The room was clean but in need of repair and upgrade. The check-in staff was very rude and slow. Even rolled their eyes and made faces at the guests as they turned to walk away. Check-in was a nightmare 2 to 30 gusts trying to check-in at 3pm 28th only one person working the desk. The breakfast was bad. The buffet stayed empty .

Not third party friendly the staff was not equipped to handle any guest reservation or to understand the needs and accommodations for handling guest stay it’s recommended to stay one night to get the experience to see what’s at hands and leave certains items in the room was not functioning was very difficult to get help to fix the issue

I had a good experience, we kept calling about problems we had in the room and no one came. But night shift was very nice and came all the time ! And was sweet ! And breakaway was great ! And the beds were comfy !

Staff was great and so was the room. Especially loved the dove products. Will definatley be my go to when i come home
