is aware of the problem. I saw signs of mold inside my room, on the curtains, and also in the bathroom.

The hotel rooms are somewhat outdated, but I lucked out with an upgrade to a top-floor room boasting an amazing view. Despite this, the exceptional location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than compensate. It's situated in a very convenient and vibrant area, teeming with dining options and places to enjoy drinks. Highly recommended

Läget på detta hotell är mycket bra. Smidigt med gångavstånd snabbt till Hongkong central och tunnelbana. Även nära till båten till Macao. Rummen är små men utsikten mycket bra.

Hôtel très bien situé près de Central et personnel aimable. Notre chambre était petite mais bien organisée.

Mid level hotel with very small rooms and small showers. Beds are short, not long enough for someone 6ft +. Room was rather cold too, had to request blankets and a heater. Generally friendly staff. Good location.

The location is great and I got a room with a great harbour view.

Amazing stay and view!

직원분들은 친절해요. (특히 나이 좀 있으신 남자분) 객실 청소도 양호하고 역도 가까워요. 다만 방음이 너무 안 됩니다. 옆 방에 커플이 머물렀는데 하... 쓰기도 민망할 정도로 방음이 잘 안됐어요. 작년에 이어서 이번이 두 번째 숙박인데 이번 방음 문제로 다시는 방문 안 할 것 같아요

Basic hotel, you can get better options for the same price range in Kowloon. Small rooms, breakfast is really basic.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Lan Kwai Fong Hotel. I had asked, and paid for an upgarde although the lady at the front desk said she had already upgraded me, but i felt the room I had booked was going to be too small. The location is good and bad: it is in the middle of the Sheung Wan district in Hong Kong, in a very crowded area with a lot of construction. Surprisingly it was not noisy except for the guest next to me. The good part is, if you are familiar with Hong Kong, it is near to a lot of restaurants and classically Hong Kong. If you are not familair with Hong Kong it could be overwhelming. The staff was charming and helful. There is only one restaurant, breakfast was pretty basic. It could have been improved although the waiters were also very helpful. The room and facilities were quite spacious, after the upgrade. But it is in need of a renovation, because the furniture was chipped. Honestly if they do renovate, they should change the curtains to something less glarish, even if it is not in accordance with the Chinese theme of the place. The present curtains give it an impression of not being completely clean (although the cleanliness was fine). The bathroom was very small, and can do with a renovation by putting a shower instead of a bath, and a shower curtain that is see through. Overall I was quite happy with the atmosphere and the service. I think the staff made the place. Kudos to JoJo, with her smile greetings you in the morning.

The hotel was clean and very accommodating to our stay. We asked for an early check-in and out, and the front desk/concierge accommodated us no questions asked.

The lady at reception did not display any customer service upon our arrival. We just came from travelling and commuted to the hotel. We had not book any reservations prior to arrival. Subsequently, I had booked my reservation online and it was only during the check-in process was when she displayed customer service as their is a recording feature on the tablet. Her name tag was Joanna. After a long flight, it would be recommended for the staff to treat their customers accordingly.

Good location Convenient and safe I used Expedia to enjoy vip excess but no benefit otherwise I use other company more reasonable. When I have a breakfast I didn’t know that they charge me coffee apart from food. Explains were not enough. Who can expect in hotel breakfast pay food and coffee? And coffee was not refillable and small paper cup only. Other than that staff was nice and good location.

Incredible location and friendly staff

Great choice! We enjoyed an upgrade and complementary bottle of wine. The view from the 31st floor was amazing. The staff were all extremely helpful. The location was pretty convenient.

Close to the subway, priceless Mountain Views of all the skyscrapers, and near nightlife and excellent food choices as well as convenient stores. Very hilly area so I’d recommend taking a quick cheap taxi from train station

A bit difficult to find the hotel as there is a short steps up before reaching the hotel. Also space quite small. It is near to the Mtr station.

기본적으로 작고 넓지 않습니다. 특히 조식은 먹어본 호텔 조식 중에 최악이었습니다. 조식은 신청하지 마시길

Great staff and service was excellent. The breakfast was well worth the extra cost. Had a very nice stay prior to our cruise.

I recently stayed at Lan Kwai Fong Hotel @ Kau U Fong, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel itself was nice, though the room was very small and tight. O quarto era muito pequeno e antigo. Café da manhã muito simples. A equipe era gentil
