Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Port St. Lucie West by IHG

Everything was perfect. The laundry facility was great and we especially enjoyed the breakfast.

The Hotel did not have any bottled water for drinking - I found this strange as every hotel I've stayed at had water in the room or available somewhere. This place had none.

I asked the front desk if they could hold my bags after checkout since I planned to attend a nearby game & my flight was in 7 hours. They told me they had no place to hold luggage. I found it very inconvenient and I’ve never had that issue at any other hotel.

One of the best kept Holiday Inn Express and Suites that I've been to in lots of stays and travels over a long time. Facilities were A1A for hotels costing twice as much. Their water pressure for the shower could be better, but not bad. Staff enjoyed working there and therefore their attitudes were universally up beat and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, pillows good and the bath was very well kept. Everything in the room worked and was ultra clean. Best managed and maintained of the Holiday Inns within 60 or more miles north or south of it. Recommend it highly.

The hotel was conveniently located, a very new building with wonderful amenities. An excellent value.

When i arrived i smelled an unpleasant odor. After entering my room i could smell the same aroma. I had to go out and by a room deodorizer. Then upon turning on the television there was a large size horizonal black mark though out the television. Inside the bathtub was a piece of somthing that looked like it came from the bath tub. I reported it to the front desk and of course they apologized. I got little to no sleep due to the noise being heard from inside the hotel and outside the hotel. I usually stay at the Hamptom across the street, but i decided to try out your facility this time. I was unhappy with my entire stay in my suite. I hope no one else have to endure what i did during my stay. Staff was so professional and apologe for my incidents that occurred. Please invest in some room deodorizer. Humbly Submitted Ms. J. The room I stayed in is a suite room with 2 bedroom apart from each other with a queen and king bed. Beautiful layout however I have 2 children and when we walked in 1. immediately I could smell the mold on the ceiling by the window, my girls kept coughing. I knew it was the mold because we stepped out to check on grandma on the 5th floor and the coughing decreased. 2- They have a sink near the microwave and refrigerator and it leaks very loudly, I ended up putting a towel in the sink. 3- There is a weird beeping coming from the desk top in the living room area. 4- the carpet was soaked I’m not sure from what but when I woke up in the morning it was dryer than when we came in.

The room was not very clean. I chose because was part of IHG which are typically cleaner but not here. From the entrance and lobby bathrooms not great. Sticky floors, hair (not mine) in bathroom, blinds did not work so we could not get sunlight in and the room was very dark as it is. Was told the motor on blinds was broken and they were aware. Television quality image was very poor. Will not stay there again.

Very clean. Well decorated. Nice bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint is that the coffee maker didn’t work.

This was my second visit to this property. Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is very good. Many walkable dining options.

Clean and comfortable

Super clean rooms. The staff was so friendly, and the location was the best- close to shopping, movie theater, coffee shop. We had a wonderful day and will definitely be back!!!

Nice hotel newly updated. Hotel feels brand new. Will come back for sure. It’s a tone of activities and restaurants in the area.

It was nice and spacious

Overall hotel was fine and what you should expect from an Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast was good and clean. We stayed in one of the larger rooms needing the extra bedrooms. None of the bedrooms had any furniture like dressers, closets or even hangers. Not even a luggage stand so you are living out of a suitcase on the floor. Only furniture similar to a dresser was in the common area. Inquiries to this to management were left unaddressed by management over our entire stay.

Very clean and modern hotel. Rooms were spacious and lots nearby.

Good hotel made special by excellent staff. Metria Baxter on the front desk is excellent. Only downside was the internet. Not always a good signal and kept signing out our computers.

The A/C did not work properly, but overall, my stay was exceptionally great. The housekeeping manager did tell me that i am more than welcome to use a fan in my room, which I thought was very accommodating, but I was so relaxed in my bed that I just wanted to rest.

I was given the room behind the elevator which creates a lot of noise from the elevator going up and down every few minutes until the wee hours of the night and then early morning, not much sleep. Mushy pillows and the TV had only 2 channels that worked, the weather and sports channel.

Hotel is beautiful inside rooms are super clean and huge.

Friendly front desk person, clean room, good AC, comfy bed, good water pressure in shower. All I needed for a comfy nights sleep. There is an Longhorn Steakhouse nearby which is where I got my dinner. Holiday Inn Express has become my hotel of choice while traveling and I would certainly stay here again if ever back in the neighborhood.

Super comfy room with excellent staff at front desk.

Stayed at this hotel after driving 18 hours STRAIGHT from another state. We arrived on 4/13 approx 630p to check in. Our 1st interaction with the young lady at the front desk was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. We explained the reason for our travel & she granted us late check out & advised a note was in the system. Fast forward to this morning (4/14), we called the front desk to confirm the message was relayed regarding the check out. The front desk associate that answered was unfortunately not the same person, nor did she exhibit a helpful or professional demeanor. It was clear that she was not reading the notes in the system & displayed a combative, know-it-all attitude. It took me calling a total of 3xs for her to understand the situation & what was needed. Despite the attitude given, not once was I combative or disrespectful, as I understand everyone has a job to do.However, this could have been handled better than expected. As we were getting ready to open the door to leave the room, there was a knock at the door & said they are from the front desk. I opened the door with multiple bags & saw that this was the same associate that I had spoken with over the phone.She did see we were already on our way out with the bags at the door & told her that we were on our way down.I have stayed at high end hotels & have never experienced this.If anything, we would receive a courtesy call.But this made us feel as though we were being kicked out. Not sure I'd stay again.

Great check in friendly staff. Clean room. A few pleasant surprises.

The front desk staff are excellent. They made it a point to ask how our day had been each day we got back. The room was comfortable and clean. The carpet was a bit sticky, but that was the only issue I had. I would definitely stay here again.

the property was very convenient especially close to clover park (walking distance) which saved us $ on parking. the hotel was clean and nice. The lady Maria who does the morning breakfast was exceptional. She was friendly, and super helpful on our last day. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. the girl at the front desk upon check in was the worst hotel check in experience I ever had. After driving 17 hours she made no effort to make us feel welcome, our room wasnt ready and she seemed like she can care less. We arrived at 1230 and check in was at 3. She was not making any effort to make us feel welcomed or that she would try her best to do what she can for us to get our room. The first person you see at the front desk, they are supposed to make you feel welcomed, and she did none of that. In fact we all felt very uncomfortable. other than her, the hotel ended up being great.

I traveled 8 hours from Georgia to visit my loved one. I spoke with the front desk two times & I let them know that I would arrive after midnight. Both times they assured me that there would not be a problem with my late check in & a note would be added to my account! My card was charged for my stay. When I arrived to this property, I was informed that there were no rooms available! I was then told to use my phone to find another available hotel. After a hard no, the overnight clerk mysteriously found a room at another holiday inn 20 minutes away. She assured me that my check in was fine at the other location. Once I arrived, that was not true! I ultimately had to pay for rooms at two different holiday inns! This was too stressful and could have easily been avoided if someone would have either left a note or checked the “note” on my account.

Great convenient location

Staff was welcoming. Room and hotel throughout was very clean. Convenient to Clover Stadium for spring training games, easily walkable. Definitely would go back.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was extremely clean plenty of space the breakfast in the morning was wonderful and it was so close to everything including the highway.

When I visit Port St. Lucie, I stay at this hotel for the convenience, surrounding restaurants and stores, and accessibility to the highways. I like having a microwave and minifridge in the room in addition to an iron and ironboard, and most importantly, no pets allowed. The one item missing is a small safe in the room. Otherwise, I enjoy staying at this hotel.

Nice location far enough off 95 to avoid road noise. Several restaurants and services within walking distance. Only problem was late night music from a local bar.
