The rooms were modern, spacious and cleaned to a high standard. The pool and sauna were also well maintained and clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is well-situated within walking distance of Leipzig city centre, making it ideal for a city break.

Exactly what we were hoping for. A perfect sized room and very comfy bed. The pool was nice and the parking good. The breakfast was incredible. And in a good distance for the main city. Would definitely come again.

Hotelpersonal war professionell und sehr freundlich, ohne dabei gestelzt zu wirken. Badetücher sollte es direkt im Poolbereich geben; es ist etwas umständlich, die von der Rezeption abzuholen/ abzugeben, gerade wenn es etwas voller ist.

Zentral gelegen und doch gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine Parkgarage ist vorhanden, wobei beim Preis aber ordentlich zugeschlagen wird. Freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang als auch an der Bar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

This is a nice hotel. I really appreciated that the swimming pool is open 24/7, but I was disappointed to find that the sauna is only available until 10 PM. Additionally, the swimming pool water was a bit cold. Our room was spacious, which was lovely. It was also very clean, and I really liked that. The receptionists and staff were extremely nice and polite, making our stay even more pleasant.

Wir haben uns im Pentahotel Leipzig sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist absolut zentral, sodass man die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden kann. Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer und alle Bereiche sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Haus und das stilvolle Design. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf ein gutes Ambiente gelegt wird. Ein Hinweis: Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und ein Whirlpool steht leider nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Das sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung unbedingt klarer vermerkt werden, da viele Gäste sicherlich mit einem kleinen Wellnessbereich rechnen. Alles in allem aber ein tolles Hotel, das wir für einen Städtetrip nach Leipzig absolut empfehlen können!

Coole Unterkunft, fußläufig von der Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten entfernt. Die Lobby ist lebhaft gestaltet. Check-in Bereich vorm Eingang und dahinter gleich Bar und Restaurant, sowie chillige Plätze wo man sich zurückziehen kann. Billard und Dart wird angeboten, sowie elektronische Spiele. Es gibt Zutritt zu einer Club Lounge für 20 Euro. Der Raum ist richtig gemütlich gestaltet. Perfekt für ruhiges arbeiten, ein Meeting etc. Getränke sind dort inklusive. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad, eine Sauna und Gym. Alles in gutem Zustand. Man könnte aber die Umkleide und den Saunabereich etwas moderner und schöner gestalten. Es wirkt etwas zu kahl. Die Hotelzimmer sind ziemlich einfach ausgestattet, aber sauber. Das Bad ist klein aber modern mit einer fast ebenen Dusche. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und fröhlich. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Flecken auf Teppichen und Sofa. Sterile, einfache Ausstattung. Kein Telefon im Zimmer. Kein richtiger Schrank. Das Bett war allerdings ganz bequem. Insgesamt ist die Zimmergestaltung für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ok. Bar hat wenig bis keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten in Bezug auf Spirituosen oder Tonic Water. Essen im Restaurant für die Qualität überteuert. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Service am Empfang, im Restaurant und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel war sehr gut relativ nahe am Hauptbahnhof gelegen die Zimmer waren sauber. Zimmer werden nur alle vier Tage gereinigt. Ansonsten jederzeit nach Anfrage am nächsten Tag.

Jättefin och hjälpsam personal. Bra parkering. Otrolig bra frukost!! Loungen har allt man behöver och mycket mer. Bekväm säng men inte lika bekväm bäddsoffa. För att nå absolut topp nivå behöver det satsas mer på städningen på rummen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, mit dem Service waren wir auch zufrieden, es könnte nur etwas sauberer sein. Im Zimmer gab es einige Staubecken.

On the ground floor everything is great. Check in staff, bar staff amazing, restaurant great and food lovely. Above ground floor everything is poor. Stayed for 3 nights with 2 colleagues, neither of their rooms were cleaned throughout the trip. Found an empty vodka bottle under my bed. Rooms boiling hot and air con didn’t work in any of our rooms. Rooms incredibly basic, no kettle or water! I travel most weeks and to not have a kettle or coffee making facilities in a hotel room is completely unacceptable. Literally just a bed, tv, bathroom and desk

Die Brötchen beim Frühstück waren teilweise zu hart und altbacken - als ob sie vom Vortag waren. Das Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht aufgeräumt.

The hotel was good for our stay in Leipzig. We enjoy the pool for swimming in the morning and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is next to the main train station and the city. The staff were very friendly and we enjoy our stay.

Good hotel. Nice look and feel. If you take the comfort rooms the space is huge! Rooms are neat, just didn’t match the below area and other Pentahotels. They stand out in room design as well. Magic shower by the way! Breakfast extensive and good All in all good stay!

The reservation desks were oddly situated at the hotels bar, guest luggage and used towels were openly stored next to the bar equipment.The Hotel did restrict room cleaning for a 2 nights stay. The hotel room did not have a phone, carpets looked shaggy and it was very noisy from the hallways and front entry of the hotel ( equipment activities at 2am ).The staff seemed overworked. The Wellness area looked abandoned, no direct bathrooms at the pool area, hot tub was closed, and the tiny sauna's access was limited to the evening hours. The breakfast area was crowded and the buffet items were often empty or looked messy.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, die Zimmer waren daher sehr warm und die Nacht nicht erholsam. Zudem war im Zimmer die Matratze vom Schlafsofa durchgelegen, sodass die Federn zu spüren waren… Insgesamt daher eher unzufrieden und an heißen Tagen nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer ließen jedoch zu wünschen übrig, da es sich um ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel handelt und die grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten, wie sie bei anderen Ketten üblich sind, nicht kostenlos angeboten werden. Beispiele hierfür sind eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Minibar. Alle Dienstleistungen sind kostenpflichtig, darunter Zahnbürste oder Zahnpasta sowie Bademäntel und Hausschuhe.
Das Hotel selbst bietet einen hervorragenden Service und ist gepflegt und sauber. Für Frauen ist es nicht so gut das Bad war sehr dunkel zum schminken gab es keinen Spiegel sehr schlecht für Brillenträgerinnen. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer sehr gut. Einen kleine Kaffeemaschine wäre auch noch schön gewesen

Be aware that this hotel does not have air-conditioning. Even though the weather was cool outside, our room was swelteringly hot. I went to the front desk to report a broken thermostat, and I was told that in “winter” there is no A/C in Germany. I found this hard to believe, as our room the prior night on a nearby city had a lovely digital thermostat that we could set to any temperature we wanted. Upon stressing to the front desk person that our room was too hot to sleep in, I was told to “just open a window” (I am not making this up), which, given our first-floor room facing the street, added a new meaning to the term “sleepless night”. Also be aware that there is no telephone in the room. To reach the front desk from your room they expect you to call the hotel’s main line on your mobile phone. If you have phone service from another country, and do not have a local calling plan, then to reach the front desk from your room you will need to make an international call. One of my worst hotel stays in many years of international travel.

This is a great staycation to see the Central Germany. Great location with safe parking and all facilities at your disposal should you wish. Breakfast sitting area a bit confusing but staff on hand to assist when needed.

Fantastisk morgenmad. Hunde er tilladt i restauranten, hvilket trækker noget ned. Ikke fedt i et spiseområde. En gruppe fulde og meget højrøstede voksne mennesker optog i poolområdet i løbet af dagen da vi var der, hvilket gjorde det umuligt for andre ( børn) at være der. Personalet var til stede men gjorde ingenting.

On arrival I requested two things . Fan and use of the pool.both was ignored in my communication to the hotel. Secondly I admit I only booked room for one. However it was for two my fiancé & myself. The reception lady thought I brought a prostitute the way she said to me then my fiancé. That really pissed me and my fiancé off on arrival. To top it all I ordered room service as it was a special occasion for us celebrating.my fiancé ordered the food over the telephone whilst ordering the lady on the phone asked are you having a party ordering 3 meals and 3 drinks. My fiancé again was upset being challenged in this way. We just wanted food and drinks for our pleasure of the room I paid top money for. I checked out I asked for the manager but no one came.I explained to the receptionist who couldn’t have given a damm. For this total experience I spent over 300€ to be pissed off and not recognised as being a good customer. I’m so angry of the lack of service and disrespect I work across EU this is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced but what hurt the most was my German fiancé was so upset. I’m still waiting for any update from the hotel I’m sure I won’t get one. This hotel is poor on service my customer journey was terrible I don’t go and spend my money over 300€ for a poor one night stay.

We just had a one-night-stay with two kids, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel. However from what we did see, the hotel seemed like a place we definitely would come back to for a more thorough “inspection” of all the hotel has to offer. Rating the service-level might be unfair, but we had no contact with any staff, since everything was digitalized - which worked smoothly. Our kids have ordered a city-vacation next time, and we will very likely make the trip to Leipzig and stay at Penta Hotel for that.

Leute - Ihr wart einmal ein großartiges Hotel! Wir sind stets bei Euch gern eingekehrt. Aber so simple Dinge, dass in einer Doppelzimmerbelegung auch eine entsprechende Anzahl an Handtücher gehört und man denen nicht hinterherlaufen muss, dass sollte schon drin sein. Euer Service an der Bar ist großartig. Nur die junge Dama am CheckIn sollte schleunigst ersetzt werden. Ihr fehlt das Feingefühl für die Hotelkundschaft. Es hilft nicht beleidigt herumzuzicken, sondern zu lernen souverän mit schwierigen Situationen umzugehen. Sie hat uns den Aufenthalt sprichwörtlich versaut. Daher leider diesesmal keine volle Punktzahl!

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt im Hotel, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück und gute Parkmöglichkeit. Die Zimmer sind okay, nur leider sind im Badezimmer kaum Möglichkeiten eine Kulturtasche o.ä hinzustellen. Es gibt leider auch keinen Kosmetikspiegel im Badezimmer. Die Betten sind bequem und auch das Bettzeug ist in Ordnung. Die Innenstadt/Fußgängerzone ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, man braucht definitiv kein Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Zentral gelegen und doch gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine Parkgarage ist vorhanden, wobei beim Preis aber ordentlich zugeschlagen wird. Freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang als auch an der Bar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Es ist in Laufreichweite vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Innenstadt, Museen, Oper etc. sind auch gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem war es nachts angenehm ruhig, dass man problemlos mit offenen Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Der Wellnessbereich mit Fitness und Pool vollkommen ausreichend. Die Option des Late-checkout war sehr hilfreich und an genehm. Das ganze Hotel hat einen guten modernen Stil.

Wir haben uns im Pentahotel Leipzig sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist absolut zentral, sodass man die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden kann. Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer und alle Bereiche sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Haus und das stilvolle Design. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf ein gutes Ambiente gelegt wird. Ein Hinweis: Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und ein Whirlpool steht leider nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Das sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung unbedingt klarer vermerkt werden, da viele Gäste sicherlich mit einem kleinen Wellnessbereich rechnen. Alles in allem aber ein tolles Hotel, das wir für einen Städtetrip nach Leipzig absolut empfehlen können!

Exactly what we were hoping for. A perfect sized room and very comfy bed. The pool was nice and the parking good. The breakfast was incredible. And in a good distance for the main city. Would definitely come again.

Sehr schönes Hotel, grosses Familienzimmer mit zwei bädern. Auch der kleine Pool wurde gern genutzt. Sehr zentral gelegen. Frühstück war super vielseitig. Aber auch das Essen von der Bar war gut.

This is an excellent hotel and was especially good for our family (8 and 10 year old children). Room was sizeable, with two toilets and lots of living space. Restaurant and bar were good (the burger was superb), and the pool table, reading area and dart board were great too! Breakfast was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. Only downside is that the ‘extra double bed’ in the family room was a little uncomfortable for two people! Thankfully, an extra bed was provided upon our request (big thanks to the staff).

I don't even know where to start... We've been traveling through Germany for the past to weeks and Leipzig was our last city to visit. This hotel turned out to be the best hotel in the whole trip. Fantastic, amazing, excellent. I could continue on and on. From check in process, fantastic receptionist Johanna, through relaxing in the enormous room, swimming in the pool, drinking a delicious cocktail in the bar all the way to the easy check out. Btw, not to mention that the pool is open 24h. We had a great midnight swim. If you ever come to Leipzig, please stay in this hotel. Thank you Pentahotel.
