Clean. Well maintained. Near shops and petrol. Good breakfast. Laundry machines were mostly out of service which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons to pick it. Pricey for the offering compared to others in area. Picked it primarily for the laundry option

We checked in for 4 people. Only 1 wash cloth and 2 towels. My husband was asked to come fetch more. He did. Now after 19 hours of travel my son is in the shower and the body wash is emptied. I called and was asked to come and get it. Well, they are all out. The “manager forgot to order it but more is ordered now” My kids do not like bar soap but trying to avoid more driving to a I said I would try to get them to use it. Well she could not find bar soap. I asked if there is an empty room she could take soap from. She went to look. There was some in another room but she wasn’t sure how to remove it from the holder. I now have exhausted wet kids waiting on soap. It’s disappointing that room was not set up or prepared. It makes me think corners in cleaning are cut elsewhere. Pool was crowded with kids jumping. We did not use it long as I was afraid my kids would be hurt by others rough housing. Not the hotels fault for that though.

Outside, the exterior looks very appealing and clean but inside tells a different story. Floors were dirty in the hallway on 3rd floor. They had to move me to another room because 1st room, the heater did not work. 2nd room, horrible showers and water did not drain down so you had to take a shower in a puddle. Overall, I would not recommend this place to stay. For the same cost or even lower price, I should have stayed at the Hampton inn instead but decided to give Holiday Inn a try. That was a mistake I made by giving them a try.

All the staff that I ran into were pleasant. I’m assuming the room I was in had not been occupied in a while because of the spiderwebs in the corners of the room I noticed and coffee pot full of dust in the inside Other than the webs and dust, the room and hotel were clean.

We were told we had been given a “nice quiet room”. Our room was right next to highway 99 with trucks barreling along all night. The garbage bins were near our window and the garbage trucks made their rounds at 4:30 am. It was the noisiest room we’ve ever stayed in - and that includes airport hotels! We were not expecting sarcasm from the person that checked us in - it would have been better if he had said nothing about sound - at least we wouldn’t have expected a peaceful night.

Lovely clean property with a good choice for breakfast. The only downside was the trains running overnight that have to sound their horns when going over railroad crossings in town, they run several times a night and are very noisy so getting a good nights sleep was impossible despite the comfy beds.

My second night, the key was deactivated due to staff “not knowing” who was staying in the room. I walked over to reception and was told the new girl messed up. I was asked if I was staying in a specific room n the first floor. I responded that I requested a first floor room but was given a second floor. They then asked about my sisters room. We have the same last name. A simple call what have been best. THEN I couldn’t connect to the WiFi so I called the front desk. Except, the front desk button connects you to Customer service. I spoke with three different Reps before getting connected to front desk on the fourth attempt.

It would’ve helped if they had two rooms waiting for us based on the two rooms I had reserved. Instead, there was only one. And it took a long time for them to sort things out and get us the other room. And then of course they weren’t anywhere close to each other.. Fortunately, we apparently got the last room available. It would be nice if there was seating in my room for more than one person. I wish the Wi-Fi were not so lousy. The desk chair in my friend’s room could not be adjusted for height. At breakfast the bread I liked couldn’t fit properly in the toaster. So I put it in. only part of it got toasted, but that part got burned. The young woman at the desk when we arrived, was very nice and the woman at the breakfast room was really nice.

We attempted to check in a lil early, reception was rude but cut us off didn't let us really ask if we could said nothing available. We understood however it was her abrupt tone and shortness, as if we were ridiculous for even asking. Was quite unsettling and really not nice! People understand just need to be polite. We are still paying for a service and should always be treated with respect and kindness!

The hotel itself was nice but the front desk staff was horrible! The young man who checked me in was wonderful but the girl who came in after him yelled at my son who’s disabled and has a service dog came after my son , started yelling at him, and stated that pets weren’t allowed! I had informed the young man when I checked in that both my children had registered service dogs but this lady didn’t get the memo and caused my son to go into a panic attack and that resulted in an asthma attack!!

We were in town for a wedding. Customer service was amazing from the front desk, to breakfast service, and the cleaning staff. Beds were comfortable and a/c unit worked great. Hotel was fairly quiet we couldn’t even hear the nearby freeway.

Lovely clean property with a good choice for breakfast. The only downside was the trains running overnight that have to sound their horns when going over railroad crossings in town, they run several times a night and are very noisy so getting a good nights sleep was impossible despite the comfy beds.

We were surprised about how spacious our room was. We loved the breakfast especially Maria who was in charge of the kitchen who was very pleasant and helpful. She really made sure we had what we needed and promptly filled in food making sure people had enough. It was a truly great stay.

Our room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the highway. Breakfast was good with the exceptoon of the eggs, but plenty of other things available to eat instead.

Good one. There was scrambled eggs, 2 type of sausages, fresh pancakes, toasts and some for kids - yogurt, cereal. Not a lot but enough.

Room was very clean, staff was so very friendly! Liked the need to use your key to get into the lobby after 8PM. The breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs need help.

The room was nice and large and a very comfortable bed. Also, a wonderful shower!! However, I really think your air conditioning system needs to be updated. The air conditioning blasts you when you are in bed and it is very hard to keep the temperature at a comfortable setting. It is either too cold or too warm. The breakfast was good, except I didn't like the do-it-yourself Keurig coffee. I had problems getting it to work--not something you want first thing in the morning. I much prefer the large coffee dispensers.

DO NOT RENT HERE until the bathrooms are professionally cleaned. CALL FIRST to confirm the tub is clean. Staff except GM were amazing & professional, the only reason for 2 stars. We rented a suite. The bathtub was filthy, not merely “stained” as the manager tried to “splain” to me. He said the hotel is “allowed” to rent rooms with stains that are "not dirty". He said they were trying to get something to fix it, we received no follow up. I bought generic softscrub & spent 30 minutes cleaning half the tub. That half was visibly cleaner. I also wiped dark material under the drain with a wet tissue and it immediately became dirty. The drain was mostly blocked, the partially pulled plug was filthy, and the tub filled several inches while the shower ran with the plug disengaged, then drained very slowly. A staff member told me cleaning staff receives only surface spray and powder, mixed with water, with no bleach or other supplies. IMHO they need better cleaning products. When we arrived late October 1, the second floor reeked of cigarette smoke & caused me to cough. Our room had a faint odor. The tub had old peel & stick remnants & visble dirty marks. Staff tried to help us find another hotel, but no vacancies met our needs, so they let us shower in an empty room. We did not use the pool or hot tub because we could not shower afterward. Neither my son nor I felt comfortable bathing in our tub October 2 through October 3. I later found multiple complaints about filthy tubs
