The pool was great. Staff is friendly. Room #230, is in need of several maintenance repairs. Some are unsafe. Some are OSHA violations. The front driveway and parking lot have too many pot holes. I did share my concerns with the General Manager on site. She said she would be working on them.

The exterior was a warning. Dead trees, bushes, dirt in exterior. Main parking entrance was smoking hangout and concrete was dirty. Huge dangerous hole in parking area. Security door left open, unable to use key card for alternate door access. Poor lighting in bathroom of room, poor renovation in bathroom slapped together with random boards around bathtub, wall paper not applied correctly. Expedia should not list as option.

Slept in the pool. The room window and AC unit opened to their pool two floors down. The humidity and off gassing of the chlorine was overwhelming. Noticed the smell right away, but was in a hurry and forgot about it until I got back late. Slept in it and woke up feeling sick and nauseous. I have no idea how that is not a code issue. Or is it? Otherwise, the property is super dated. Front desk staff is ackward. Price was decent.

Booked this property for two nights, but left after one night. Walked right in the back doors at midnight, which didn’t have key card, they just automatically opened. Had a shady looking character knocking on our door around 1:00 AM and then again about 10-15 minutes later. The emergency exit door down the stairwell was propped open with a brick. I let the front desk know that and the reply was, "Yeah, they do that. I'll go check on that and remove it." The room was rough and the carpets needed a deep cleaning. Lastly, when I checked out, I asked for a refund for the second night and they said I would need to have Expedia request the refund. I explained the circumstances to Expedia and they did request a refund 2x, but it was denied by the Quality Inn. Have pictures & videos.

The check in process was easy rooms were comfortable. We choose the property based on the pool . We stayed one night for the kids to swim. At breakfast, we were told they decided not to open the pool till 10 am and not 8 am as listed and confirmed at check in. Police were present. There was an attempted kidnapping of a lady staying at the hotel. Apparently she was out front of the building.

Hotel and rooms were not clean and even had blood smeared in hotel elevator. The entire 3rd floor smelt like smoke. Fire sprinklers were molded. Our ice bucket bag had something dirty in the bag. Smokers were allowed right outside the front door. This place will be reported to health department.

Black mold all over bathroom ceiling, not a little, hallways show HEAVY damage and carpet past life by 2 years, windows have mold around them, they aren't locking correctly and a plastic 1/4 " stick is blocking window closed to prevent entry but is cut to wrong length and provides zero security

Nastiest place I have ever seen. Room smelt like an ashtray. Carpet was filthy. I would not dare walk on it barefoot! Bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, mold, mildew. Nope not good at all😡

The carpet in the hallways and in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There was even a used q-tip on the floor next to the bed. The bathtub had noticable dirt in it. The armchair and curtains were stained. There was a large hole in the wall behind our door. The ' continental ' breakfast was waffles, fruit, cereal, and oatmeal. Very disappointed and will not stay again, not worth the price at all.

The hotel room floor was filthy. Watched the housekeeping crew only use a dry duster, no mop. Must wear shoes at all times. Found an old shirt and debris behind the chair. Found hair in bathroom. Bed comfortable though.

Room had hair on the bathroom floor and on sheets on bed . There was also mold in bathroom room corners. Pool states indoor pool but no heating in pool area. It's basically a closed in our door pool . My kids where so disappointed they couldn't swim. Staff was chasing people around the building. This place was disgusting and unprofessional. Never staying here again

This is the perfect walking location for downtown & the Greely Blues Jam, but don't forget the earplugs against the hourly train which lumbers noisily and blows its horn along the tracks directly adjacent to the hotel all night long.

The shower curtain was ripped and barely hanging on. Chair in room was visibly stained. The pipe to shower head was squirting out towards the ripped shower curtain. I had to place a towel on floor to soak up the water. Bed was comfortable though. That was the main requirement of any stays.

The first thing we were told upon checking in was to park in a certain area because some of the security cameras in the lot didn't work. The first night, there were kids running up and down the hall outside our room. Our room was above the pool, so it smelled heavily of chlorine and and the AC was not turned on when we arrived so it was hot upon entry. There were no blinds on the window, so the only options were closing the curtains for complete darkness without a light on or leave them open so everyone in the pool area and others with rooms over the pool could see into our room. Lampshade & shower curtain were both torn/damaged. There were no water fountains anywhere, even at breakfast so the only option for water on the property was to buy Dasani at the convenience store. The television channel numbers didn't correspond to the actual channels. The continental breakfast waffles had blueberries in the batter. This wasn't advertised anywhere we saw, so I can imagine if you have a blueberry allergy you would be in for a real surprise. A family member of mine also stayed at the hotel & endured a barking dog across the hall and another group a floor up who sounded like they were rearranging furniture the entire time. Their key also stopped working one night for no reason, and when we went to the front desk to have it fixed there was no desk agent present for quite a while and a group of seemingly homeless men were gathered in the lobby.

She was not friendly, just robotic. this was only the start of issues at the hotel. First the picture on hotels.com was not a picture of the hotel. The room was small. There were few to no outlets. There was only one chair. The toilet was not oblonged and there was little to no hand support for the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible. It was not even a continental breakfast. It consisted of a choice of cereal, waffles, yogurt and bread. We skipped breakfast on the second day. it was not worth it. The pool was murky. One morning we found two employees yelling instructions to each other across the lobby. This is obviously a management problem. The hotel is simply not maintained well. The customer is not the main focus.

Active train tracks less than a block away, they sound their horn multiple times per night. Property is rundown and really needs a refresh. Missing outlet covers in the guest room were a large concern. Very limited lighting in the room especially the bathroom area.

We stayed 3 nights there in Greeley and the customer service was over the top! Comfy beds, nice pool and roomy breakfast area too! Kids had a blast! Was the first stress free hotel stay for our family and a great value!

Troubled stay. Problems with power to the TV, Fridge, Coffee. In attempting to remedy these the staff deleted our stay from the system (thinking they would reenter to a different room) and as we later found out, re-entered it with an earlier departure. The power issues were remedied. Then due to the flawed reservation entry mentioned above, they told us we would have to leave a day early. The staff were able to comprehend what had happened once I showed them my original reservation so our departure date was corrected. Very clean and staff courteous. The only complaint is that every day I had to take the key card to get activated and during check in I was assigned to a room that was in use. It was a bit scary opening a door of someone that was in there asleep not knowing their reaction.

Our experience just wasn't the best...waited a full 10 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. Breakfast was yogurt or waffles, but coffee was a welcomed friend. Just a bit run down and definitely would say third floor halls need a very thorough vacuum. Had to set coffee down on carpet outside my room to get in and there were so many crumbs and just filth of fingernail clippings, ewwwww....

We arrive late at night and were welcomed by a desk clerk who was indifferent and was talking to a friend on the phone while being checked in. She was not friendly, just robotic. this was only the start of issues at the hotel. First the picture on hotels.com was not a picture of the hotel. The room was small. There were few to no outlets. There was only one chair. The toilet was not oblonged and there was little to no hand support for the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible. It was not even a continental breakfast. It consisted of a choice of cereal, waffles, yogurt and bread. We skipped breakfast on the second day. it was not worth it. The pool was murky. One morning we found two employees yelling instructions to each other across the lobby. This is obviously a management problem. The hotel is simply not maintained well. The customer is not the main focus.

The staff I interacted with were great. Friendly and profession. My room was clean and comfortable. The rooms could use some updating and courtyard needs some help. In my daughters room which overlooked a very nice pool the light fixture and window ledges have not been cleaned in ages. I would stay here again!!!

We had no service in our room, even when we informed the front desk of our requests. The desk missed three consecutive wake up calls to our room. The free breakfast was inconsequential, the waffle iron, when it worked, was ok, but the wait was to long. A better breakfast, other than cereal and apples would be nice.

Not only did the place smell like cannabis, the lack of cleanliness was apparent in the lobby and hotel room. A train would rumble by every few hours and blowing its whistle making it impossible to sleep (it was across the street), a vagrant was wondering the halls, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned and a can of chew was left right under the wardrobe, I felt very uncomfortable and heard from the other hotel only 1.5 blocks away that someone had be stabbed in a room not too long ago. Amazingly only 1.5 blocks away the Doubletree had security roaming the property and it was a drastically different experience in cleanliness and comfort and quiet. Avoid the Quality Inn at all costs.

This is the perfect walking location for downtown & the Greely Blues Jam, but don't forget the earplugs against the hourly train which lumbers noisily and blows its horn along the tracks directly adjacent to the hotel all night long.

The facility was nice and clean. It is a downtown area with restaurants and shopping and was centrally located. The only thing that might put some people off, which I found charming, is the railroad track and train whistle that happened every couple of hours.

Great prices for downtown area. Lots of restaurants. Good quality eating in walking distance. It's a older location but it is very clean. The staff is super friendly. If you're on a budget, it's a good place to stay. My Truck broke down and i've been here for 3 weeks. If I'm back in this area I'd stay here again. I give it 3 out of 4 🌟!

I booked a mid-priced room in a rural town thinking I'd get something decent. This was not the case. It was right next to a rail road track and the train noise made for an unrestful stay. The place was in desperate need to repair and updating.

The room was clean when we checked in,but we received no housekeeping during the three days we were there. Did not need our bedding changed, however did expect trash to be removed and floors swept. The breakfast was lacking as well. Expected better.

The beds & pillows were not comfy. No handicap accommodations. The bed was too high for my physically challenged mother. The view from our room was not appealing. The window faced a big dirt area. The continental breakfast was poor. Most hotels have a healthy choice like fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc. We had 2 options, cereal or waffles, nothing sugar free. We had to ask for silverware & cups. They were out of tooth brushes so we got toothpaste only. The only positive I have is, the front desk ladies were very pleasant!! We will not stay here again! I am so disappointed.

The room was cleaned once, 6 days into an 8 day stay. The bathroom floor had mold in the corners. The "hangers" in the closet were broken. The walls were caulked but not painted where they were damaged. The floor tiles were cracked and broken The dog poop on the sidewalk was ignored. The "breakfast" had no protein available other than milk or tiny yogurts. A bowl of apples or pears were the only fresh items. There was some sort of construction or party or something in the room above one night from 11:30pm until 6:00 a.m. The front desk said that they "would take care of it" at 1:00a.m. One of the few times the front desk was staffed, but it was a waste of air to talk to them. The pool had something floating on top of it until the next to last day of our stay. The parking lot was dark and the spacing very narrow . The card keys did not work properly and had to be replaced every other day. It was a horrible place, and what we paid Hotels.com was almost twice the regular room rate. Hotels.com did contact us sometime in the first few days. It was a one star rating, but they just asked about the breakfast, and nothing more until the booking expired. It was a terrible experience at the property, and I will never trust booking through Hotels.com again.

The staff was great; however, the property was not clean. We had trouble falling asleep because people were talking and running down the halls at 1- 2 a.m. On top of that, people were walking outside on the street with their boom box on at 4am. Not to mention the trains going by almost every hour of the night. Not the best experience.
