Excelente ubicación y muy buena atención del equipo de recepción. Todo muy limpio y ordenado; habitación amplia, baño pequeño pero súper completo, la ducha una delicia que se agradece. Totalmente recomendable para estancia en Liverpool.

Hotel and room were amazing. Just a heads up on our 1 annoyance. They take a deposit of £50 from you on check in and it was 10 days before we got ours back having chased them when it got to a week. Fabulous place to stay though

Book this fantastic, friendly & incredibly central hotel. A warm welcome, hotel smells lovely & is spotless. We had a gorgeous spacious room for 2 nights, bed was very comfy. Nespresso in the room, nice toiletries, amazing power shower. Right next door to an Italian restaurant & you get 10% off (we didn't use though). No breakfast, but there is the best ever Italian bakery & cafe for coffee & pastries 1 minute up the road. Will be back - this place is a little haven in a busy city.

The staff were very helpful and the place was clean, unfortunately our room was not really acceptable, we only had a small roof window so couldn’t see out at all, the bed was pushed against the wall and we had no bedside lights. A small mirror in the bathroom meant we had no mirror to dry our hair and no where to really put our toiletries. The room was clean but it was very stuffy. We did ask for a quiet room but I would have preferred an acceptable room over being stuck at the top of the hotel.
