Inhabergeführtes, bodenständiges Hotel in zentraler, aber sehr ruhiger Lage direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Alles wunderbar, ohne Schnick-schnack, zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Bad in desolaten Zustand Personal völlig unmotiviert Im gemeinschafts Kühlschrank gammelt altes Essen rum Auch Essensreste im gemeinschaftsraum Es stink Frühstück zwar reichhaltig aber schlechte Qualität Gefrorener Obstsalat von gestern Es wird nichts nachgelegt Kein Kaffee Automat Nur aufgebrühten Kaffee aus der thermoskanne

Great spot for my stay in Andernach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in was quick. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was perfect for my few days in the city. I had a problem with my room card which was sorted quickly by the staff. There were some restaurants nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from plenty of other options. There was a small public car park across the road (filled up very quickly) or a larger one 5 minutes walk away. There is a small park across the road where you can sit and watch all the boats up and down the Rhine.
