Ok. Value for the money & Clean enough for the price you’d pay.

The room was comfortable and clean.

We had booked a 1 night stay here 2 years ago and loved how quaint and cozy the units were so when we had a 3 night trip planned, we booked with them again. Check in was very easy and the room was clean and spacious. On the back page of the paperwork regarding housekeeping “if you are staying more then 1 night, our housekeeping staff will need access to the room at least every other day. If there is an issue please make arrangements with the front desk.” So we figured we could stop by the office the day after check in and let them know we didn’t need services. Unfortunately it was too late as they had already cleaned the room. So we figured they wouldn’t be back until check out… wrong again. Two days in a row they took trash, made beds and changed towels. On the 3rd day they left all the lights on but didn’t clean/change anything. This just seeemd so excessive to us. Also, they need to put some sort of anti-slip mat inside the tub because our tub was very slick. That was kind of scary. The walls are very thin so, unfortunately, our neighbors were very loud at 11pm through 1am. We used a sound machine on our phone to drowned the sound out. The door to get into the unit was very very tight. So much so I couldn’t open or close the door by myself. The units are located near tons of shops/stores and very easy access to the freeway. All in all, we would rebook again but let them know cleaning isn’t needed.

Room not updated. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Ants 🐜 on floor and got in my suitcase. Disappointed.

The motel was fine except for very spotty Wi-fi. Were it not for that I would have rated the place 5 stars. There should be a dedicated non-smoking wing of the motel. I did not notice one, though our room had no smell nor evidence of tobacco.
