Good for a short stay. The carpets really have to be replaced. Parking is in a parking garage which is good. However unloading your luggage has to be done on the street because you cannot enter the hotel from the parking garage.

Parking is in a separate building with no connection to the hotel building. Managing luggage/belongings from and to the car is a hassle. The room which I got has dated/damaged flooring/carpet with musty smell. Bathroom fittings are also old and a bit clunky.

Although, there’s a parking structure it’s down the street. Only one handicap (blue) parking curb space. It can sometimes be a lot to park. No elevator in the parking structure which makes getting back and forth from the 3 level extremely difficult.

This place was convenient for our trip. We had an early flight out of LAX this place is not very far the airport. Its a nice small property, they have aheated pool , friendly staff and a lilttle continental breakfast. The only thing that was off was that across the street there was some cleaning or construction,. Looks like some work in progress

The only thing I can say is about parking when checking in or out. Not to many options in front of hotel. Other than that we slept great and they had a very nice variety of breakfast options and was very close to the airport.

Pulling up to the hotel for check in was a bit chaotic. There don’t have designated parking spots to use for check in. There were construction cones blocking the curb in front of the hotel. I had to leave my car in the road while I went and checked in. Besides that issue, this hotel was great. The rooms were big and very clean. Ours even had a little kitchenette. The beds were really comfortable. It was was a short Uber ride to SoFi Stadium. I would definitely stay here again.

The facility is in poor condition, carpet is stained, walls have unpainted patches all over, pieces of floor trim is missing. I can put up with all that but as soon as I got into bed the odor of urine crept up from the corner of the room near my side of the bed. I had to deal with that all night long. The next morning I spoke with the person at the desk who said they would fix it. The second night it was just as bad . One of the worst hotels I have stayed at . The breakfast room is tiny and crowded as well.

This Comfort Inn had the most comfortable bed and pillows I think I've ever slept in! It was like being on a cloud. There was plenty of parking and located near to LAX. We had breakfast at the hotel and it consisted of eggs, sausage, cereals, breads, waffles, fruit and yogurt.

location not that great. woke up before 6 or 7 first morning with loud banging on door next door, then yelling between a couple that lasted like forever. called the front desk but never heard anyone outside the door taking care of the problem, but then stopped and of course couldn't go back to sleep. had to walk to get to the garage that wasn't attached. breakfast was good but needed bigger area. desk people were nice. need some updating on decor. probably won't stay there again.

The desk clerk was very nice , informative and friendly when we checked in. He explained pool and breakfast hours as well as parking. The room is very adequate if you are only sleeping and not planning to spend a lot of time In room. No furniture to sit on nor a table or chairs. Only bed, dresser, night stands and desk. Dresser drawers were broken, curtains had some type of food stain that looked Like someone had used for a napkin . The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and shower had good water pressure. Had a kitchenette with a stove top and full refrigerator but no kitchen ware, detergent etc. The parking is next door in a parking garage which is not super convenient but works and felt safe. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options. Overall, a decent stay and decent price.

The hotel advertised to have WiFi and I specifically booked this hotel for the WiFi because I work remote. When I arrived, the WiFi hadn’t been working for days and when I checked in, front desk didn’t notify me of their WiFi not working. One night stay for nfl game at SoFi. Pro: Walking distance to bus station for free shuttle to Sofi stadium. Secured parking garage. Con: Elevator did not work for entire stay and had to carry luggages up then down 3 floors. A/C did not work, maintenance did not come, was able to reset plug. A/C was very loud, had to turn A/C off to sleep. No running water in the morning, could not shower or brush teeth. Maintenance did not come for over 2 hours so just checked out early. Not a good experience.

Inconvenient Parking; separate from hotel / dropped off luggage & daughter at reception. I parked 1/2 block down and walked back and had to pay $10 for parking altho my filter marked ‘free parking’. (Street filled with marijuana odour). NO WIFI: I called reception at 10:30pm after waiting 1/2 hr to connect! I needed to check in for my flight and was told to go across the street to the Holiday Inn and use their wifi in their reception area. Senior female walking the streets at 11pm to check in to my flight and communicate with family is Unacceptable !!! No advance notice, no compensation.

Everything was seamless, check in and out. family friendly atmosphere. i asked for an extra blanket and they brought me one. i was pleased. a little noisy at the room location for the elevator and ice machine, but it did not bother me i just noticed it. full size fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

I've been staying here for years. Never had issues before. That said, the night staff was very rude when I complained about the room not having a dining table. They got more rude when I asked why the room had no dresser for clothes. The room has a kitchenette and a full refrigerator. Why is it so unusual to have a place for guests who plans to stay longer than overnight? I was tild they were remodeling and removing all dressers. I felt they were totally unprofessional. The young man with pink hair and red fingernail polish was very rude and confrontational. The next morning I went jogging. When I returned our room keys didn’t work. We went to the front desk and the same young lady from the night before was there. I told her my room keys didn’t work. She reprogrammed them. When I aksed what happened she didn’t say a word and looked in another direction. She did this in front of the day attendant and another customer. I walked away knowing this would be my last time staying there.

Rooms were well maintained. Greaaaaat staff. They were all so thoughtful and courteous. Especially William!!! Professional, courtesy, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. He just went above and beyond with my check in and parking.

William at the front desk made the check in very easy and quick! He was very helpful & nice as well. The room was VERY spacious which we appreciated. Breakfast was yummy. The location In which this hotel is at is very convenient. You can walk to many dining places nearby. Overall, I will definitely be booking here again in the near future.

Waited for 30 mins til someone showed up to check us in, the front desk guy so rude, sat there and blank stared at me said he can’t help and told me don’t complain. Wow… room so small, air condition blowing very noisy, super cold, cannot change temperature, cannot change direction of the vent, cannot even turn it off, blowing right to our head, kept me and my kid awake all night, gave me a giant headache, we got up at 4 am and left cause we can’t stand it anymore. Absolutely horrible

The staff were friendly, helpful and patient with every client during the busy Christmas time we stayed. The heated pool was heaven. The breakfast area was a little small but I never saw anyone having to wait for a seat. The paid parking, $10 a day, was in a secure and gated garage adjacent to the property on a dead end street. We walked to the grocery and local stores with no safety issues.

The staff were friendly, helpful and patient with every client during the busy Christmas time we stayed. The heated pool was heaven. The breakfast area was a little small but I never saw anyone having to wait for a seat. The paid parking, $10 a day, was in a secure and gated garage adjacent to the property on a dead end street. Inconvenient Parking; separate from hotel / dropped off luggage & daughter at reception. I parked 1/2 block down and walked back and had to pay $10 for parking altho my filter marked ‘free parking’. (Street filled with marijuana odour). NO WIFI: I called reception at 10:30pm after waiting 1/2 hr to connect! I needed to check in for my flight and was told to go across the street to the Holiday Inn and use their wifi in their reception area. Senior female walking the streets at 11pm to check in to my flight and communicate with family is Unacceptable !!! No advance notice, no compensation.

After reading numerous reviews and being on the fence about booking here to the questionable neighborhood, parking situation and overall appearance, I booked 2 nights here. Overall, the hotel served very well for its purpose of sleeping and showering. It may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, but the bed was comfortable, room was spacious and shower water pressure was adjustable for your preference. There was a full sized fridge and the balcony overlooked the pool. When looking at a map, the location doesn't look ideal; however, at no point during my stay did I feel unsafe or was worried about the surrounding area. The hotel was located in a little culdesac with construction of a new hotel happening across the way. I did not see a single person who appeared houseless on the street. The parking garage is not connected to the hotel, but again, the area did not feel unsafe while walking the >40 steps from the parking garage to the main lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, waffle makers, muffins/breads, cereals, eggs and sausage patties, etc. Overall, great place if you would like to visit LA without paying the costs of LA. Only 15 minutes from Manhattan Beach and 45 minutes to Universal Studios Hollywood.

When we booked it said free continental breakfast. We were happily suprised with a hot breakfast with hot eggs and sausages and two types of waffle makers. As well as the standard continental fare. Will stay there again.

Nice hotel, but the breakfast buffet was chaotic. Everything crammed into a tiny room, including 2! waffelmakers. So people waited for waffles, while everybody else had to move around to get food. A better layout would do wonders

For a Comfort Inn, this place was quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with several options. Our complaint is there is no on sight parking, the hotel is located on a "dead end" and the parking is shared with another hotel down the block. It was a short walk, but I had my husband who is temporarily in a wheelchair following foot surgery and we had to park on the second level, as all the disabled parking spots were already taken. We didn't find an elevator, so I had to carefully wheel him down the ramp, walking backwards so he would roll away. I would love to stay here again, but because the parking issue, I will not.

There is alot of construction happening on the same street of this hotel. If you have any vehicle bigger than the average sedans you will not be able to park in the parking garage and street parking is a joke. The elevator was not working during our stay and we were on the 3rd floor although we requested to be on the 1st floor.

When I called to see if we could get into our room before 3 PM, I was told that the elevator was in for maintenance. Since our room was on the 3rd floor, we asked for staff to carry our suitcases up to our room. (We were four women in our 70's & were not expecting to carry 30-40 lb suitcases up 3 flights of stairs!) Their staff was very accommodating & carried all of our suitcases for us (both upon check-in & check-out). I did ask for a room discount because of this & the front desk waived the $15 per day parking fee. This was helpful, but I expected more, due to the inconvenience. Again, the staff was very helpful & it wasn't their fault, but don't know if I would stay at this chain again. Nancy Feller
