Great service and friendly staff once we entered the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Towels could be replaced-a little rough

Room was clean, breakfast was awesome, comfy beds and stellar staff

Front desk workers were very friendly. They allowed us to check in early. The room was really nice, beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, typical hotel food. One of the workers during breakfast was kind of rude telling people to get their food because it was going “bye bye.” All in all it was a positive experience.

Location is perfect, nearby airport. Shuttle services offered. Received a ticket for 2 complimentary drinks and snacks at the hotel bar. The staff is very friendly. I ordered room service and it was very quick and everything was tasted great. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past few years and never had any issues. There are multiple hotels around this area but I Highly recommend embassy suites over the others nearby !
